There will be no leadership vacuum.

Please watch this clip of people in Iran. You’ll see girls wearing hijab most not covering their hair, they are just like any modern society. They voted in a liberal government. The question is why are the chosen ones living in so much fear of Iran, Iran has not attacked any country for over 200 hundred years.

Not that they were deliberately stalling. It's the work of sanctions and cyber attacks that have prevented them and keeps setting them back. You don't build nuclear weapons within weeks or months. Works of over 5 years can be set back by a single cyber attack or the liquidation of a company that is deeply involved due to heavy sanctions.
