Wondering what is happening in the global scene and the future implications? What does the scripture say? A lot. And is the LORD speaking. Yes.

Abridged version. The events occurring are setting the stage for the appearance of the beast (aka: THE antichrist) spoken of by Daniel the visioner and John the Revelator. But before that, there shall form a 10 nation alliance. The 10 nations beast kingdom of the last day that bible speaks of are mostly comprised of Islamic countries. . I can list these nations out now, but I will forgo at this time.

DJT, the current POTUS was anointed indeed as evangelicals 'prophesied'; but not in the way evangelicals imagined.

You see, DJT was/is anointed to hasten, facilitate and catalyze the downfall of US from hegemon.. They ruling empire has to fall to make way for the upcoming beast system.

US will fall from hegemony. Israel will be left vulnerable without their crutch. Russia will end up 'taking over' the essence of what's left of US hard and soft power. Russia will hand over this 'essence' to the Arab confederates. Who will later make up the 10 nations union of the beast system.

Now, the antichrist arises; drafts a peace plan to pacify 1948 Israel. Israel having no other 'help' from US, capitulates. Antichrist of course takes over as head of 10 nation Arab confederate. Halfway into this 'peace treaty', reneges.

This begins the Great tribulation for both 1948 Israel and Christians. Israel have been since 1948 claiming to be 'Jews' but are not, they get to now partake of the day of Yaakov's trouble. Along with Christians who will be tested, purified, tried in this tribulation. Many will 'fall away', yet others strengthened.

For all pro-Israel & American states jingoists, heads up: US falls. Russia takes over. Israel in massive trouble becomes vulnerable to the peace treaty of the Beast. This all might take years to play out, but play out it shall.

Here is wisdom and warning. Do not be deceived. There's no such thing as once saved always saved. Your salvation is not guaranteed if you take the mark of the beast. You must ENDURE to the END to receive eternal salvation. .

And if you die in your iniquity and wickedness, you will NOT make paradise, nor have eternal security in heaven. Repent. Believe in Christ. Live holy. Fear the Lord and Keep His commands = eternal life. Magic words to be saved do not make you saved.

History has had antichrist types and shadows since biblical times to even today. 1 John 2.18. One can see antichrist types in various leaders of various nations thru history. The most notorious and relevant today: Adolf Hitler, the Austrian-German autocrat.

Same antichrist spirit is alive and well today. And it's found its most potent host body in the current leadership of United States. Note: DJT is NOT the final antichrist, but he is of a type of antichrist figure today. He is dress rehearsal for now. Look at how he has deceived so called Christians worldwide.

Yes, DJT is operating out of an antichrist spirit and has the apostate nationalist "christian" religion and certain brand of evangelical & MAGA movement as its vehicle to deceive the mass. He has met a lot of the markers and characteristics of an antichrist figure according to scriptures.

Christ warned about this and yet many are still fallen to this. "There will be many false Christs with lying signs and wonder" to deceive if possible the elect. Matt 24.24. Brethren 'false Christ' is better translated 'anti-Christ'.

Do not be deceived. There's nothing remotely Christian about DJT nor the evangelicals who support him. These people are the ones scripture warns about. Watch how TRUE BIBLICAL CHRISTIANS WILL NOW BE PERSECUTED BY THESE FALSE CHARACTERS MASQUERADING AS CHRISTIANIS. AND DJT WILL FACILITATE THIS.

The #1: scripture says, the antichrist will ‘cast truth to the ground, practice and prosper’ . This means that the antichrist will have no regard for truth, but will lie excessively, fabricate, twist and perverse truth, intentionally mislead with lies and it will succeed. This is exactly what and how POTUS 47 has operated since the last 10 years and have prospered by lies, lies and more lies. Every other word out of DJT is pure lies. Satan is the father of lies and all liars (John 8.44).


By their fruits you shall know them. It's not so much what is said, it's by their deeds and actions that you recognize them. Thus far, DJT has no godly fruits nor anything remotely Christian in his actions and deeds. In fact, quite the opposite= antiChrist.

Study of the apocalyptic visions of the books of Daniel and Revelation. Identifying & dissecting the last empire of the Beast.

Why study Daniel & Revelation?

Simple: to be forewarned is to be forearmed. Yeshua warned ‘See, I have given you the signs and events of the end of age, that you may take heed and be on guard’. For I tell you the generations that see these signs will not pass away till it be all fulfilled… when you see Daniel’s abomination of desolation…..let the reader understand, and him with ears hear what spirit says.

The visions and interpretation given to Daniel the visioner and John the revelator contain general instructions, encouragement and admonition for the church living in the end of age. The apocalyptic books describe the “Times of the Gentiles”- which officially began during Babylonian occupation of Jerusalem, domination and persecution of Israel from Daniel’s time in Babylonian exile thru the ‘70 weeks of prophecy’ and will continue until the end of age when Messiah sets up an everlasting kingdom (the Millennial reign of Christ).

The final kingdom of the Antichrist will be a composite of these previous gentile nations. Identifying the last empire gives us clue to the origin of THE beast.. And, by the will and grace of Yahweh, I shall endeavour to present my study findings on the nature of the beast methodically and analytically.

Daniel’s 70th week prophecy begins ‘at the end of indignation, when the times of the gentiles and transgression has reached its end’. Daniel’s 70th week include the 3.5 years= 42 months =12600 days of the great tribulation of saints; culminating in the 2nd coming of Christ following before the wrath of Yahweh falls on those left behind.

There seem to be some misunderstandings that the events of Daniel and Revelation are fulfilled, gone and irrelevant now or in the future. THIS is gross misinterpretation of scriptures with potential catastrophic consequences for those who may live thru these experiences unprepared. Careful exegetical objective reading of scripture will prove plentifully that the events described in these apocalyptic books have not taken place in human history and are written to be understood as yet for a time in the future.

These apocalyptic books can be so dauntingly difficult to comprehend and interpret at times because of historical, cultural, and language barriers and differences between western vs eastern way of writing, thinking and understanding. Put simply, much is lost in context and translation. It’s critical to keep in mind the “Law of Dual Prophetic Fulfillment” in studying prophetic scripture especially in studying and understanding the book of Daniel and Revelation especially.

Granted, many of Daniel’s prophecies, for example of the little horn had been fulfilled in the person of Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian captain of the Seleucid kingdom of Grecia. Yet, he only foreshadowed another little horn that is yet to come towards the end of age. . Therefore, careful analysis of scriptural description of this Epiphanes character gives huge pieces of clues to the identity of the Beast. Daniel confirmed this when Gabriel told him the vision pertains to the time of the end. Christ Himself in HIS sermon on the end times referred to the events of Daniel 'the abomination that makes desolate'. Therefore, the ultimate fulfillment of this prophecy awaits the end time.

We need to study and know these events because Christians will be on the earth during the reign of Antichrist, at the time of great tribulation. And these events may occur in your lifetime. . These prophecies give us important details that we need to know in advance, so that we are prepared. The prophecies refer to a specific time at the end of indignation when the times of gentiles are fulfilled, a vile individual that will arise and establish his empire, domain and rule with iron fist, who will persecute ALL Israel. All Israel includes all both the redeemed ethnic Israel and all true believers in Christ by faith.

Key take home Nuggets:

#1. Though many of the events of the book of Daniel has occurred, it was foreshadowing THE main event of the end of age. There is yet another Beast, little horn and THE antichrist and THE great tribulation that is yet to grace the face of earth; to try all men. It is critical to be aware of these, accept the brutal reality and face facts of scripture; and thus, be thoroughly prepared in case you find yourself alive in the time of these events. Denial does not help matters, will not erase truth nor distort biblical facts to your favour.

#2. Ample scripture passages indicate that the church will be here to experience the wrath of the antichrist (=great tribulation).

#3. Christ and the apostles emphasized the need to be ready and prepared as those who are drunk, drowsy and asleep in the day.

#4. HE is coming ‘as thief in the night’, ‘when the world is at (false) peace & safety’ & ‘drunk, drowsy & asleep’ at noonday.

#5. Brethren, friends: stay ‘woke’. Stay ‘woke’. Stay sober. Do not be caught off guard, asleep and drunk and in darkness.

#6. Have extra oil in your lamp. Trim the wick & put the ‘lamp’ on a stand where it burns brightly.

#7. to be forewarned is to be forearmed. Refuse to be deceived by any man. Watch & pray.

I prayer the Ruach of the LORD open blind eyes, unstop clogged ears, soften hardened hearts to perceive, understand, to heed & obey HIS ample warnings. Amen.

Series Identifying & dissecting the last empire of the Beast. Section A: Study of the apocalyptic visions of the books of Daniel and Revelation.

Today, a look at Daniel’s visions of world empires of the beast kingdom. Part 1 of 3.

On the series ‘Dissecting the last empire of the beast kingdom’ in the apocalyptic books of Daniel & Revelation’. Daniel’s vision of world empires (as relevant to Israel) in Daniel 2, 7 to 12 ( will discuss chapters 9 & 11 in separate section); Revelation 12, 13 & 17 (another post).

Key things to remember: firstly, most biblical prophecies pertained to Israel. Thus, these world empires prophesied in both Daniel and Revelation were only as pertaining to gentile nations that dominated and occupied Jerusalem, and oppressed Israel. So, end-time events focuses on Israel and surrounding middle east nations NOT Europe nor Americans.

Secondly, understand these prophetic visions were not recorded chronologically; this was not the point. Conveying information was the prime objective of most biblical authors. Notwithstanding, I have crystalized and adapted information to keep simple, non-convoluted and straightforward.

A. Daniel's visions of world empires.

Daniel 2: King of Babylon’s vision of statue= 4 world empires: Babylonian (head of gold). Medes-Persian (silver arms/chest). Greece (brass belly/thigh). Roman (iron legs). Ottoman-Turks (feet of iron) + 10 nations of the beast (10 mixed toes).

Daniel 7: Lion with eagles wings (Babylonian); a bear with 3 ribs (Medo-Persian); Leopard with 4 wings/heads (Grecian); 4th beast with iron teeth + 10 horns. From the 10 horns, 1 little horn that arises and overthrows 3 horns= 7 horns left ( =the 7 headed beast of Revelation).

Daniel 8: Ram with 2 horns (Medes & Persia); He Goat with 1 great horn (=Macedon/Greece) then 4 horns (4 kingdoms of Greece); out of the 4 horns, a little horn arises.

Daniel 9: 70 weeks prophecy & the 70th week (last 7 years of present age). *More on this later*

Daniel 11: The king of North vs. the king of South. *More on this later*

B. Dissecting Daniel’s visions.

# Daniel 2 gives account of 4 world empires that began during his time in Babylon. Babylon conquered by Medes. Medes became Persian as it expanded. Persian conquered by Roman empire. Daniel’s visions appeared to have stopped at Roman empire and its 10 nation beast empire. Thus it appears as if the beast arises directly from Roman empire. But as we shall see, this is erroneous interpretation. I will address this further later.

# Daniel 2’s iron feet with 10 mixed toes are extension off the Ottoman-Empire; which represent the 10 nations that will comprise the beast empire (aka: the revived 7th empire of Revelation). The 10 toes of iron and clay mixture, represents the 10 nations which will be a mixture of people who will not be united, though there will be a common element amongst them. Question is: what is this element that divides them and what is the element that unites them? We shall go further into this at a later time.

# Daniel 7 provides different image of same. The first three beasts represent the 3 empires: Babylonians (or Medes), Persian, Grecian. The features of the beasts (lion with wings, bear with 3 ribs, leopard with 4 heads, iron teeth..) all pretty much represent various characteristics of these empires and their prominent kings. The 4th beast in Daniel 7 most likely represent Roman empire, which does give rise to 10 nations of the beast carried over to succeeding empire.

# In Daniel 8, The he-goat with 1 great horn in Daniel 8 is The 1st king of Greece, Alexander the Great. After his death, the Grecia kingdom split into 4 namely: Ptolemaic kingdom of Egypt in the south; Seleucid empire in north (Syria); kingdom of Pergamon in Asia minor; and Macedonia in the west. Thus the 4 horns of Greece = the 4 kingdoms of Macedon (Grecia): Egypt, Syria, Macedonia, and Pergamon later fell to Roman empire. It seems Daniel’s vision was limited to 4th empire; which was historically Roman empire. The 2 Legs of iron are the Roman empire which split into 2 parts. The eastern leg of Roman empire eventually fell to the Ottoman-Turk empire (aka: the 7th empire of Revelation). *More on the 4th beast of Roman empire later*.

# Daniel 9 provides us with 70 weeks of prophecy (Daniel 9:24-27). It establishes certain events pertaining to Israel & the timing of both the First and Second Coming of the Messiah. It also evokes a terrible time of “great tribulation” towards the end of indignation of the gentiles in a future time period in the 70th week- the last 7 years of end of this present age. We shall discuss in depth in separate section examining Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy. And based on biblical chronological time line & the age of the world (Anno Mundi) theoretical frame work, we shall examine how close humanity is towards the 70th week, the last 7 years of this present age. *More on this later*

# In Daniel 10, he is visited by angel Gabriel who brings interpretation and clarity to his visions.

# Daniel 11 details the conflict between king of south and king of north, antichrist as king of North rise to power; and the great tribulation that ensues. *More coming later*.

# Daniel 12, begins at midpoint of tribulation and takes us to the end of Daniel's 70th week, after the great tribulation of saints. The purpose of great tribulation is outlined: to purify, purge, cleanse a bride ready for the banquet with the King at HIS coming; and make wise and righteous to shine forth and bright as stars forever.

C. Key takeaway points from both Daniel & Revelation.

#1. Daniel describes 4 world empires beginning with his time in Babylonian empire relevant to Israel and the holy land (Jerusalem).

#2. Daniel describes the 10 kings from 10 nations of the beast empire which will comprise the final world empire of the antichrist.

#3. And out of these 10 nations of beast empire of the last days, will arise the little horn = the beast= the antichrist.

#4. Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy indicate a 70th week remaining- the last 1 week (=7 years) of this present age.

#5. The antichrist, little horn rises half way thru the 70th week (= 3.5 years) and initiates the great tribulation of saints.

Daniel’s visions in Daniel 2, 7, 8 & 11. Part 2 of 3.

Today, I present here Key summary of events in Daniel 11: the conflict between kings of north & south. Please as you read these events, bear in mind the principle of ‘dual fulfilment’. In that, while a lot of these prophecies had been fulfilled in a character called Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian general of Seleucid kingdom of Grecia, still he was foreshadowing of another event yet to come.

A. Summary of Daniel 11’s conflict between king of north & king of south.

#1. Daniel prophecies future events in his time; which has occurred.

The daughter of king of south (KOS) attempts to make some sort of agreement with king of north (KON). The arrangement is likely a marriage to join the 2 nations and strengthen both kingdoms as was customary practice in those days. Trouble ensues between KOS & KON. KOS fights with KON and subdues KON for a time being. Years later, KON returns and gathers greater armies; conquers KOS then heads to conquer Jerusalem. Then another KON arises; a vile person, who comes by way of peace and flatteries at first. The people of the covenant (= Jews in Daniel's time; today =believers in Christ= new covenant) enters in league with this vile person (= the antichrist) which will work deceitfully. Thru deceit, he becomes strong with small people and thru peace makes inroads, do great exploits but his heart against the holy covenant (meaning, he despises believers in Christ).

#2. Daniel prophecies future events in his time; which has occurred; but also foreshadow future events.

At the time appointed, he (*vile KON= little antichrist = also THE antichrist in the end time) shall return and towards the south but not like the former times. *He will have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant (=unbelievers, apostate believers: think MAGA cults, Trump evangelicals). He shall pollute the sanctuary and take away the daily sacrifice and set up image of abomination that makes desolate (see Christ reference in Matt 24.15). Many will be corrupted by his flatteries, but they that know their EL shall be strong and do exploits; and shall understand and instruct many. Yet, many shall fall by the sword, captivity, spoil to be tried, purged and to make white. Many will still cleave to flatteries/deceit even to the time of the end. And this vile KON (=little antichrist and THE antichrist) does as he wills, exalts himself above every god and speak marvelous things against EL and shall prosper in his indignation (2 Thes 2, Rev 13.5-6).

-He will not regard EL of his fathers (=Yahweh), nor desire women (possibly unmarried or homosexual), nor regard any god, for he shall magnify himself above all. He shall honour the god of forces, with silver, gold, and pleasant things (= accumulate wealth; and rule by force and domination).. *Dear American evangelicals, enforcing the 10 commandments is of the antichrist spirit. It will only make people rebel against Christ, despise and abhor the gospel. Enforcing Christianity on a state level is counterproductive and of devils.

#3. Daniel prophecies future events in his time; which has occurred; but also foreshadow future events (the end time events).

*At time of end, KOS shall push at KON, and KON shall come against KOS. He enters Jerusalem and overthrows many countries. He shall have power of treasures of gold, silver and precious things of Egypt. There shall be time of trouble never seen before (time of Jacob’s trouble= great tribulation). Any whose name are written in the book of life shall live and the dead shall awake out of the dust to everlasting life; and some to everlasting contempt. They that are wise shall shine like the firmament and shall turn many to righteousness as stars forever.)

B. Daniel 11 shows the antichrist is the King of north. North of where? North of Israel. Syria is north of Israel. Assyria now modern day Syria and other surrounding nations has been ancient arch-enemy of Israel & a type and shadow of antichrist thru Israel's history. So, chances are the antichrist of the end-time will arise from Assyria (modern day: Syria, Turkey, Iran, Iraq). *More on 'who are today's Assyrians' later*

“And this man (the Messiah) shall be the peace, when the Assyrian (the antichrist) shall come into our land….” “ And he (king of North) shall pollute the sanctuary and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate…..” (Micah 5.5 , Daniel 11.31).

B. Key takeaways of Daniel 11's oracles.

#1. Daniel’s 10 mixed toes and 10 horned beast = 10 horned beast of Revelation = 7th revived empire of Revelation = This 10 nations of the beast empire; from which arises the little horn (the beast= the antichrist = the king of the North’ (‘formerly Assyrian- former arch enemy of nation of Israel).

#2. Daniel’s ‘little horn’ and king of North immediate fulfilment in Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian captain of Grecian empire who foreshadowed THE antichrist.

#3. In Daniel, king of North (of Israel) =the former biblical ‘Assyrian’ kingdom= modern day Syria, Turkey, Iran, Iraq.

#4. the little horn is from Syria and arises from one of the 10 nations of the final beast empire; a composite of earlier empires.

#5. The antichrist will gain confidence and make treaties by flattery, deceit and by false peace but will renege 42 months (3.5 yrs or 1260 days) after.

#6. The wrath of antichrist initiates the great tribulation of saints and believers ( this includes ALL Israel by faith and ethnic).

#7. These visions of Daniel though fulfilled in various little horns (antichrist spirits) thru various empires thru history, it was foreshadowing THE little horn, THE antichrist to come at latter end of age.

# What is the ‘mixture’ in the 10 mixed toes of clay and iron.

- Daniel 2’s image presents the 10 toes of iron and clay mixture which denotes that the 10 nations of the final beast empire will have a strong unifying element as an iron and yet weakened by some factor. According to book of Daniel, as iron and clay do not mix well, these 10 nation coalition will be strong yet brittle. Meaning, these 10 nations will comprise of a group of people who will be united and strong thru a common link yet are divided by another factor. But wait, what then are these factor (s) that unite and yet divide them. Interestingly, in Hebrew the word ‘mix, mixture’ is ‘Arab’, also ‘Aram’; and means to co-mingle. Is Daniel hinting who or where this 10 nation come from? It seems so.


-I like to posit two factors or two separate parts: both ethnic heritage and of religious background as the two elements that both unite and divide. There are strong biblical evidence that the antichrist is of mixed heritage: Hebrew, specifically of tribe of Dan; and also of Arab descent. . I will present these biblical evidence in another post.

-For one, for antichrist to be able to successfully appeal to and win over the Jews at the first 3.5 years, he has to be identified as ‘Jewish’ ethnically and/or by strongly rooted associations to Jewish faith and culture. He will even recite the Torah as if a bona fide rabbi. The antichrist must also be able to convince mainstream evangelical Christians that he is friend of Jews for this mass deception to work well (think Trump evangelicals). In other words, antichrist will come as ‘lamb’ but is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Contrary to popular imagery, antichrist is not present (at least not at first) uncouth evil monster with pitchfork, horns, a tail and tattoo of 666 on his forehead. Think about it logically. The other ‘mixture’ component of the 10 nation armies of the antichrist is that of religion.

-Which religion is most likely then? Well, you recall from previous post, in Daniel 2, how the Roman empire (leg of image) fell to the Ottoman empire (the feet of the image)?

-Historically, Ottoman-Turks empire was an Islamic caliphate. So, logically then, the 10 toes off this feet that is Ottoman Empire are mainly composed of Arab nations. So, then, the prominent religion would logically be Islam. And so this makes the religion of Islam both the strong uniter and ironically, also divides them. How so? How would Islam be both uniter and divider? Well, you see if you think about it, humans are rarely completely united on any one thing, religion the chiefess of all source of conflict. So, it’s only natural that there will be even division.

-To date, there are 2 main divisions of Islam: the Sunnis & Shiites. My best hypotheses point to the fundamental differences in practices and beliefs between these two main divisions of Islam that is the bone of contention among these 10 nation coalitions. Perhaps in another post, I would outline the major differences and beliefs between the 2 sects of Islam that would likely cause substantial conflict amidst as to make the 10 nation coalition brittle and thus weaken them.

# The he-goat with 1 great horn and 4 horns.

-Daniel 8’s he-goat with 1 great horn and 4 other horns. Per history, Alexander the great of Macedon (Grecia) empire conquered Persia, but at his death, his kingdom was split by his generals into 4 kingdoms (Egypt, Syria, Macedonia, Pergamon) with Egypt and Syria the 2 main kingdoms. Egypt became the “king of the South”; and Syria became “king of the North” with land of Israel as the point of reference.

# The 4th beast with 10 horns.

- Daniel 7, The first three beasts represent the 3 previous empires: Babylonians (or Medes), Persian, Grecian. The 4th beast in Daniel 7 is the Roman empire, and the 10 horns represent the 10 nations of the beast. The Roman empire later split into two kingdoms: the western and the eastern parts (=the 2 legs of iron). The western portion fell to a Germanic tribe in west Europe. However, the eastern portion of Roman empire carried the essence of Roman empire (Byzantine era); led by Constantine with the capital known as Constantinople. When eastern Roman empire fell to Ottoman-Turks, Constantinople was renamed Istanbul, which is today, is the modern day capital of the country of Türkiye (Turkey). The Ottoman-Turk empire is the revived 7th empire of Revelation, which becomes the 8th empire according to the book of Revelation. This revived 7th empire is just the alliance of the 10 nations of beast empire; and will then become the 8th empire when revived. Ottoman-Turk empire is the healed ‘head’ wound in the book of revelation.

# The king of south (Egypt) and king of north (Syria).

-Daniel 11, Egypt is south of Israel; Syria is North of Israel. The little horn arises from the north country. Both nations of Syria and Egypt has been applied to denote Israel’s relationship with its Northernmost and Southernmost borders. Syria is north of Israel, which was historically assimilated by the Assyrian empire. [b]Assyria biblically has been Israel’s long time enemy and the archetype of many antichrists types and shadows seen in the many biblical adversaries of Israel. [/b]For example, King Sennacherib of Assyria in the time of Hezekiah, king of Judah who sought to destroy the Jews and besiege Jerusalem. See Isaiah 37. King Sennacherib was a type of antichrist just as Antiochus Epiphanes was. Please read the bravado and speeches of Sennacherib’s right hand man Rabshakeh (=false prophet of antichrist), King of Assyria & compare to the ‘bold blasphemous speeches of anti-Christ against Yahweh in Isaiah 36, 37; 2 Kings 19.27-28. This gives us hints as what THE antichrist’s blasphemous speeches would sound like.

# Antiochus Epiphanes, the little horn from Syria.

-Daniel’s prophesy had multiple applications or multi-fulfilments. Historically, the little horn of Daniel was fulfilled in the person of Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian captain of Seleucid kingdom of Grecian empire who desecrated the temple and massacred many Jews. But what about future king of north? Careful reading of this chapter gives us indication of origin of the antichrist of the last days. Though, historically, this prophecy of ‘little horn’ was fulfilled in Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian captain of the Seleucid kingdom of the split Grecian empire who desecrated the temple and murdered many Jews. However, because the overall tone/context of Daniel's visions suggests end of time, we are to extrapolate that these events are to repeat towards end of time. There’s dual-fulfilments or multi-fulfilment in its application.

# The antichrist: the little horn and the king of north in the last days.

-The later fulfilment of Daniel’s prophecies will be in the person of THE antichrist of the end days. This means, in the last days, both the antichrist and events described in Daniel will repeat. It’s also most likely that the king of North (of Israel) will hail from Syria (formerly Assyria). See Assyrian beast references: Micah 5:1-9; Yeshayahu 14:22-27, 30: 3-6, 27-33; Yechezkel 31:2-18; 32; 21-30; Tehillim 83; Daniel 11: 36-45. [b]In that, this latter king of North will come from same location of Syria, and in the same spirit of antichrist, and many of the events of the past will share similarities with the future events. [/b]But this time, key differences are that the antichrist will work his deceit with those who forsake the (new) covenant rather than old covenant (the Jews). In the future, this ‘covenant’ will be believers in Christ; and those who forsake the covenant are deceived apostate believers (think Trump's evangelicals)

# The dual nature of prophetic fulfillment.

-Overall, The visions of Daniel and prophecies are dual in that it prophesied of events of both short and long term fulfillment all merged into one continuous flow: following middle east pattern of storytelling at the time. The short term part occurred shortly after time of Daniel when Epiphanes of Syria invaded Israel and desecrated temple. The long term is likely kept till the time of the end, when transgression of gentiles reaches its limit. Much like when the disciples asked Yeshua what will be the signs of the end. Yeshua answered giving both the short term and long term events. The short term being the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple by Romans in 70CE few decades after HIS ascension into heaven; and then HE extrapolated into the future events of the latter end of time. The writings of the prophets also illustrate this type of storytelling or prophecy whereby a single story merges both past and present and future.

As it is written “what is and what will be, already have been…there’s nothing new under the sun... HaShem revisits the past". What multi- fulfilment prophecies tell us is that in the spirit realm, these events are the same and ONE because there’s only one devil (spirit) behind them.

As the Messiah was foreshadowed by types and shadows and patterns, so, the anti-Messiah was foreshadowed. Really, in the spirit, there’s only ONE Spirit of Yahweh; and there is only one spirit of anti-Christ. Generation changes. Time passes. Events differ, faces change; yet it is the same spirit.

# High yield chapter summaries.

-Rev. 11. John the apostle has vision in which a rod is given to measure the temple, altar and the outer court of temple. This temple is to be given to gentiles to trample down for 42 months (=1260 days= 3.5 years). Also describes 2 witnesses (Enoch and Elijah or Moses) with power to kill and with signs and wonder.

-Rev. 12. John is shown a great wonder from heaven: A woman clothed with sun, moon under her feet, crown of 12 stars upon head (=12 tribes of Israel). A great red dragon (satan) with 7 heads, 7 crowns and 10 horns out of the heads. Tail draws 1/3rd of stars of heaven and cast them down. Woman births a man child (Christ) to rule nations with iron rod; child caught up to heaven to throne of Yahweh. Micheal and angelic hosts fights the red dragon, and red dragon and his angels cast out who is the serpent, the deceiver, the devil and satan. Woman given wings of eagle, protected and nourished in desert for 1260 days. The red dragon could not overcome woman and so goes to make war with rest of her children (believers in Christ + keep HIS commandments)

-Rev. 13. Then another beast (=antichrist) with 7 head, 10 horn out of sea with name of blasphemy written upon heads. Looks like leopard, has
feet of bear, with mouth of lion (=composite of former empires of Daniel). The dragon gives the beast power and authority. 1 of 7 heads wounded to death; but deadly wound healed. A 2nd beast (=false prophet) with 2 horns arise out of sea; speaks as dragon. Exercises power of 1st beast and cause all to worship the 1st beast whose deadly wound is healed (revived empire). He has power to give life to the image of the beast with the healed deadly wound; and the image should speak and that any who does not worship the image is killed. And no man is able to buy or sell, save he has the mark or the number of beast.

-Rev 17. The great LovePeddler riding on scarlet beast with 7 head and 10 horns with golden cup. Full of name of blasphemy, full of abominations and filthiness and on her forehead is written: mystery Babylon the great, mother of harlot and abominations of earth. The woman is drunk in blood of saints and of martyrs of Yeshua. The beast was (past), is not (present), and shall ascend out of bottomless pit and go into perdition (future). Many shall wonder at beast that was, is not, yet is (=today exists in various remnant nations). The 7 heads (7 kings/empires) are the 7 mountains that woman sits on. First 5 kings are fallen, the 6th is, and the other is yet to come. When the 7th comes, it continues in short time. The beast is the 8th and is of the 7th. The 10 horns are 10 kings who shall receive power with the beast (at time of antichrist) and shall give their power to the beast. These 10 kings will make war with the Lamb and the Lamb shall overcome for HE is King of kings and lord of lords and they with HIM called chosen and faithful. The 10 horns shall later hate the LovePeddler of Babylon, turn against her and burn her with fire.

# Dissecting John’s visions in the book of Revelation.

-Rev. 11. John the apostle is given to measure the temple and gentiles to trample down for 42 months (3.5 years or 1260 days). Also see Luke 21.24. This temple most likely refers to a 3rd temple to be built at later end; which is the temple the antichrist will desecrate, and erect an image to be worshipped. Note that the 1st and 2nd temples were destroyed by Babylonians and by Romans respectively. As of late, there is no temple atop the temple mount in Jerusalem. Instead in its place or near by the temple mount, there’s the Islamic Al Aqsa mosque. Many propose that the covenant of death spoken of in Daniel in the beginning of 70th week involves a deal allowing both the Arab Muslims and the Jewish faithful to build an altar of sacrifice at the site; and as such co-share the temple mount worship with the Arab Muslims. It is worth noting that according to Daniel 9.27, 2 Thes 2 and other similar passages, the Jews will restart sacrifice in a make shift altar, perhaps in a wholly rebuilt temple, which the antichrist will put a stop to and erect an image that causes desolation.

-Rev. 12. here the events of 5th seal of great tribulation in Rev. 6 are expanded. But before going further, Yochanan zooms out and gives background info; the ancient history of battle between angelic hosts; and how satan fell thereby taking 1/3rd angels with him. Basically, how satan came to be the adversary of mankind. Then, he also gives historical background of Israel and the messiah Yeshua. The woman represents Israel specifically Judah who births the Messiah (man-child); but we know it represents also all 12 tribes Israel ( the 12 stars/crowns). Then, Yochanan fast forwards to future events of great tribulation (GT), when the woman who represent 144k Israel is protected during great tribulation for 1260 days (=42 months = 3.5 years).

- There are double applications here as are many examples of biblical prophecy. Clearly, there’s a future fulfilment still pending. What if the remnant of this Israel is presently in wilderness (as in dispersed in unknown nations today)? Yet also in GT, they will be gathered in a place where YHVH protects them for 1260 days. Question is: how will YHVH bring these remnants of Israel together to be protected? Where are they protected? And who are the ‘wings of eagles’ given to the woman (vs. 14). Here is where some pencil in United States of America as allies to Israel during this GT. This is highly doubtful though as the interpretation of US as eagle here does not fit other biblical references of eagle in relation to Israel. Wing of eagle then could represent metaphoric or symbolic of Yahweh’s deliverance (Exodus 19.4).

-Rev. 12.3, 13.1 & 17.3: all describe same ancient demon present in Genesis 3 as the serpent; now here is the red dragon, with its 7 heads and 10 horns representing the various antichrist empires and its kings that have persecuted Israel throughout history. This indicates antichrist spirits have always been since creation in various human systems to certain degree beginning with Nimrod’s city of babel. This ancient antichrist spirit will ultimately inhabit THE antichrist of the last days. The 10 horns of beast of Revelation are same as the 10 mixed toes and the 10 horns of Daniel which represent the 10 kings/nations of beast empire. In Daniel’s account, the 4th beast with 10 horns, and one little horn arises to overthrow 3 horns leaving 7 horns remaining. In Revelation, the 7 heads represent the 7 gentile empires that dominated, occupied Jerusalem and oppressed Israel. . *More on these 7 gentile empires later, which are 3 additional empire to Daniel's account*

- Some say though that the events described by John has passed and occurred in the time of Roman persecution of Jews by their 7 wicked emperors and their 10 branches of governance. Some postulate this vision to refer to Paganization of Christianity by papal Roman Catholicism. But as we shall see in the coming analysis, this is erroneous interpretation as well; or rather, neglecting the rule of multiple fulfilments. While it is likely that it could be true the visions were partially fulfilled in various Roman emperors who persecuted Jews, and the corrupting of biblical Christianity by papal Roman Catholicism, however, correct exegesis indicate John’s visions are yet to meet complete fulfilment in the future. And that the most logical explanations for the 7 heads of beasts represent 7 world empires rather than 7 individual kings of Roman empire. *More on this later*.

-Rev. 13. The 7 head represent the 7 antichrist empires thru history beginning with Egyptian, then Assyrian, Babylonians, Medes/Persian, Grecia, and ending with Roman empire which was at time of John the apostle. The 10 horns represent the 10 kings/nations that will make up the beast empire. Look at the characteristics of the beast, which is similar to Daniel’s: looks like leopard (Macedonia/Grecia), feet of bear (Medo-Persian) and mouth of lion (Babylon). This means that this beast that Revelation described arising out of sea with 7 head, 10 horns will be composite of all the previous (antichrist) empires before it in strength and brutality of lion, with speed of Leopard; dominating force of bear.

-Rev. 17. The great LovePeddler of Babylon represent the mysterious driving spiritual force and vigor associated with the beast system. In all likelihood, this is where the religious component of the deception of antichrist comes in. This is that great deception spoken of in 2 Thes 2 by Paul and by Yeshua in HIS sermons. A great deal of apostate Christendom will fall into this great deception and believe in lies, thus be given over to grand delusion. A lot of this apostasy and grand delusion are already apparent today by the many false ministers and doctrines abounding in Christendom; and will yet increasingly worsen as we approach the latter end of days. *More on this great harlot of Babylon and what makes this end time Babylonian system a ‘mystery’.*

# The Relevance of Revelation to AD 70.

-Of note, just as many of Messianic prophecies in the books of the prophets and of Daniel, the book of Revelation has dual applications. In that some of the events (hence the letter to 7 churches) occurred in AD70, 30+ years after Christ’s ascension; yet some portions of the prophecies are reserved for the last days. A great deal of bible expositors include the Papacy (Roman Catholicism) as the major instigator of the apostacy prophesied by Yochanan in the book of Revelation’s account of the beastly world systems. Yet, careful analysis and exegetical study and considering the entire counsel of eschatological scripture will reveal, the events described here are yet to have their complete and ultimate fulfilment in the latter end of the time. According to historical records and accounts, the following are evidence of (partial) fulfilment of John's visions in the events leading to and during AD 60-70 or thereabouts.

-In Revelation 11. Jerusalem is to be trampled for 42 months ."From Spring of 67 to August of 70, the time of formal Roman imperial sieging against Jerusalem lasted for a period of 42 months. The city called Sodom and Egypt represented desecration of Jerusalem. In Revelation 13. The beast wars with the saints for 42 months. Nero's persecution was from Nov. 64 - June 68. In Revelation 14:20. Trampled in the winepress "outside the city", i.e. where Jesus was crucified (Jn. 19:20; Heb. 13;11-13). 1600 stadia is the length of the land. The Itenerarum of Antonius of Piacenza says the length of Palestine was 1664 stadia.

-In Revelation 17:7 . The seven heads are seven kings, 5 have been, one is, one is yet to come for a short space. The first seven Caesars of Rome: Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Gaius, Claudius already dead. The sixth, Nero, was alive when John was given the Revelation; and the seventh was Galba who reigned only 7 months (June 68 - Jan 69). This order of the Caesars is that taken from standard works: Suetonius (Lives of the twelve Caesars); Dio Cassius (Roman History 5); Josephus (Antiquities 19.1.11 cp. 18.2.2; 18.6.10). The beast's war with the saints for 42 months was the Neronian persecution which lasted for 42 months. Note how 13:12,14 interchanges the head with the whole beast. Mosheim confirms this: "The dreadful persecution which took place by order of this tyrant, commenced at Rome about the middle of November in the year of our Lord 64…this dreadful persecution ceased but with the death of Nero…in the year 68 [June], when he put an end to his own life" L. von Mosheim, Historical Commentaries vol. 1, tr. Robert Vidal (NY: Converse, 1854) pp 138,139.

-In the same way as the 1st century believers could not have accurately predicted how all the events would come about, in the same manner, we will see may not be able to predict all the events of last days, but they will unravel as they occur. Remember the law of dual fulfilment; which explains why when the disciples asked Christ signs of the destruction of the 2nd temple, they were in essence equating the destruction of the 2nd temple by Romans as their own ‘last days’. And this is why when Yeshua answered, HE gave them both the signs of the trouble of 2nd temple destruction which effectively answered their question though a partial fulfillment. Which indeed, history holds the early Christian converts and Jews experienced severe persecution at the hands of few of Roman emperors with subsequent destruction of the temple. However, Yeshua extended HIS answer to include the ultimately fulfilment in the last days; thus we expect a repeat of the similar events that occurred in AD 70 in the last days by an ultimate anti-Messiah figure. Except that in the last days, it will be 'like tribulation the world has never seen since the beginning of time' (Matt 24.21).

-It is important to keep in mind the multi-fulfilment inherent in many biblical prophecies. There are some false heretical and deadly theologies out there that hold these events are past, irrelevant and that we are indeed living in the millennial reign of Christ. Yikes. How anyone can honestly read scripture and believe these false theories and doctrines is quite astonishing; only something the devil can manufacture and thus keep people bound in deep deception as such.

*Key point*: Contrary to popular eschatological ideas, The last empire (=antiChrist beast reign) is NOT British nor American. Neither empires persecuted the Jews nor occupied Jerusalem. Quite the contrary. Apply some common sense and basic logic here. . Also apply common historical knowledge past and present to arrive at most logical conclusion.

Previously posted on this series, Revelation 12’s dragon with 7 head and 10 horns = Satan. Revelation 13’s first beast arising out of the sea with 7 heads and 10 horns= the antichrist. The 2nd beast with 2 horns = the false prophet. These 7 heads are best thought to represent 7 empires of Yohanan’s vision: (1) Egyptian. (2) Assyrian. (3) Babylonian. (4) Medes-Persian. (5) Grecian. (6) Roman. (7)Ottoman-Turks. The 8th is the beast empire = revived 7th empire. Revived 7th empire of Revelation = 10 nations. The 10 horns + the little horn = 8th empire, the beast empire. In Daniel, the antichrist (little horn) arises from one of the 10 horns (10 nations).

# The first beast and the red dragon. The first beast is the antichrist; given power by the red dragon who is Satan. 7 heads= 7 past antichrist empires that harassed Israel. 5 of them were before Yochanan’s time; the 6th is the Roman empire at the time of Yochanan; the 7th still to come and will give rise to the 8th. And the 10 horns being the 10 kings of 10 nations of the beast (also seen in the book of Daniel). One of the heads wounded healed implies that one of the empires that had fallen would rise again. If the heads represent the 7 empires, then the healed head wound indicate 1 of the 7 empires that fell when defeated (wounded), will be revived (healed) and give rise to the beast kingdom in the last days.

-# Note here again, the events prior to and surrounding the great tribulation is expanded. So basically this 2nd beast is the antichrist right hand man (THE false prophet) who will be executing and enforcing his agenda. If the object to be worshipped is the head with a deadly wound that was healed, it follows then, that same head is the beast empire. The deadly head wound implies the fallen state of this empire, which means it was an empire that existed in the past (1 of the 7 heads that had fallen). The beast empire occupies temple mount and Jerusalem and will place image that causes desecration and demand worship as god (Daniel 9.27, 2 Thes 2).

# Revelation’s 8th empire of the beast. Yochanan states that the beast kingdom is the 8th empire and part of the 7th empire. If the 7th empire historically was Ottoman Turks empire, then, it follows, it is most likely the empire to be “healed” or revived and will give rise to the beast (8th) empire. Historically, the Roman empire was succeeded by the Ottoman-Turks. And the British empire succeeded Ottoman-Turks. Yochanan seems to have stopped at 7th empire, with the 8th empire being the final (beast) empire. Some say this 8th empire would be British/American. He could not have counted British empire as the 8th empire primarily because the British did not occupy the territory of Jerusalem nor dominate the Jews there. . And Yochanan calls the beast empire itself the 8th empire, which will be part of the 7th empire. But the 7th empire was Ottoman-Turks, thus we can logically conclude, British and American empire do not factor in this equation.

# Characteristics of the beast. Note that the beast being given description of several animals represent the nature of the beast and the characteristics of the antichrist. This is important for us to pay attention to what’s being revealed here. Being like leopard means antichrist’s actions will be swift, sudden, stealthy, and deadly as a leopard; and feet like bear denotes its powerful domineering control (by force) of nations; and lion’s mouth is its ability to communicate loudly, forcefully, and with such charismatic energy, influential voice that demands or commands attention and obedience. Together: the beast of antichrist will present itself at first stealthily (by peace treaty), but suddenly brings destruction; as he swiftly executes world domination and control of nations, his plans and agenda; and in its enforcing of the mark of the beast; and with its roaring captivating force of speech will command and demand attention & worship of the nations.

# Alternative theories propose that the 7 heads are 7 distinct kings or emperors of ancient Rome. But it makes little sense that Yochanan would be referring solely to 7 kings of 1 empire. For example, the healed deadly head wound would imply this individual king who has been dead for thousand years would then be resurrected which does not make much sense. Thus, what does makes better sense is the 7 heads speaks of 7 separate empires or world powers and 1 of these fallen (wounded) empires (the 7th one) will be reconstructed somehow (healed); and thus, is coming back. Also, at the time of Yochanan, 5 had fallen already, the 6th was current empire, and the 7th yet to come. Today though, all 7 empires clearly are non-existent, yet one will be healed (revived), the 7th empire is revived, which then becomes 8th empire as the antichrist takes over. Yochanan speaks of the 8th as the beast kingdom/empire, and not an individual person ( the beast). Therefore, it makes sense that the other 7 would be empires too and not individual kings. Also, if it were persons, how then can 8th be part of 7th ?.

-If the 7 heads represent 7 kings of Roman empire, then that means 7th king is somehow reincarnated to be the 8th. And even if the 8th king is direct descendant of 7th king, how will anyone recognize/confirm this after thousands of years? This explanation of 7 heads representing 7 kings of Roman empire is highly unlikely. It makes much better sense if speaking of empires. Historically, we know an empire rises by conquering nations of previous empire. Thus, previous empire lives on in the next ruling empire-This would explain the 8th being part of 7th. What this means is that 10 of the countries that made up the 7th empire, which for the most part still exist separately will reassemble to form 8th empire.

# The beast that “was, is not and yet is” means several things: (1) the spirit of antichrist (was) and has always existed in the various past 5 empires; (2) and antichrist spirit (is)/was in the time of 6th empire of Rome during the days of John the apostle. (3) And though the 8th beast empire did not exist then; yet still (is)/exists currently in the countries of the past fallen empires. The antichrist systems comprises of religious, political, socio cultural or economic domains. Yochanan recognizes that the spirit of THE beast has existed in various past empires (was), and yet THE beast empire does not exist (is not); and yet, the spirit of the antichrist that will animate THE beast currently exists (in the Roman empire of his time and today). Today, The beast that was (=7th empire), and is not (fall of the 7th empire), and yet is (antichrist spirit in remnant countries of these fallen empires/ systems). Basically, the spirit of the antichrist remains in various world governments thru every generation thru the years is the same antichrist spirit in the beast ( =was and is, and still yet to come).

# Reconciling Revelation and Daniel. The 8th king (= the antichrist) of the beast empire is same as the little horn in Daniel’s vision. Daniel’s 10 toes of image, and 10 horns of 4th beast are the same as Revelation’s beast with 7 head and 10 horns. Save concerning the empires, Daniel listed only 4 while John listed 7. The beast empire, the 8th empire is part of the 7th empire; and from this 8th empire, will emerge the little horn (8th king). The 7th head that was wounded and healed is the 7th empire of Ottoman Turks, an Islamic empire, that fell after WW1 (wounded); which will be revived (healed). Though, the Ottoman Turks is fallen, still, the remnant nations still exist today. If the Ottoman Turks was an Islamic empire and the religion of Islam still exist today, then the “yet is” part of Yochana’s prophecy is the antichrist spirit in the religion of Islam. And also, the Islamic countries that composed the Ottoman Turks empire are still very much alive and well today. Therefore, the head (empire) wound ( empire’s fall) being healed (revived) is just really those the Ottoman (Osman's) Islamic countries reassembling itself.

-The 10 horns are the 10 nations constituting the revived empire. These 10 nations will initially pledge allegiance to the beast, carry out his operation for some time, then turn on the woman of the beast even to destroy her with fire. Curious thing. I wonder why. If the LovePeddler is the life or driving force or power of influence of the beast and its systems, then, it means these 10 nations will rebel against the very beast system they help propagate. The LORD will cause them to turn against each other, I suppose. HE’s done it in the past where nations or peoples once allies turn against each other. No reason why HE couldn’t repeat this in the last days.

Yohanan’s vision of world empires: Revelation 12, 13, 17. Part 3 of 3.

“I saw a woman….and upon her forehead a name written, Mystery, Babylon the Great…..”. Rev. 17.3-5.

*Key points: The mystery Babylon of Revelation (1) has a both spiritual (chapter 17) and a physical component (chapter 18) ; (2) mystery Babylon is a multi-system networks composed of global economic, socio-political, & religious integration. Mystery Babylon the spiritual component will be headed by the Roman church (*watch the new American pope unifying religions-it seems Americans/USA will play a religious role/influence in the end times); and the physical city will be headquartered in a rebuilt city of Babylon (city of Hillah in modern day Iraq) to become the capital and the seat of the beasts’ government.

# Concerning Revelation 17’s mystery woman of Babylon riding on the 7 headed 10 horned beast.

-The woman of Babylon sits on a red beast with 7 heads and 10 horns. Being woman symbolizes the ‘life bearing vessel or vehicle’ of this system; that is the deceptive power of influence (whoredom) of the beast system which births various children (=antichrist systems) which are mountains (nations) she rules from and influences. Clearly, she being drunk of martyr and saints blood means that it is of the beast empire and its antichrist systems which has martyred saints in the past and will work in the great tribulation to persecute and murder saints. In the time of Yochanan, he didn’t specify that the 7 kings are from 7 empires. However, common logic tells us 7 kings must rule or come from 7 nations. Some say the 7 kings represent 7 kings of Roman empire only. But it makes more sense to see the 7 kings coming from 7 different empires. Why? Because the 10 horns growing out of 7 heads is symbolic of 10 (kings of 10 nations) arising out of 7 distinct empires. It makes less sense to say 10 kings (nations) are arising out of 7 kings of 1 empire; it does make better logic to say 10 kings (of 10 nations) arising from 7 empires; which will make up the beast empire of the last days.

-Since the mystery Babylon is spoken in relation to the beast empire, it is most likely a part of the beast empire. Babylon is both physical and spiritual systems. The physical component will be the actual capital city of the beast empire and will include the economic & political seat of the beast kingdom. The spiritual component is the idolatrousness (=harlot, LovePeddler, fornication) of false religious and spiritual systems. Basically, these systems are “antichrist” in nature, character and essence. The LovePeddler of Babylon sits on “many waters” (=people, nations). In this then, any city, country, religion (yes, even certain brands of Christianity), or region that participates in and embraces this new Babylonian systems partakes in the “wine of her cup” (=idolatry, fornication and other abominable sins).

-But why is this Babylonian system considered a mystery? My best theoretical deduction is that it is a mystery because to Yochanan then, as was revealed to him, it was not really a well-defined system. Today, even, this ‘mysterious’ last days Babylon both physical and spiritual are still not yet clearly defined, apparent or even in operation as a congealed distinct entity. We can deduce by the biblical description given that it will most likely include a physical city that will be control centre for the economic, political aspect of the beast system. It was a mystery to Yochanan and remains a mystery for now until the beast empire itself is revealed along with his 10-nation beast empire. The spiritual component of this mystery Babylon is also not clearly defined nor apparent today, though we can see some skeletons of it in the current organized church systems. However, but the spiritual component too will much more distinct and fully operational at the rise of antichrist and his 10 nation armies. Today, these Babylonian systems exist on some level but are scattered, uncoordinated, unrefined; yet they will become unified, universal one global religious, economic and political entities eventually at the zenith of antichrist’s reign.

# Papal Rome (Roman Catholicism) and the woman of Babylon.

-According to some theories, the mystery Babylon of Revelation 17 is primarily Rome. That Rome and Babylon were related seems to have been well known in earlier days. Even Roman catholic past clergies admitted that description of mystery Babylon fits Rome. Cardinal Bellarine stated ‘St. John in the Apocalypse calls Rome Babylon; for no other city besides Rome reigned in his age over the kings of the earth, and it is well known that Rome was seated upon 7 hills’. The features are so remarkable that it is easy to see Rome under the figure of Babylon. If this is presumed true, what is the historic relation of Babylon to Rome, that Rome was comparable to mystery Babylon? St. Augustine in ‘city of God’ calls Rome, the second Babylon. He said, ‘Babylon is former Rome and Rome a future Babylon. Rome is daughter of Babylon. In Rev 17, we have a religious system & in Revelation 18, we see Babylon the physical city. Roman Catholicism is the chief representative and the bulwark of Babylonians, its religious doctrines and practices. Babylon is said to be mother of harlots, which means that Rome is not alone in her abominations. The spirit of Babylon is in every church that exalts pagan (Babylonian) festivals and rites; to that extent, these churches are daughters of the harlot. According to the book of Revelation that system is to increase in power in the coming days (17.8.).

# Comparing John’s mystery Babylon and Papal Rome.

-The place in which Yochanan saw the woman describes Rome. “He carried me away in the spirit into wilderness”. Rome stands in the midst of wilderness. Even before you leave the gates of Rome, you find yourself in desert (Rome in XIX century, pg. 421). The greater part of Campgna of Rome was desolate wilderness.

-“The 7 heads are 7 mountains on which the woman sits”. Rome was city of the 7 hills. In John’s day, Rome was called the 7 hilled city, and was celebrated as such in annual festival called the Septimontium. On the imperial medals, which were preserved, we see Rome figured as woman on 7 hills. These seven hills are: Palatine, Aventine, Capitoline, Quirinal, Viminal, Esquiline, and Caelian. The description John gives of the woman connects her with Rome.

-“The woman whom you saw is the great city which holds the dominion over the kings of the earth”. Rome was the ruling empire when John wrote Revelation.

-“The woman was arrayed in scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls”. Scarlet was the color of Rome. It is reserved to the pontiff and cardinals of the Roman church. The inner color of the cloak of the Pope is scarlet, his carriage is scarlet, the carpet on which he treads is scarlet. The hats, cloaks, stockings of the cardinals are scarlet. The pope’s vest at enthronement is encrusted with pearls, and his Mitre is heavy with gold and precious stones. It was known that papal crown bore the world ‘Mystery’ on its front for centuries until it was removed by emperor Julius the 3rd; after having had his attention drawn to the descriptions of mystery Babylon in 17th chapter of Revelation.

# The connection between ancient city of Babylon & Roman emperors.

To trace the connection it will be necessary to look at ancient Babylon. Babylon was city on the banks of Euphrates founded by Nimrod, who was described as ‘mighty hunter’ (Gen 10.8-10). Nimrod was a rebel against Yahweh; and the city Babylon was the seat of the first great apostasy. In 487 BC, the city Babylon was taken by Xerxes (when Persian became empire) and the inhabitants were slaughtered. The Babylonian priesthood being forced to leave Babylon sought refuge in Pergamos, a Roman province (modern day Turkey); which became for sometime their headquarters. This is the basis for the LORD remarks in Revelation 3.13 “I know were you dwell, even where satan’s throne is”. Pergamos was the headquarters of this apostasy in John’s day. When Attalus, the pontiff and king of Pergamos died (133 BC), he bequeathed the headship of Babylon priesthood to Rome. Emperor Julius Caesar was made supreme pontiff of Ftruscan Babylonian order in 63 BC. Thus, the first roman emperor was the head of the Babylonian priesthood and so Rome became the successor of Babylon. Henceforth Rome’s religion was that of Babylon. The emperors for 400 years (63 BC to 376 AD) were Babylonian high priests. The Emperors of Rome continued to exercise this office of supreme pontiff till the year 376 AD, when the Emperor Gratian refused to attire himself in the high priest robes. He justly observed that as its whole nature was idolatrous, it became not a Christian to assume it. He, therefore, refused the habit, though the pagans gave him the title’.

# Babylonian paganism and the church of Rome united

In 378 AD, during emperor Constantine’s reign, the head of Babylonian order was transferred to the leader of the Christian church: making the head of the church of Christ in Rome the place of supreme pontiff. Thus, Satan united Babylon and Rome in one religious system. This explains Rev 17, ‘mystery Babylon’. All the teachings of old Babylon went to Rome. Thus, Romanism incarnates Babylon; her worship is idolatrous, and her ceremonies and observances are Babylonish. Her doctrines are not from Yahweh. Soon after, the worship of virgin Mary was set up in the year 381 AD. Mary was everywhere worshipped as the mother of Yahweh, the queen of heaven- the same that Jeremiah the prophet denounced centuries before (Jer. 7.18; 44.17-25). At the close of the 4th century, this worship was mandated worldwide church- “the worship of the queen of heaven had superseded the worship of Christ”. The heathen temples were restored and beautified and repurposed as Christian churches; and the pagan Babylonian rituals reestablished only Christianized (by the order of Constantine). Thus the queen of heaven, fuses with Babylonian cult practices, and occupied the place of the LORD Christ in the professedly Christian church of Rome.

-Church fathers Nestorious in 428 AD, and others raised their voices to declare the virgin was not of Yahweh, but the protest was unsuccessful. Solemn curses were pronounced upon all who refused to worship Mary, and the worship and festivals dedicated to Mary was imposed upon the church to be observed throughout the empire. In the Hebrew scriptures, the foe to Yahweh the true El, and Jerusalem, HIS holy place, was Babylon. Yahweh gave Babylon civil power, and with this power she carried away Yahweh’s people into captivity. When Babylon literal was no more, Rome came into power and has continued the antagonism to Yahweh. Rome crucified the LORD, burnt Jerusalem, and carried away the sacred vessels of the temple. Moreover, she has ever since corrupted the truth. In relation to Yahweh’s work, Rome is Babylon. But it is Babylon away from her physical location. It is mystery Babylon, not literal Babylon. The moral characteristics are the same, only the physical location changed.

# Babylonian Pagan festivals adopted as Roman Church ‘festivals.

-All of the festivals of the church of Rome, such as Christmas, Easter, St. John’s day, Lady’s day etc, can be traced to the Babylonian in origin. They have no relation to Christ. No such festivals were celebrated in the Church for 200 years after Christ. There are no biblical support nor foundations for these festivals. Long before the first coming of the LORD, a festival was held on December 24th and 25th by pagan heathens. It was held in honour of birth of the son of Babylonian queen Astarte. The Chaldeans called it Yule day; Yule being in Chaldee, child. The Christmas tree was equally common to pagan Rome and heathen Egypt. Christmas day and Easter are purely Babylonian. What does the word Easter mean? Easter is Ishtar (Ashtoreth), one of the titles of Babylonian queen of heaven. It was the worship of this woman by the people of Israel that the prophets condemned as an abomination in the sight of Yahweh (1 Sam 7.3; Jer 44.18. Round cakes to this goddess were made at this festival; the same that Jeremiah’s condemned (Jer 7.18). On these cakes, was the sign of a cross, which in Babylonian mysteries, was symbol of life. This festival was observed 1.500 years before Christ was born, and here we see the true origin of Easter celebration along with its paraphernalia- the hot cross buns. (See Mosheim’s history of church 1, page 370).

-The easter eggs which now figure in connection with Easter were common to all heathen nations. The fable of the egg, in a word, is this ‘an egg of wondrous size fell from heaven into river Euphrates; the fishes rolled it back to the bank, where doves having settled on it, hatched it, and out came Astarte, the goddess of Easter. The 40 days lent was taken from worshippers at Babylon. It is observed today by devil worshippers of Kurdistan who got it from the same source. One is in good heathen company when one keeps lent. It is the devil’s order of worship. It was his invention. There is nothing as to it in Yahweh’s Word. Easter and Lent were introduced into the church in the 5th century. The decree of observance was made in 519 AD. A writer of 5th century says ‘the observance of Lent had no existence so long as primitive church remained inviolate’. All these indicate that Christianity’s religious forms and practices past and today are Babylonian in origin, and are part of satan’s schemes to ruin the church that Christ and the apostles founded.

#The city and the religion of Babylon past and future.

While Revelation 17 indicates a religious system of Babylon, in Rev 18, we see a commercial city of Babylon. We read: ‘Babylon, the glory of kingdom, the beauty of Kasdims, excellency shall be as when Yahweh overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation….’ (Isa 13.19). Yet, in the time of Alexander the great (BC 331), it was an important commercial city situated in the valley of Euphrates River. In 1585, bishop Otto wrote ‘the portion of Babylon, which is still occupied, is styled Baldach…it is large and populous’. Today, Babylon is situated in Hillah, in modern day Iraq. 2018 Census indicates the city Hillah) of 456,000 and is located in the midst of the ruins of ancient Babylon. Therefore, in light of both scripture and current history, we can come to the conclusion that Babylon the actual city still exists and still has a future. Now, if Babylon has a future and if human civilization still exist in the valley of Euphrates, Scriptures would somewhere give clues to the future Babylon. Zechariah (5.11) seem to suggest that the ‘woman in basket’ (=the woman of Babylon) will be built a place in Shinar (Babylon). Notice it says in ‘when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base’.

-Question is, "when what is ready"? It sounds as if Babylon the city will be rebuilt, and when the city is rebuilt, the woman in basket who clearly represent abomination (similar to LovePeddler of Babylon) will be sent there. The woman in basket will have her headquarter in Shinar. What if this passage is key to understanding Revelation’s LovePeddler of Babylon of last days. That is, here instead of Revelation's ‘woman who rides the beast’, Zechariah sees ‘woman in basket’, but they are one and the same thing. The measurement of ephah was the symbol of trade in those days; and this vision of Zechariah suggests the restoration of commercial trade in the Euphrates valley (city of Babylon). Rev 18 confirms this, here in the last days, we have a commercial city on the Euphrates bank.

-The Hebrew scriptures lead us to expect that Babylon is to be rebuilt. A large and important city is to rise on the site of ancient Babylon and become a political and commercial centre in the last days. Why haven’t Babylon being developed long ago? The answer is rather simple; because the rulership of the last empire of the beast is not yet active. When the anti-Christ rises to power along with his 10 nations, Babylon will rise to high degree of religious (albeit syncretistic), political and commercial centre. Babylon, the commercial and political seat of the beast empire will be rebuilt by the revived Ottoman-Turks empire. Time is fast approaching in which to usher in the rebuilding of Babylon, the world’s last great city, in which wealth will be combined with luxury and wickedness. All great cities have been antichrist and godless, but according to John’s prophecy in Revelation, this mystery Babylon, the mother of all abominations, will exceed them all. John in his account gives an account of Babylon’s overthrow. These predictions have not been fulfilled. the ancient city of Babylon may be gone, but the land has never been uninhabited. Its history may have been laid to rest and forgotten, yet it has not ceased to exist. It will rise again to become the economic, political and commercial capital as well as the hub centre, and the seat of government of antichrist of the last days.

#Final destruction of Babylon, the city and the religion.

-“Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon, the strong city; for in one hour is your judgment come”. Rev. 18.10. Her destruction is to come at the hands of the last great power of whom we read in Rev 13. The Babylon of Rev 18 comes to an end by divine judgement (Rev 18.21; Jer. 51.63, 64). Just like the tower of Babel, in ancient Babylon was destroyed. Hashem shall once again destroy the future rebuilt Babylon. Her doom, like that of tower of babel is to come in one day and from heaven. As it is written, ‘Hashem declares the end from the beginning’. Right from the start, the end has been written; if you want to know how it all ends, get your insights and clues from the beginning events. Tower of Babel foreshadowed the latter days Babylon. Tower of Babel was destroyed in one day; the ancient city of Babylon’s destruction and inhabitable was prophesied by the prophets. Yet, the city remains inhabited today; therefore, her destruction remains unfulfilled. This means, Babylon will be rebuilt in the latter end, but her fall at the hands of Yahweh ends man’s dominion on this earth. The dominion shall then be the Lord’s forever and ever. And another city will come into prominence, the city whose designer and builder is Yahweh (Rev 21.19-27).

#Saddam Hussein’s attempt in rebuilding of Babylon

When Saddam invaded Iran in 1980, the country was still reeling from the 1979 revolution, and he believed a few weeks of fighting would solidify his position as leader of a unified pan-Arabist dream. To fuel support for the battle, Saddam turned increasingly to grand nationalist building projects. That was when he ordered the reconstruction of Babylon. In 1983, Saddam Hussein imagining himself as heir to Nebuchadnezzar ordered the rebuilding of Babylon. Saddam wanted to be like king. When Saddam heard that Nebuchadnezzar had stamped the bricks of ancient Babylon with his name and titles, he ordered that the reconstruction mimic this practice. Like Nebuchadnezzar, Hussein had his name inscribed on the bricks, which were placed directly on top of the ruins some 2,5000 years old. Sample inscriptions translate ‘in the reign of the victorious Saddam Hussein, the president of Republic, may God keep him, the guardian of the great Iraq and renovator of its renaissance and the builder of its great civilization, the rebuilding of the great city of Babylon was done in 1987”. Hussein added huge portraits of himself and Nebuchadnezzar at the entrance of the ruins. Within a few years, Iran had not only retaken its territory but also launched an offensive against Iraq. The pan-Arabist dream proved to be one of the greatest political errors of Hussein’s career. By end of 1983, the pan-Arabist dream was drawing thing. The war showed no sign of ending, and Iraqis did not understand why they were fighting in a conflict they never asked for.

Babylon is neither Islamic nor Arab. It is obviously deeply pre-Islamic, says an Iraqi author and professor Makiya. In celebrating Babylon and reconstructing the city of Babylon, what one is doing is essentially calling upon the idea of Iraq, not the idea of Arabism, or the idea of Baghdad as spearhead of new pan-Arabism in the religion, or Islamism, but Iraq. Saddam siphoned millions into the rebuilding and pushed to have the reconstruction built on the foundations of the original site. The project was not only nationalistic, but also narcissistic. There was megalomania involved in that says Makiya. Saddam wanted every Iraqi to know that he rebuilt Babylon. The point is that it’s not just an archaeological reconstruction of the city of Babylon of Babylon for the sake of science and history and the past. It’s an idealization of that history for the purposes of cementing the legitimacy of the regime’s presence.

# Modern day Babylon in history: the Iran-Iraq war, & the Persian Gulf war.

As most Iraqi men were fighting the bloody Iran-Iraq war, he brought in thousands of Sudanese workers to lay new yellow bricks over the old mud construction where Nebuchadnezzar’s palace stood. To this day, in the maze behind the southern palace, scores of bricks are stamped with a declaration ‘in the reign of victorious Saddam Hussein, president of republic, may god keep him guardian of great Iraq and renovator of its renaissance and builder of its great civilization, the rebuilding of great city Babylon was done in 1987”. The war killed hundreds of thousands of soldiers. When it ended in 1988, under ceasefire brokered by the UN. At the end of Persian Gulf war, he commissioned a palace over more Babylonian ruins, calling it Saddam Hill. The massive gaudy structure almost completely covered the original ruins. Hussein’s plans for a cable line running over the Babylon site were halted with 2003 Iraq invasion by US. Before Husseins’ reconstruction, there had been destruction from colonial powers. Germans took Ishtar gate, which is now in the Pergamon museum in berlin, while the French took ceramics, and the Turks used Babylonian bricks to build dams on Euphrates. Saddam Hussein built the monument to commemorate his very dubious ‘victory’ over united states in the 1991 Gulf war. The palace was never completed as construction and was held back by economic sanctions and further hindered by bombing of construction site.

# Modern Babylon and 2003 U.S Invasion of Iraq.

The occupation of US forces also damaged the site. When president Bush ordered US forces to invade Iraq in 2003, they occupied Babylon and turned Saddam’s castle into their command centre. After 2003 invasion of iraq, the palace complex was taken over by the US Marines and integrated into the new camp slayer. The unfinished palace served the Americans as military base. Following 2003 invasion, the UN camp was set up on the ruins. Areas were levelled to create landing pads for helicopters and parking lots for vehicles. Tanks rumbled over ancient bricks, and polish troops dug trenches thru a temple. Their graffiti on the walls; notes of longing about faraway loved ones, reminders of soldierly protocol. The military also caused immense damage to the site, looting precious artefacts and running tanks over ancient ruins. And even the military presence could not keep out looters, who ransacked Iraq’s more than 10.000 historic sites after the invasion.

# Modern Babylon after Saddam Hussein attempt at reviving the ancient ruins of Babylon.

With the end of his rule, Hussein’s ego driven reconstruction of Babylon was stopped. In 2006, UN officials and Iraqi leaders stated their intentions to restore Babylon into a cultural centre. It’s estimated that 95% of Babylon could be hidden in unexcavated mounds at the site. In 2009, the Babylonian ruins and Hussein’s palace were opened to tourists. Hubris made manifest in reinforced concrete, the victory over America palace squats by artificial lake next to Baghdad airport. As with all of saddam’s former palaces, the Victory over America Palace became something of a tourist spot for the Marines. Today, the palace complex has been handed back to the iraqi government, and the Victory over America Palace still stands what, what’s left of it. It is likely to remain forever incomplete, a lasting monument to a triumph which never was. But, is it likely to remain incomplete or will it be rebuilt?

# Another leader to continue in Saddam’s Husseins’ rebuilding of ancient ruins of Babylon.

The antichrist kingdom mimics the true kingdom of the Messiah. Even the Babylonian account began in the epic parody of the genesis creation account. Gilgamesh, the supreme god- the counter part of Yahweh; and the code of Hammurabi, the counter of part of the law of Moses. Apparently, Saddam Hussein and supporters thought of the Hammurabi as the Messiah of the Arab world. Saddam sought to reconstruct Babylon to declare self as the heir of king Nebuchadnezzar. However, his plans failed; yet he foreshadowed a future charismatic leader who would arise to be the antichrist and would successfully reconstruct, rebuild the ancient ruins of Babylon as the capital and seat of the beast kingdom. The fertility of Euphrates valley is well known. No other portion of earth excels it for possibilities.

-You may ask, why has not ancient Babylonian site not been successfully developed long ago? The answer is simple, because the antichrist and his 10-nation beast kingdom hadn’t begun yet. Saddam Hussein may have failed at rebuilding ancient ruins of Babylon in his pan-Arabist dream, but there will be a latter-day leader who will succeed where he left off. Once antichrist rises, the ancient ruins of Babylon will be rebuilt. Babylon of last days will rise to political and military dominance in the Arab world. The 10 horns/leaders/nations will give their power to this king of the North, the Assyrian/Babylonian king by force and by political dominance. This beast alliance will invade the land of Israel. The 10 nations will later hate the harlot implies a friction of sorts between the religious and the political wings of this system.

# The connection between Assyria and Babylon past and future.

It has been shown that Assyria and Babylon are used almost interchangeably in Scripture. Both Assyria and Babylon were empires formed by the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. Assur was former capital of Assyria and was 200 miles away from Babylon. Babylon is often thought to be continuation of the Assyrian empire. The land of Kasdims was not till the Assyrian founded it (Is 23.13). There are many similarities that scripture uses Assyria and Babylon interchangeably. Both nations are today identified as Arab nations. Geographically, those areas comprise of modern-day Iran, Iraq, Syria, although they operate in tandem with other Arab powers. (Is. 29:7,8; 30:28; 33:3; 34:1,2; 2 Chron. 22:22; Ps. 83). Herodotus called king Sennacherib king of Arabians and Assyrians. This last day leader will likely be ethnic Assyrian (todays, Iran, Iraq, Syria) and ethnic Hebrew, and possibly a practicing Jew; and his seat of government will be based in the revived ruins of ancient city of Babylon.

The great empire of the beast of the last days will be an aggregate of those before it. It’s possible that the whole image of Daniel 2 will be fulling standing in the latter day. All the nations which formed the former Babylonian, Medo-Persian, Greek and Roman empires will be amalgamated into the last beast empire system, under the leadership of the Assyrian/Babylonian king. The future Babylonian leader will be after the example of Saddam Hussein and will see themselves as Nebuchadnezzar. Isaiah and Micah describe this leader as the Assyrian (Is 10.5; 14.25; 30.32; Mic 5.1-6); and he too will see himself as Antiochus Epiphanes. This leader is also known by Ezekiel as Gog, the chief prince of Magog (Ezekiel 38.3). Daniel calls him vile king of fierce countenance (8.24-25).

# The Assyrian king, the rebuilt Babylon and the 10 nation Arab empire.

This is Paul’s “man of sin”, Daniel’s vile king of fierce countenance, Ezekiel’s Gog, the chief prince. This character is also referred to by Micah as the Assyrian (Mic. 5:1,2). The Lord Will save His people in the latter days from an “Assyrian”. Some theorize that Gog was a Jew who apostatized and went to live in Assyria / Babylonia, according to 1 Chron. 5. This is why the antichrist will have an appearance of spirituality; and may even be an Arab Christian. Why Arab Israeli? Because there are only 2 people in scripture referred to as ‘son of perdition’: Judas and the antichrist (2 Thes 2 &…). *More on this later.

-Yahweh will cause these 10 nations to come under Babylon’s rule and agree (Rev. 17.17); The 10 nations will give their power to beast for one hour. There will be some level of unity and Pan-Arabism will triumph in the latter end. This unity will lead to economic prosperity for the region (Rev 18.3); given the oil rich wealth in those areas. These nations include Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Portugal, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan- as well as Iraq.
There will be a period of stable economic stability and false peace even temporary for when they say peace and safety, destruction befalls them. According to Daniel, this latter-day vile leader reneges on certain agreement or pact made with the nation of Israel. This is likely an agreement to co-share the temple mount and allow Israelis to rebuild the temple/altar and restart the sacrifices and oblation.

-At some point, the contract is annulled, and the antichrist and his armies invade Israel sits in the rebuilt temple and proclaim self as God and demand worship as God. Daniel 8.13;9.27, 2 Thes 2.3, Matt 24, Mark 13 speaks of ‘the desolation of Jerusalem’ and the abomination set up where it ought not. This initiates the great tribulation that lasts 3.5 years. Yeshua returns sometimes within the 3.5 years of Great tribulation. Another place we see similar image of one proclaiming to be God is in Ezekiel 28.2, the king of Tyre, who was also prototype for antichrist. Daniel 8.26-27, 12.6 says the visions are sealed until the end of time. We will not be able to figure it all out until it starts happening or after it has happened. However, it is possible to foresee certain events by studying this scripture and be able to watch it unfold.

# Final Destruction of Babylon & Assyria.

In Jer 50,18, Yahweh says ‘I will punish king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria’. Note that the northern kingdom of Israel fell to Assyria and were taken into exile in Assyria; the southern kingdom of Judah fell to Babylon. The book of Nahum was primarily prophecy of destruction of Assyria (Nah. 3:13 = Jer. 50:37; Nah. 3:1 = Rev. 18:24; Nah.3:4 = Rev. 17:5; Nah. 3:11 = Rev. 17:6); both were to be made desolate (Zeph 2.13, Jer 50.3). Note that the northern kingdom of Israel fell to Assyria and were taken into exile in Assyria; the southern kingdom of Judah fell to Babylon. The book of Nahum was primarily prophecy of destruction of Assyria (Nah. 3:13 = Jer. 50:37; Nah. 3:1 = Rev. 18:24; Nah. 3:4 = Rev. 17:5; Nah. 3:11 = Rev. 17:6); both were to be made desolate (Zeph 2.13, Jer 50.3). Romanism and all its allies is to perish at the hands of men (Rev 17.16). Her destruction is to come at the hands of the last great power of whom we read in Rev 13. The babylon of Rev 18 comes to an end by divine judgement (Rev 18.21). Her doom, like that of Sodom and Gomorrah is to come in one day and from heaven.

The similarity of their judgments seems to suggest that they both represent the latter-day enemies of Israel and the church, who will be destroyed at the second coming of Christ. Her fall at the hands of Yahweh ends man’s dominion on this earth. “Woe, woe, the great city, babylon, the strong city; for in one hour is your judgment come”. Rev. 18.10. The accounts of the latter-day invasion of Israel all feature a single charismatic individual, who will be destroyed Yeshua in His coming. The dominion shall then be the Lord’s forever and ever. And another city will come into prominence; the city whose designer and builder are Yahweh (Rev 21.19-27).

Just to call your attention to something prophetic in Saddam Hussein's attempt at rebuilding the ruins of ancient Babylon.

It was the Americans that foiled or thwarted Hussen's rebuilding attempt during the U.S led 2003 Iraq Invasion. Then, the Americans set up military base on Babylonian site and desecrated Hussein's building project including his almost finished palace/throne.

You know why Americans succeeded in stopping Hussein's pan-Arabic dream (in essence, reviving the Ottoman-Turks empire)?

Because it wasn't time yet. What time? The time for Daniel's prophecies of king of north, and of the revived Pan-Arab 10 nation coalition empire of the Beast.

In 2003, one can say, the reigning empire was United States. Even if US isn't really 'empire' technically, it is functionally an empire.


However, like all empires fall, and truly for the next empire to rise, the current one must diminish in strength.

At the appointed time, the vile king of north rises, restarts Hussein's pan-Arab dream, gathers his 10 nation Arab armies and will rebuild ancient ruins of Babylon; and he will succeed.

The only difference THIS time though, Americans (the United States) would no longer be able to stop this project/force. Why? Cause this time, the American empire would have to fall....at the appointed time.

Key word: at the appointed time. Even as we see things are unravelling....US is on its way out and the emerging empire is struggling to give birth.

There's a reason why the west is afraid of Iran (or middle east nations apart from Israel) from acquiring nuclear arsenals. They are dreading the incoming and the inevitable.... It's a tussle for power. But despite the resistance, it will eventually give way.

The West knows their time of dominance is running out; and the East is breaking forth. Civilization and human history began in the ancient near East (Babylon), it will end in the East. It's only a matter of time.


Watch and see. It is kismet. Fate. It's prophetic destiny.

Tittle: YHVH revisits the past. The empires of bible will rule again, this time, over spiritual Israel.

# The last days: an Encore, a reprise of the ancient biblical history with modern twist.

As the wisest man who ever lived wrote, truly, ‘there’s nothing new under the sun; what is and what will be already had been; haShem revisits the past. What this means is that many of these significant biblical events/stories will occur again, just in a modified fashion. Just as ancient Assyrian, Babylonian, Egyptian, Roman empires dominated and persecuted ancient Isreal, the same will repeat in the last days. This means, in the last days, there’ll be elements of each of these empires present. The antichrist & its 10-nation coalition/empire, it’s physical component and spiritual elements will incorporate and be composite of characteristics of each of these ancient empires all rolled into ONE global multi system network.

While there will be similarities, there will be key differences. One key similarity is that the antichrist spirit which animated all these empires will be the same; and with same purpose, goal and mission. One key difference is the spirit of antichrist thru these empires will now be concentrated in ONE empire. This system will be a global multisystem which will include socio-political, religious/spiritual and economic. Secondly, in the las days, it will involve spiritual Israel. This means that the great tribulation affects believers in Christ. While the land of Israel and its current dwellers will play significant role, this is only because of what this ancient land of Jerusalem symbolizes in the spiritual (=the mountain of Yahweh) and in the natural; and where Yeshua will return and reign. The inhabitants of the land aren’t special; the land of Israel itself is the battle ground both spiritually and in the natural. However, by default the inhabitants of the land will play role and be affected by what happens in the land of Israel. This is something I wish Christian Zionists and all supporters of the inhabitants of Isreal understood. To YHVH, it’s not the people residing in Israel, it is the land of Israel itself that is the point of interest, raison d’ etre for all of events of last days. The land of Israel is person to YHVH for historical reasons; however, the people of interest in the events of last days are spiritual Israel- ‘gentile’ believers in Christ and ethnic Israel who believe in Christ.

# Ancient Babylon, the literal city was not destroyed and inhabited today.

-In the conquering by Medes and Persians, Babylon did not fall in one day nor one hour; the invaders besieged the city and marched days on around the city gates. The Babylonians were taken by surprise. After conquest by Cyrus, Babylon was enlarged into a royal palace; repaired the cities and made the children of Babylon joyful. Babylon has never been without an inhabitant in all its history. Babylon the city did not end in 538 BCE. In 478 BCE, Xerxes of Persia plundered the city but did not destroy it. In 331 BCE, Babylon received Alexander the great when he conquered the city and renamed one of the cities Selecuidae. In the time of Alexander, the great (BC 331), it was an important city. In 450 AD, historian Theodoret wrote that Babylon was inhabited by few Jews; and universities were built there. It was at this time that the Babylon Talmud became known. In 917 CE, Babylon was still in existence though only small villages.

-In 1100 CE, Babylon’s name was changed to Hillah. It had two Arab mosques and city population had grown. To date, Hillah is the newly designated name of the ancient city Babylon. As late as 5th century AD, there were three Jewish schools there. 1585, bishop Otto of Fresingen wrote that while half of ancient Babylon was desolate, the other half is flourishing…. the portion of babylon which is still occupied, is styled Baldach…it is large and populous. In 1585, bishop Otto wrote ‘. In 1888, Babylon had grown to 10.000 in population. In 1900, an archaeologist wrote: “Before leaving Babylonia, he accepted a cordial invitation from the German expedition working at Kuwairesh, a small Arab village on the Euphrates, beautifully situated between the palm groves at the foot of the ruins which cover Nebuchadnezzar’s palace in ancient Babylon”. “The expectations that interesting treasures of art centuries has served as the almost inexhaustible quarry for public and private buildings, from the embankments of the Tigris opposite Bagdad to the modern structures of the Hindiya canal and in the town of Hillah”- contradicts 8–9 above. At the present time, the city of Hillah is located in the midst, just 3 miles from the ruins of ancient Babylon. In 1920, Hillah had about 20.000 people who were mostly Arabs, and the city boasted of wool and cotton textile manufacturing. In 1936, the population was 30.000. In 2018, the city of Hillah population was 456.000. In view of such historical evidence, we can come to but one conclusion, and that is that Yahweh’s dealings with Babylon have not yet ended. Babylon has a future. As we have seen, Literal Babylon was not destroyed nor uninhabited as prophesied in 536 BCE nor any time in history. Thus, the prophesied fall of Babylon must therefore be fulfilled in the last days, which implies Babylon will be rebuilt, revived and reconstructed from the ruins of ancient site.

# Mystery Babylon, Papal Rome & the literal city.

-In Rev 17, we have a religious system. The mystery harlot of Babylon in Revelation 17 represents the religious aspect and speaks of Semiramis, the goddess mother of Nimrod, and one of the patron gods of literal Babylon. We have seen that Romanism is the chief representative of Babylonian doctrines and practices. The bulwark of Babylonians is Roman Catholicism. According to this word that system is to increase in power in the coming days (17.8. The woman of mystery Babylon is a religious/spiritual vehicle of the beast system; and will seek to unify religions into one system of worship.

-An article written on National Catholic Reporter on May 22, 2025, remarks ‘what Pope Leo xiv can learn from Francis’ legacy of dialogue with Islam’. Apparently, week into his papacy, the new American pope called Ahmed alTayeb, Muslim leader of Grand Imman at Institution of Islamic learning in Egypt to continue dialogue initiated by people Francis concerning the groundbreaking 2019 ‘document on human fraternity for world peace and living together’. Pope Leo when reflecting on the efforts initiated by Francis in interfaith relations stated expressed the need for more dialogue, in building bridges and in pursuit of a more compassionate, tolerant, just and peaceful world.

-While Revelation 17 is religious system, In Rev 18, we see a literal city- a commercial Centre and hub of the beast empire. But is this literal city in Rev 18 the same ancient biblical city that was doomed to utter destruction and desolation? If Revelation speaks of a literal city of Babylon, doesn’t that mean this ancient city will be revived in the last days? What about the prophesies of its destruction and desolation in the book of the prophets?

Ancient Babylon, the empire and the city to be rebuilt?

-The ruins of Babylon also known as Babel, date back over 3000 years. The city began with Nimrod, son of Ham, the mighty hunter. The world’s first known civil code was written in Babylon (Hammurabi code). Alexander the great died in Babylon; and countless bible stories took place in Babylon. The ancient city of Babylon was the capital of Mesopotamia dynasties. Its final glory was as capital of kingdom of Babylonia under King Nebuchadnezzar 2, who ruled from 600 to 563BCE. The hanging gardens of Babylon, built by Nebuchadnezzar for his wife Amytas are remembered as one of the seven wonders of ancient world. Babylon remains mounts of mud brick buildings spread over 30 square kilometres in present day Iraq south of Baghdad.

-If Babylon has a future, we expect that the Scriptures would somewhere point to such event. In the book of Zechariah chapter 5, there’s a suggestion that Babylon will be rebuilt (Zech. 5.5-11). In vs. 11, the woman in basket taken to Shinar where a place is built for her. Zechariah’s vision suggests Babylon will rise again when it is ready for this woman in basket (5.11). The ephah was the symbol of trade and this vision clearly promises the restoration of trade to the Euphrates valley. Rev 12 bears' concurrent witness. It supplements the testimony of the prophets. It supplements the testimony of the prophets. Here in the last days, on the eve of the Lord’s coming, we have a commercial city on the Euphrates. This is just what the Hebrew scriptures leads us to expect. Babylon is to be rebuilt. A large and important city is to rise on the site of ancient Babylon and become a political and commercial centre.

# Ancient Babylon’s prophecy of utter destruction and desolation.

-The prophecy of Isaiah 13:5–13 seems paint a picture of the final judgement of Babylon and not necessarily Babylon’s fall in 538 BCE. The phrase “in one hour” occurs several times in Rev. 18. This destruction is like that of Sodom and Gomorrah. Literal Babylon was not destroyed “in one hour” in 536 B.C.E. read: ‘Babylon, the glory of kingdom, the beauty of Kasdims, excellency shall be as when Yahweh overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation…. (Isa 13.19; Jer. 51.63, 64).
Summing up, the following prophecies were given against Babylon by Isaiah and Jeremiah: Babylon is to be overthrown as Sodom and Gomorrah; never to be inhabited; never to be rebuilt, not a stone to be used in building; is to be destroyed suddenly and a left a desolation and a wilderness (Jer. 51.26).

-Some historians also claim the stones taken from ancient ruin of Babylon were used in building which contradicts prophet Jeremiah’s depiction of Babylon’s fall. Prophecies of Jeremiah and Isaiah concerning destruction of Babylon though partially fulfilled, has not met final complete fulfilment. Babylon has never been uninhabited. Its history has been checkered, but it has not ceased to exist. We read: ‘Babylon, the glory of kingdom, the beauty of Kasdims, excellency shall be be as when Yahweh overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation…. (Isa 13.19).

Identity of the Beast. The Assyrian Jew. The Arab Israeli. Part 1 of 5.

*Key point: this section builds a case for an antichrist who is both a Hebrew (or Jew) and Arab citing antichrist spirit working in figures, characters, events and people both in Israelites, and gentiles alike. In the following sections by the Grace of Yahweh, will be ample scriptural support for the assertion of an Assyrian Jew or the Arab Jew antichrist. In this following section, will be provided shocking numerous passages that strongly suggests the antichrist being of Hebrew ethnic origin, of Tribe of Dan. Quite impressive how Yahweh ‘concealed’ these astounding revelations of the nature of antichrist in these seemingly superficially uneventful and unremarkable passages. Stay tuned.

# Antichrist is a spirit first, not human, not an ethnicity, and not a people group.

It is critical to note that first and foremost, the spirit of antichrist is a spirit and not specific to any group of people. That said then, the antichrist is likely of mixed ancestry: Arab (from Syria) and a Hebrew, of tribe of Dan. The adversarial relationship of Messiah vs Anti-Messiah types and shadows has been a recurrent theme in scripture. Thus, if the Messiah is a Hebrew, an Israelite who was prophesied by the prophets; surely, it follows the anti-messiah in keeping up with that adversarial relationship as old as time, the antichrist too will have a Hebrew origin; and the antichrist too will be foreshadowed in scripture. For those who may wonder, how can the antichrist be both Hebrew (Jew) and non-Hebrew. Here is a shocking fact: Though Yeshua is of tribe of Judah, Yeshua had a gentile human ancestry (though HE is 100% divine). Yeshua’s gentile historical origin is traced to Rahab, a Canaanite in the book of Joshua, and Ruth, a Moabite in the book of Ruth.

-These 2 women especially are the notable ones in scripture who became the matriarchs of Yeshua (via king David). To see Yeshua’s gentile lineage (mix), read Joshua 2 & 6, the book of Ruth, and 2 Chronicles 2. All this tells us is that Yahweh’s plan to graft in gentiles was crafted right in the beginning- this is that mystery that Paul spoke of, later revealed in Christ. It also testifies today that being Jew by ethnic/blood was never Yahweh’s focus, but that those who forsake other gods and cleave to and worship the Yahweh of Isreal is an Israelite (or Jew) by heart and by spirit. Just as the Messiah, the anti-Messiah will have both Hebrew (of tribe of Dan), and gentile origin. There’s a theory that the antichrist could be descendant of the 12 sons of Ishmael. And if this end time “King of North” is Arab, then he could even possibly be a direct descendant of Mohammed.

- Coincidently, per history Mohammed, the prophet of Islam was said to be descendant of 2nd of the 12 sons of Ishmael. The Shiites sect of Islam (10% of the Ummah) does believe the last Mahdi, the guided one, the last Khalifa will be direct descendant of Mohammed. However, the Sunni’s do not believe such. Unfortunately, this major difference provides huge schism in the Muslim community and has contributed to various religious, cultural and national tensions and wars even. This schism could explain Daniel’s partially strong and partially brittle mixture of the 10 toes of clay and iron.

# Antichrist spirit in both ancient Israelites figures and gentile nations.

Biblically, the antichrist spirit has been seen operating in and thru both Isrealitish people and non-Israelite peoples including various characters and kings of Isreal. As such it is thus not too farfetched that the anti-messiah of the end time will replicate these biblical ‘types, shadows and patterns. T[b]he Messiah of Judah was foreshadowed in various figures who were mostly Israelites; the inclusion of gentiles into olive tree of Israel was also foreshadowed in types and events seen in scripture. [/b] For example: the mixed multitude that left with Isreal in the exodus from Egypt. There’s Caleb, a gentile was grafted into a tribe of Judah. There’s Ruth who married Boaz of tribe of Judah, making her the matriarch of king David and Yeshua. And many more such examples where non-ethnic Israelites were included into Israelites. Though scripture focuses on the Messiah, it also gave types and shadows of the anti-messiah, which could be seen in various Isrealite and non-Israelite characters, kings and of gentile nations surrounding Israel. Most people would assume that the antichrist figure will be a non-Isrealite, non-Jew and outspoken anti-Jew?

-What if I tell you though that scripture gives us ample clue that the identity of the antichrist is of a Hebrew, specifically of tribe of Dan and that antichrist could present as a Jew today irrespective of the specific country of origin? One such clear prototype and most relevant to Christians today is found in the curious case of Judas Iscariot. Judas Iscariot, an Israelite, a Jew, a believer in Christ was inhabited by an antichrist spirit. Judas Iscariot was once an apostle of Christ; had power and authority and performed many miracles, preached/taught Christ. Yet, he apostatized and ended up betraying Yeshua to be crucified. The apostle John said of such people, they (the apostates) left the Ekklessia (Church, the faith) because they were not one of us.

# Satan’s modus operandi is via counterfeit and mimicry of Yahweh.

-Remember, since satan’s method of operation has always been to counterfeit and mimic Yahweh, it makes sense he will attempt to imitate and look like the real Messiah as much as possible for the deception to be highly effective. Thus, it does make certain logical sense that if the Messiah is of the tribe of Judah; that it does figure that the anti-Messiah (or the antichrist spirit) will have Hebrew ancestry and embedded in today’s Jewish life, faith and practice. One powerful way to do that is for him to be easily identified as a Jew, emerged in Jewish faith and culture. Not only will the antichrist know Torah (satan knows scripture), but he will perform wonders, signs and miracles resembling that of the great prophets, apostles and Christ. This way the deception will be great, even the elect will be conned. For those who might object that a Hebrew cannot be antichrist figure. Remember, Antichrist is a spirit, not an ethnic blood line.

Daniel’s 70th week (7 years) was fulfilled in the 7 year Roman-Jewish war (66 AD – 73 AD).

Concerning Daniel 9.24-27: 70 weeks (490 years) prophesy has been fulfilled. The destruction of Jerusalem temple occurred midway into that 7-year war in the year 69/70 AD by Son of Vespasian, Titus, a Roman general with his Roman legion/armies. This means, a future 7-year covenant treaty is not biblically to be repeated. Only the last 3.5 years is guaranteed to be repeated by the final antichrist who will initiate the great tribulation for ALL Isreal (Daniel 7.25; 12.7,11-12, Rev 11.2-3, Rev 12.6, 12.14; 15.5; 2 Thes 2, Matt 24).

If there is a covenant or deal, it could be confirmed quickly and rebuilding of temple (or just an altar; biblically only an altar is needed for sacrifice to begin really) could take only 6 months to accomplish. If you are deceived into thinking you have the first 3.5 years of 7 years, you may only have just 6 months before antichrist is introduced, and great tribulation begins and thus the 3.5 years count begins then.

Daniel 9. 27: Note: The Covenant is "confirmed", meaning this deal has been in place for years, it’s nothing new; thus, it’s just being ‘strengthened’. Therefore, don’t look for a new deal, but an old deal being confirmed. If any 'deal' at all.

Don’t look for a future 7-year deal or plan for peace or to rebuild temple. Daniel 9.27 only tells us that this covenant (of death) will last for 7 years (the remaining 7 years of 490 years). And these 7 years remaining has already occurred.

There may not be a physical temple rebuilt. Only an altar is needed for sacrifice to begin, and that could be erected in less than 6 months. And so, great tribulation can begin shortly after. If you are waiting for 3 .5 years to pass, you’ll be woefully unprepared.

The events of 70th weeks has been completed and only 3.5 years will repeat in similar events by THE last AntiChrist figure. However, please don't expect exactly the same events to occur as was in ancient Israel or you will be misled. 1. There may not be a physical temple rebuilt. It may just be an altar. And the church is the temple today. Consider the spiritual implications and how things may play out today spiritually.

Today the abomination that desolates (especially political idolatry) is already at work in the church as a body, and in church buildings (=temple). . Antichrist is a political figure who will mirror what is happening today geopolitically; and has made its way in churches today. What's happening in the political landscape is a foreshadowing of what AntiChrist will attempt and prosper within global church.

The nature of the Beast: Making the case for the “Jewish” antichrist.

Identity of the Beast. The Assyrian Jew. The Arab Israeli. Part 1 of 7.

*Key points: this section builds a case for an antichrist who is both a Hebrew (or Jew) and Arab citing antichrist spirit working in figures, characters, events and people both in Israelites, and non-Israelites alike. But first, bear the boring background information on the topic to be presented. It will eventually lead to the juicy bits. :-)


# But who were the ancient Assyrians, and who are they today?

- Since Assyria was an ancient city that is non-existent today (by name anyway), one wonders then, who are the people of Assyrians today? The working biblically supported thesis is that the antichrist of the last days will be Assyrian; and thus, will arise from modern day Assyrian nations. He will also be strongly associated with both Jewish states, Jewish faith and of the Arab nations. His armies of 10 states most likely comprise mostly of Arab nations. He will have also ‘Christian’ influence perhaps by his strong Jewish background/associations, which is how he will be able to work deceit in Christianity and deceive many.

In this example, Kusher is antichrist and DJT his false prophet. ***. This is a good picture of what antichrist will be.

-Antiochus of Epiphanes of Syria, and other various antichrist types played types of antichrist spirits, however at end of time, THE antichrist shall return, according to Daniel 11.29, “but not like in former times”, implying that there’s a resemblance to the former antichrist (s), but some differences shall exist. That is, in THE antichrist of last age, expect to see ‘something old’, and something entirely new’. We must know the core identifying characteristics and nature of the Beast based on scripture yet remain flexible (and discerning) for something entirely different and new. We must not be dogmatic lest we miss out on the ‘new’ characteristics and identity that the antichrist may deceptively present us with.

-The biggest arch of ancient Israelite arch foe were the Assyrians’. The same is the Daniel’s little horn and the king of the ‘north’, & leader of the 10 Arab nation coalition in Revelation’s revived 7th empire (will become 8th empire). the ancient Assyrian Empire was a powerful kingdom in the northern part of Mesopotamia, encompassing areas that are now part of modern-day Iraq, Syria, Turkey, and Iran. The indigenous Assyrian homeland areas are "part of today's northern Iraq, southeastern Turkey, northwestern Iran and northeastern Syria". The Assyrian communities that are still left in the Assyrian homeland are in Syria (400,000), Iraq (300,000), Iran (20,000), and Turkey (15,000–25,100). These nations apparently cover the Ezekiel 38, 39 nations of “Gog & Magog”. Notice one common identity concerning these nations? They are chiefly Arabs with Islam as predominant religion. The Assyrian king of north will most likely utilize Islamic armies- the 10-nation alliance is pretty much an Arab battalion of army and military formation.

# The biblical Assyrian king as the Anti-type (i.e.: anti Messiah).

-Throughout scripture, Assyria has been the great formidable foe of Israelites. Scripture is replete especially of the writings of the prophets speak a great deal pertaining to Assyria and their quest to besiege and destroy Isreal especially in the days of kingship rule of Israel. Joel 2:20 speaks of the latter-day invasion of Israel by "the northern army", which will then be consumed by the Lord's return. The Hebrew word for 'north' meaning 'hidden or concealed'. Thus the 'northern army’ of prophet Joel implies "the concealed or hidden ones". This idea of king of North being ‘hidden’ links these characters and his armies to the Man of Sin and son of perdition mentioned by apostle Paul in 2 Thes 2, who will then be ‘revealed’ in the latter times before the coming of the LORD.

-Daniel 11 shows the king of North from Syria as the little horn marching towards Jerusalem against the Holy land and the people of the book. In Micah 5.1-9, the prophet invokes a savior that will save the people from the Assyrian king. Note in this Micah also lists Nimrod’s Babylon as part of that ‘Northern’ army that the LORD would protect Judah (and HIS people in general) from these invaders. In the book of Isaiah 36-38, in the story of King Hezekiah of Judah & King Sennacherib of Assyria, here we see both the Messiah type played by king Hezekiah, and anti-Messiah figures played by King Sennacherib of Assyria; and his right-hand man Rabshakeh represents the false prophet of the Anti-Messiah with his blasphemous speech to Judah representing the blasphemous speech of the anti-Messiah.

-These are subtle clues in scripture that only minds and spirits attuned and sharpened by the Spirit will pick up concerning the events of the latter end of time. These stories are here for us to study for edification, for instructions and for preparation so that we are not taken by surprise (as a thief in the night). It’s worth noting that the kingdom of Isreal split into northern (Ephraim) and Southern (Judah) kingdoms. And both kingdoms had been under threat by Assyrian invasion and occupation of the Holy Land. Ultimately, the northern kingdom of Ephraim fell completely to Assyria; upon which Isreal was taken captive, scattered abroad and cities destroyed. These are foreshadowing the great tribulation of new covenant believers by the Assyrian beast. Today, the natural Assyrian enemy of Israel would represent the spiritual enemies of the true church of Christ, the Ecclesia, the called-out ones.

# Biblical references of Ancient Isreal & their Assyrian arch-foe.

2 Kings 32.1: “after these deeds, Sennacherib king of Assyria entered Judah and encamped against the fortified cities…”.
Micah 5.5-6: “and this man (the Messiah) shall be peace and deliver us when the Assyrians come into our land…”
Yeshayahu 8.7: “….the king of Assyria and all his glory will go over all is channels, and banks and pass thru Judah, overflow and spread his wings…”
Yeshayahu 14.25: “...that[b] I will break the Assyrian in My land[/b] and on My mountains and tread him underfoot”.
Yeshayahu 30.31: “For through the voice of the LORD, Assyria will be beaten down, as HE strikes with the rod.”
Yeshayahu 31.8: “then Assyria shall fall by a sword not of man, sword not of man, shall devour him”.
Yechezkel 32. 22: “Assyria is there and all her company, with graves all around her. All slain and fallen by sword”.
Joel 2.20: “I will remove from them northern army and drive him away into desolate land towards the eastern sea…”.
Daniel 11. 29, 40: “at appointed time, the king of the north shall go toward the south… and king of north shall come against him like whirlwind….”.

# The ancient Israelites’ enemies are today’s Isreal (‘the Church’) spiritual enemy.

- Ancient Israel’s physical enemies foreshadowed the spiritual enemies of the Church. The ancient Egyptian Pharaoh, the Assyrian king of the North, the ancient Babylon will all return and concentrated in one last empire of the beast in the last days. Today they are seen in through institutionalized systems in all facets of society functioning and operating in the spirit of antichrist. The Assyrian antichrist uses religious Babylonian system spiritually and the persecution/oppression will resemble that of the Egyptian bondage. These separate but same antichrist systems will converge and emerge as part of the ‘beast system’ once the beast arises and forms his coalition. Make no mistake, this beast system merge with the apostate Christianity & its leaders and followers. We are seeing flagrant apostasy ‘the great falling away’ occurring at the speed of light and abomination of sorts set up in churches today.

-According to 2 Thes 2, the great apostasy must occur before the son of perdition be revealed. This implies the antichrist will be behind the scenes gaining ground in deception amongst the apostate Christianity, priming people for the grand deception when he takes the stage. We are already witnessing this ‘prepping’ for the coming antichrist in various historical events of today. It might even be that the false prophet of antichrist will be imbedded in the church systems just as Judas was an apostle. The most notable with the recent political Christianity, nationalism and supremacist agenda sporting as Christianity and disguised as righteous and ‘light’. This could not be further from truth. Antichrist is furiously at work in these false Christian and doctrinal theologies.

This aforementioned example is a fairly decent picture of what antichrist will be, embody, encompass, achieve.

HaShem works in cycles, patterns, types and shadows. The LORD is constantly giving us signs and warnings in the events of today. Only the discerning of spirit and wise of heart will 'see', 'hear' and 'know'.

What is and what will be, has already been. Nothing new under the sun. -Proverbs of Solomon.

Yet, many Christians are still asleep; deceiving and being deceived. You won't hear this truth in your 'big' fishes of Christian television, media and influencers. Not CBN, TBN, Faux News, and whatever other minor league social media Chrisitan influencers there are out there.

#. Antichrist is first a spirit, not a person, people groups, nationality, ethnicity or gender.

Key things to remember: if Messiah is foreshadowed, then anti-Messiah is also foreshadowed and will copy, counterfeit, and attempt to ‘resemble’ & imitate the Messiah as much and as close as feasible. Antichrist is a spirit firstly, and not a person and/or an ethnicity or people groups. The spirit of antichrist inhabits individuals or peoples and is no respecter of persons nor gender (yes, the antichrist could well be a woman). That said, there is strong biblical evidence to support mixed heritage: of Arab descent and of Hebrew (or today’s Jew).

-However, the heritage of the antichrist is not one to be made a fixed dogma, the antichrist need not be both Jewish and Arab. However, one thing is certain, this Beast will be able to exert some considerable influence on all three Abrahamic faiths of Christianity, Islam and Judaism; as well as be able to coordinate all other faiths jointly together under one religious system of the Beast enterprise. His greatest deception and influence will be within the Christian church since ‘believers’ in Christ are the prime target; and the chief purpose for his 3.5 years of ministry of great tribulation.

#. The mixed ancestry of the Beast.

We have established in previous summaries that the antichrist is likely of mixed ancestry: Arab and Israelite; and specifically of tribe of Dan. When you think about it, it makes biblical sense that the antichrist will be mixed heritage or at least be identified with both ancestry in culture and in religious practice. Keep in mind that mixing with other peoples has been ongoing in Isreal since even before the mixed multitude that left Egypt with Israel. There’s no doubt that intermarriages occurred between Israelites and non-Israelites. Some notable intermarriages and intermingling mentioned in scripture include Caleb, a Kenite who was counted as a tribe of Judah. Moses’ Midianite wife, Joseph’s Egyptian wife. There’s Rachav, a Canaanite who married Salmon, of tribe of Judah. There’s Ruth, a Moabite who married Boaz, of tribe of Judah. King David’s non-Israelite wives, Solomon’s non-Hebrew wives. Not to mention the mixing that occurred when the children of Israel spent 70 years in captivity of Babylonian/Persian empire. Lest we forget, though scripturally, Yeshua was assigned patrilineal line of Judah, the Messiah himself is of mixed heritage through the matrilineal line of Rachav and Ruth, and perhaps even Tamar and Bathsheva.

-Thus, it is not too far-fetched that the Anti -Messiah could be of mixed origin, though he could be identified to the world (at first) by a single ethnic or religious origin. And the most likely identity that antichrist would first present himself is that of a “Jew” either by religion and/or by ethnicity. Daniel 11.21-32 tells us the antichrist will enter by (false) peace and flattery and win some favour with those who forsake the covenants (both ethnic and spiritual Isreal). Today, those who call themselves ‘Jews’ are still awaiting their Jewish Messiah, as they had rejected the Messiah that appeared 2,000+ years ago. However, what they will encounter is an anti-Christ (or likely the false prophet of antichrist) who will offer them a deadly deal (covenant of death per Isaiah the prophet); and this covenant will be between Israel and her Arab neighbors. The antichrist will then appear on the scene and revoke the deal; he quickly gathers himself the 10 armies of Arab nations; initiating the great tribulation of ALL Israel (ethnic and believers in Christ).

-Alternatively, this covenant of death (false peace and security), the abomination that desolates being set up in ‘temple’ may primarily be within the spiritual Isreal, the church as body and as temple both physically and spiritually. We tend to focus on ethnic Isreal, however, the central focus of last day events most likely will be centered on the spiritual Israel; and the secondary effects happening with the religious Jews in the city of Jerusalem and in the land of Isreal.

-However, since this agreement being made is utterly dependent on one verse in Daniel 9.27, that states that the anti-Messiah will mediate a covenant for 7 years. It is critical to note that historically, this prophecy of Daniel occurred in the 7 year Roman-Jewish war (from AD 66 to 73) with the destruction of 2nd temple occurring midway (3.5 years) into that war in AD 69. For this, there may not be an actual 7-year covenant deal made. Only 3.5 years of great tribulation is clearly stated on several passages in pictures and is certain occur. This great tribulation will be initiated by the antichrist who enters presumably a rebuilt physical temple. Although again, there may not be a rebuilt physical temple. There may only be a spiritual equivalent of this occurring, which would now involve the church as temple. And more than likely the abomination that desolates may take form and shape within church buildings rather than a physically rebuilt Jewish temple in Jersualem. Even if there’s an actual rebuilt temple, the primary focus of the deception and the wrath of anti-Messiah will be on the new covenant church. This topic will be discussed more in depth later.

#. The false prophet of the Anti-Messiah will be strongly imbedded in churchianity.

-Consider the case of Judah Iscariot. Judas Iscariot was an Israelite and a Jew (of Judah) and yet Christ called Judas the ‘son of perdition’ for his role in betraying Christ which was clearly antichrist in nature. Son of perdition is one of the descriptive and functional names of antichrist. (John 17.12, 2 Thes 2.3). Bear in mind also that, the Pharisees, the scribes, and the elders who persecuted and facilitated the crucifixion of Christ were ethnic Israelites, yet their actions were clearly antichrist in nature. It is also quite likely that the antichrist will gain influence or be connected to and be associated with the mainstream Christianity; or even more so, will be found within the church systems (1 John 2.18), yet will reveal self as an apostate just as Judas ( John 17.12). A general spiritual law or principle is that wherever HaShem is at work, satan is not too far wreaking havoc and planting counterfeits. Thus, the antichrist spirit arises from where claims of Christ as Messiah is made; that is within the Christian church. This is why satan’s most effective work isn’t from without (outside) the church, but within the church.

# Why the Beast is likely of Assyrian (or Arab) and a Hebrew of tribe of Dan?

- Does scripture give us clues as to the identity of this anti-messiah? Yes. Though scripture focuses on the Messiah as the protagonist or the main character and the hero of biblical stories and events. Yet, scripture also provides types and shadows of the anti-messiah, seen in various enemies, be it individuals, kings and nations. Additionally, scripture also provide clues to the identity of the antichrist’s Hebrew origin, specifically of tribe of Dan. But, why pick Assyrian, Syrian or of Hebrew of tribe of Dan? The simple answer is that both represent the nation or ethnic group most associated with antichrist spirits and figures in scripture. The Assyrians were the quintessential antichrist spirit working against the Hebrews. Multiple scripture passages reference the Assyrian as enemies of Hebrews and Yahweh who will eventually be destroyed presumably in the end of age. Assyrians repeatedly sought to invade, besiege and destroy the Hebrews. The Northern kingdom of Israel later fell to the Assyrians who took captives of the Hebrews (2 Chronicles 5). In previous posts, Daniel 11 shows us that antichrist is the king of North, that is north of Israel. Partial fulfilment was seen in Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian king, who was one of Alexander the great’s captain of the Seleucid kingdom of Grecia. However, the overall context of prophecies of Daniel suggests dual fulfilment and the events are yet to unfold at the latter end of time. This means that the last antichrist figure could indeed hail from North of Isreal, Syria or thereabouts.

- An Interesting observation from scripture indicate that the rebellious, murderous, adversarial and apostate spirit of antichrist was present even in the tribe of Dan as well as other Israelites characters, figures and leaders from early on in Israel’s history. For example, the Tribe of Dan were the first to lead the great national apostasy in Israel (Judges 17 & 18). The city of the tribe of Dan became the capital seat of apostasy in Israel as one of the kings of Israel even erected their own altar, with golden calves as gods, and their own non-Levites priesthood and their own feast days (1 Kings 12.25-33). It was a complete affront to YHVH. And so, the antichrist will likewise be an Israelite, an apostate Jew, just as Judas and the Jewish leaders persecuted Christ and crucified HIM. In the following posts will be provided biblical support for identity and origin of the final antichrist figure. The next post will give clear biblical evidence highlighting the antichrist spirit working through various Israelite and non-Israelite personalities.

# Clues of identity of the Beast in the prophecies of Daniel.

-Beginning with huge pieces of clue in Daniel’s texts as to the mixed ethnic heritage of the antichrist. Daniel’s ‘they will mingle with seed of man’, correspond to Ezra’s mention concerning those who returned from captivity mixing with the seed of heathen (Ezra 9 & 10). Daniel’s description of antichrist that he will ‘forsake God of their fathers’, (Dan 11.37) was a phrase typically used in reference when describing the kings’ of Isreal’s relationship to Yahweh such as ‘forsaking the law of Elohim of their fathers’. This reference can be seen in many passages in the Chronicles of the kings of Isreal. Apart from the Assyrian, other descriptive names for antichrist that suggest anti-messiah’s ‘mixed heritage’ include the Babylonian, the king of North (Syria, the king of Tyre. These nations: Babylon, Syria and Tyre are all north of Israel and share general borders and geo-politically are intertwined and formed the former Pan Arab kingdoms (modern day, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Türkiye, Lebanon).

-Remember though, the holy writ is about the Messiah and so the central theme was on the Messiah rather than the anti-Messiah. And as such, the anti-Messianic types and shadows were not the highlights or the focus of the Torah (the law), the books of the prophets and the rest of scripture. Many anti-Messianic figures in the scripture were evident in the characters of scripture, but mostly portrayed in scripture as opponents of YHVH. There were some less conspicuous anti-Messiah mysteries in scripture that only YHVH enlightens and uncovers these layers of mysteries hidden in scripture for those who are diligent in studying the Word. Mind you, I am not promoting esoteric and occultic Gnosticism for we are forewarned not to ‘go beyond what is written’ (1 Cor 4.6). What is revealed in scripture is for us to master and the obscured secret hidden things are for Hashem only and to those whom HE chooses to reveal such to (Devarim 29.29, Psalm 25.14).

The identity of the beast of Daniel & Revelation. Antichrist: The Hebrew, the Israelite and a Jew. Part 3 of 7.

Presented here are several biblical references lending to the theory that THE antichrist of the last days is descendant of the tribe of Dan. The critical take home lesson here is that: underlying most stories, events etc, are underlying spiritual principles and purpose. When a group of people or persons in scripture are constantly being highlighted in many different ways, a theme emerges. THAT means we need to take a step back and look deeply and further into what is hidden and/or is being revealed.

Take a look at Tribe of Dan and their 'uncanny' representations in the following scriptures. Then, take a step back and 'ENGAGE' your spiritual senses for the 'hidden' significance/lessons/principles therein. The following extraction and analysis are my attempt to engage my spiritual perception underneath the stories elucidated concerning the tribe of Dan. Hint: it is more than mere coincidence.

Antichrist the Hebrew, an Israelite from the tribe of Dan.

# Who is Dan? Father of the tribe of Dan, one of the 12 sons of Yaakov.

- Dan is the patriarch of the tribe named after him. Dan is the 5th son born to Yaakov by Rachel’s maid servant, Bilhah {Gen 30.1-8}. You see, Rachel was barren for many years and rather than wait patiently for the timing of Yahweh, she gave her maidservant to Yaakov to bear children. This story sound familiar? Yes, the same thing Sarah did in giving her maid servant Hagar to Avraham, who then conceived Ishmael. Ishmael became the father of the Arabs and adversarial towards the Hebrews. Yishmael, Esau and Dan were the anti-Messiah spirits working alongside their “Messiah” counterparts Yitzchak, Yaakov and Yehudah. Are you seeing the connection? This similarity between how Dan and Ishmael came to be also lend to the theory that Antichrist is also mixed with Arab ethnicity.

# Builders of the tabernacle of YHVH in the wilderness of Egypt were two men of Judah and Dan.

-The 2 men appointed to construct the temporary portable tabernacle (Bezalel and Oholiab) are of tribes of Judah and Dan respectively (Exodus 31.1-6). Now, it’s no coincidence that the 2 men were of Judah and Dan. This is once again highlighting the Messiah and anti-Messiah pattern being established even early on. Why do you reckon the skilled inspired builders were of Tribes of Judah and Dan? Here is the concealed revelation. Here is wisdom. Have you ever considered that Satan is employed by the LORD in building HIS church? Yes. In what way does satan build the church? In the tests, trials, tribulations that believers face in this world. Scripture tells us tests, trials and tribulations and temptations build character, endurance; instills hope, patience. And if the believers allow it, it brings forth fruit of the spirit and works of the spirit (Prov. 3.11-12; Job 5.17; Hebrews 12.5-15). The LORD (Judah) builds HIS church (spiritual temple); and Satan (Dan) also builds the church.

-Think of tests, trials and tribulations one face and overcome as spiritual boot camp. The essence of physical boot camp is to strengthen one’s physical condition. In the same way, spiritual bootcamp strengthens one’s spiritual condition, if one allows it. For ‘what doesn’t break or kill you, makes you stronger, wiser and bolder. What this reveals to us is that Yahweh allows increasing pressures, tests and trials in the world to shape His people, in refining, purifying HIS people. And indeed, satan can be the source of these tests, trials as allowed by YHVH to train and build believers. Christians need to recognize challenges brought upon by evil forces in this world are allowed by YHVH Judah to build up our spiritual temples/houses. HalleluYah. Amen.

# The materials of building the temple of YHVH were gathered from Tyre; and the skilled builders & artisans were both men of Tyre and Israelites together. In Isaiah, Satan is alluded to as 'prince of Tyre'.

-In 1 Kings 7, 2 Chronicles 2 to 4, we are told King of Hiram of Tyre provided the materials for the building the temple of YHV by Solomon in Jerusalem. Not only was one of the skilled men who constructed the temporary portable temple of the LORD, but also the physical temple of Solomon the king was constructed by cooperation of both the Isreal and ‘gentiles. The workers in the construction were gathered from Israelites and along with men of Tyre, a gentile country. And the materials for the construction of the temple came from Tyre. Now, you may think this inconsequential, but the implications and deeper meaning is quite significant; and this is a whole new teaching, but the short of this is that the tabernacle represented in Old Testament “Israel”, and in new covenant the church and believers are this "Isreal". Judah here represented Christ, and Dan the anti-Christ spirit. Thus, here, Yahweh is revealing HIS plan to graft gentiles into HIS kingdom. But, even more so, that converted gentiles ARE part of the temple called church AND the church is being built by spiritual forces both good and evil.

-And consequently, the church and believers as the body of Christ, while in this earthly realm are being shaped and formed by both Christ and anti-Christ forces. Pause and ponder this for a time being. Those tests and trials and temptations sent by the devil (allowed by Yahweh) is for your own spiritual growth, if you allow it to be. Think about Christ’s testing of 40 days in the wilderness by Satan. If Christ, the Master was tested (and passed), you bet you too as servants will surely be tested and for which you are to glean from your Master’s example of how to endure and pass the test. Amen.

# The chief skilled engineer of the temple of YHVH In Jerusalem was by a man of mixed heritage: of tribe of Dan and of Tyre.

-In 1 Kings 7 and 2 Chronicles 2-4, we are told the king Hiram of Tyre not only provided materials for building the temple, but that chief artisan was a man of mixed heritage whose father was from Tyre, a gentile nation, and mother was of the tribe of Dan (& Issachar by first marriage). Again here, YHVH is revealing to us the pattern (or perhaps a hidden message) and the spiritual principle at work: that is, even the forces of evil working in this world are ultimately working for our good, and for the building of our spiritual temple, which is far more eternally weightier than momentary afflictions that we endure in this life. So, scripture pointing out that materials and men needed for building HIS temple were from a gentile nation, and the chief builder was of mixed heritage is significant. It is revealing the plan of HaShem to weave in gentiles into HIS eternal kingdom. It tells us that ultimately, both evil and good work together for good in building up our spiritual temple. In the last days, the great tribulation initiated by THE antichrist will afflict the true believers, but it will be to purify a bride made ready for the bridegroom and prepared to sup with HIM in the eternal kingdom.

# In the story of Joseph’s ordeal with his jealous brothers, Dan was the one who decided to kill Joseph (a type of Messiah).

-Though scripture does not elaborate, according to the Deuterocanon extra-canonical scriptures (The book of the testimony of the patriarchs), among the 12 sons of Yaakov, Dan was the one who decided that they kill Joseph (a type of Christ) at first. But when Judah objected to killing, but rather to sell him, Dan also suggested they then lie to their father Yaakov that a wild beast had gotten him by smearing Jospeh’s coat with blood of goat instead. Here we see the ‘murderous and lying spirit of antichrist’ in action. If Joseph was the Messiah type, it logically follows that the one who suggested they kill Joseph is the anti-Messiah figure. Interestingly, many years later when the brethren come to Egypt for food during the famine, at the time when Joseph was 2nd in command, it was also Judah who pleaded with Joseph to take/keep him captive instead of the youngest Benjamin. Judah redeems himself here by sacrificing his own life in place of his youngest sibling, which is foreshadowing of Yeshua’s sacrificial offering of HIS life as ransom for us. Here both Yehuda and Yosef are Messiah types; and Dan the anti-Messiah type.

# Yaakov’s final blessings upon his 12 sons calls Dan ‘serpent by the way’ who cause fall and invoked salvation from the LORD.

-The blessings of Yaakov their father calls Dan ‘serpent by the way which will bite and cause to fall backward….and Yaakov invoked awaiting the salvation of EL….’ (Genesis 49.16-18). Pay attention to these things here: serpent, bite, fall, and salvation. It’s like Yaakov is prophetically revealing Antichrist arising from Dan to be as serpent (oldest name for Satan from Genesis 3), by the way (a New Testament description for believers) who will cause all to ‘fall’ (apostasy from faith), and in invoking the Messiah, the only salvation from this serpentine figure. Yaakov’s uses animal metaphor for 4 of his sons, but Dan gets the darkest of metaphor, a serpent. Is it ironic that serpent (another name for the adversary) is applied to Dan? I think not. Yaakov saw something much more sinister in the spirit. . He saw THE antichrist arising from Dan.

-The serpentine reference for Dan was a prophecy all in its own. What Dan represented was counterfeit spirituality and religion; of antichrist masquerading as ‘truth’. The message is loud and clear for the church today. Just like Dan, being of Israelite, the family of Yahweh; and Judas being of follower of Christ, the church today must be wary of false religion, false worship systems, false spirituality, apostasy, and deception cloaked as truth. This is the most insidious because it does not come from without, but from within the church. Dan was a believer in Yahweh, and so was Judas an apostle of Christ.

# Comparisons between Yaakov’s final blessings of Judah vs. Dan reveals the Messiah vs anti-Messiah archetypes.

-Now compare the last benediction of Yaakov to Dan vs Judah or Joseph’s blessings. Keep in mind, both Judah and Joseph were shadows and types of Messiahs. Judah is called lion of Judah; Christ is that lion of Judah. Joseph had the most elaborate and glowing blessings because of his sufferings in being betrayed by his brethren, sold into slavery, falsely accused and spent over a decade in Egyptian prison for crime he did not commit. Yet, he was elevated and made 2nd in command in Egypt. Joseph is the embodiment of a Messianic type and figure in the Hebrew scriptures. What of Dan, Dan is a serpent by the way that causes people to fall, and we need salvation from him. What an clear description of satan and his works; and even more so is the invocation of salvation. Salvation from whom? From the Messiah, the Lion of Judah. So, if Judah is called 'lion of Judah' and gave us Christ; likewise, Dan is called 'serpent by the way', does it not make sense Dan will give us the anti-Messiah?

# Adversarial competition between tribe of Judah vs tribe of Dan reveals the Messiah vs. anti-Messiah prototypes.

-The book of Numbers (first census found in 1:1-34) records two different census which spanned 40 years, taken in the Hebrews time in the wilderness after exodus from Egypt. According to this census *Tribe of Judah is largest in population, followed by tribe of Dan as 2nd largest. The tribe of Judah’s camp is set eastward and first rank in formation to lead the camp (2.9; 10.14), whereas the camp of Dan being 2nd largest comes last in rank (2.25-26). Here is where the rivalry heats up: while Judah had largest inheritance land mass that was even too big for them (Joshua 19.9)....compared to tribe of Dan.

- The tribe of Dan, though being 2nd largest, was the last to receive land inheritance, and on top of it, also had smallest allotment of land that was too little for them; and the even more, they could not fight off the Philistines to possess the land (Joshua 19.40-48, Judges 1.34-35). It's like Dan got the leftover land. Ouch. Judah vs. Dan / Messiah vs. Anti-Messiah. The fight is on and will continue till the end of age. We know who won.

# Tribe of Dan had to conquer and steal land from quiet peaceful people, land outside the land allotted by YHVH- an act of rebellion.

And yet still, Dan they could not even possess the land and had to go up North (Laish) to find inheritance outside the allotted land- which shares border with Syria (Judges 18). Take note on how Dan brutally conquered this quiet peaceful unassuming people. Dan didn’t even give them a chance to leave the village peacefully or option to be servants. No, not only did Danites steal their land, but they mercilessly wiped off an entire village of people of Laisch completely off the map as people. Is that not just like Satan who is said to be thief who steals, kills and destroys. How so brutal; how so satanic. Note also, after conquest, the town of Laisch is renamed Dan.

-Note also, this land Laisch shares borders with Syria and some former Assyrian territories. Both Syria and Assyria have been a long-time enemy of Israelites and had several kings of anti-Christ spirits that oppressed, persecuted and later took northern kingdom of Isreal into captivity. So, is it far-fetched then, that if Dan shares border with Syria and Assyria that a later antichrist figure who will be of mixed heritage of Dan and Assyrian (or Arab).

-Later we learn in the book of Judges 18, that the tribe of Dan becomes the first tribe to make a graven image as god to worship, build their own altars, chose their own priests and feasts days, which was a total apostasy. The tribe of Dan succeeded to lead the rest of Isreal into idolatry resulting in their subsequent dispersion and destruction. Is this not satanic in nature?

Dan, The First Blasphemer & Idolater; leads the apostasy of Isreal.

The first recorded blasphemer against Elohim, who was subsequently stoned, belonged to the tribe of Dan and was of mixed heritage—Danite and Egyptian. This detail underscores a prophetic pattern linking apostasy to mixed lineage. In Judges 18: 30-31, the tribe of Dan initiated Israel’s first major idolatry by crafting graven images, establishing unauthorized altars, appointing illegitimate priests, and instituting counterfeit feast days. This led Israel into widespread apostasy, ultimately resulting in dispersion and destruction. By relocating north—outside their allotted territory—the Danites abandoned their Hebraic identity, assimilated into surrounding cultures, and adopted foreign gods.

Lucifer’s rebellion against HaShem mirrors this trajectory: the same spirit of defiance drove Dan to create a rival worship system. This antichrist spirit seeks worship, promotes idolatry, and replaces divine order with man-made systems. Its influence persists throughout history and will continue until its final defeat at the coming of Yeshua, the Lion of Judah. Jeroboam I later entrenched this apostasy by installing golden calves and instituting alternative altars and priesthoods in Dan and Bethel—a syncretistic system contrary to Yahweh’s commands (1 Kings 12:28-30). Significantly, Dan’s territory became a hub of idolatry, blurring boundaries with Syria and foreshadowing future captivity (Ezekiel 23:5–10). Further evidence appears in Daniel 11, which states the Antichrist will “not regard the Elohim of his fathers.” This phrase, commonly used of Israel’s kings who abandoned Yahweh, strongly implies Jewish heritage and religious roots.

AntiChrist is “Allos” Christ meaning ‘another of same kind’ = a Hebrew

Scripture also suggests the Antichrist will have a Hebrew background. In 1 John 2:11,19, the description of those who “went out from us” parallels the rebellious spirit seen in Cain and Judas Iscariot—both prototypes of betrayal and apostasy. Notably, only Judas and the final Antichrist are called “sons of perdition,” underscoring this connection. In John 5:43, Yeshua warns that those who reject Him will accept “another” claiming to be Christ. The Greek term used here is allos, meaning “another of the same kind,” as opposed to heteros, which means “another of a different kind.”

Question is: what is this ‘same’? The ‘same’ implies this antichrist will be of same “Jewish” (Or Hebrew) background. This distinction suggests that the coming false Christ—the Antichrist—will present himself as a Jew, sharing the lineage of Abraham, to gain acceptance as a legitimate leader. It is unlikely that the Jewish people would embrace a non-Jew or an openly anti-Semitic figure. For deeper study, compare the use of allos in John 14:16 with passages where heteros appears, such as Romans 7:23, Acts 7:18, and Galatians 1:6–7.

The tribe of Dan (and Manasseh) is notably absent from the 144,000 listed in Revelation (7:4-8], where Manasseh replaces Dan among the twelve tribes. Many scholars attribute this omission to Dan’s early apostasy and subsequent assimilation with Assyria (modern-day Syria), which led to the loss of clear genealogical records. A deeper implication is that the end-time Antichrist may originate from the tribe of Dan, making its exclusion intentional rather than accidental—a strong indication of Dan’s unfavorable standing in biblical history.

Satan’s strategy has always been imitation of YHVH and HIS ways. Just as the Messiah was foretold by the Law and the Prophets, so was the Antichrist foretold though not the primary focus of Scripture. Scripture foreshadows Christ through figures like Abel, Enoch, Abraham & the Patriarchs as well as the matriarchs who reflected the nurturing nature of Christ, Moses & the Prophets, King David. Likewise, Antichrist figures and systems have appeared throughout history: Cain, Nimrod of Babylon, Pharaohs of Egypt, Assyrian kings (e.g., Sennacherib), Babylonian rulers (e.g., Nebuchadnezzar), Canaanite and Philistine adversaries (e.g., Goliath), Roman emperors (e.g., Nero, Domitian), idolatrous kings of Israel and Judah (e.g., Jeroboam, Ahab, Manasseh), and even Judas Iscariot alongside corrupt Jewish religious leaders.

The Messiah & the Counterfeit Messiah (Anti-Messiah).

Just as there is a Holy Trinity (Father, Son, Spirit), there is an evil trinity (Satan, Antichrist, False Prophet). As Yeshua received authority from YHVH, the Antichrist receives authority from haSatan (Rev. 13:4); and the False Prophet, points all worship toward the Beast and ultimately haSatan (Rev. 13:11–14). Christ is God incarnate, King, and worthy of worship. The Antichrist will claim kingship over Israel and demand worship as God.

Yeshua is called the “Bright Morning Star” (Revelation 22:16); Satan bears the same title in Isaiah 14:12. Christ is the “Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6–7); the Antichrist will first appear as a man of peace—though falsely (Daniel 11:21; 1 Thessalonians 5:3). Christ is “He who was, is, and is to come” (Revelation 4:8]; the Antichrist is described as one “who was, is not, and yet is” and will ascend from the abyss (Revelation 17:8].

Just as Yeshua began His public ministry at age 30 and ministered for 3.5 years, the Antichrist will be revealed at a similar age and reign for 3.5 years during the Great Tribulation (Rev. 13:5; Dan. 9:27). Yeshua performed miracles and empowered His apostles; likewise, the Antichrist and his false prophet will perform signs and wonders (2 Thess. 2:9).

Yeshua established the New Covenant of life with Israel, whereas the Antichrist will broker a covenant of death (Dan. 9:27; Isa. 28:18). Yeshua died and rose again; the Antichrist will appear to recover from a fatal head wound (Rev. 13:3).

Yeshua will return riding a white horse (Rev. 19:11); the Antichrist will initially appear as the rider on the white horse among the four horsemen (Rev. 6:2). Yeshua is worshipped; the Devil receives worship from unbelievers and apostate church currently; and ultimately as the Antichrist.

This adversarial dynamic mirrors the spiritual opposition between the tribe of Judah, representing the Messiah, and the tribe of Dan, symbolizing the anti-Messiah. This pattern is not coincidental but reflects a Scriptural pattern: where Judah signifies the Messiah, Dan stands as the opposing force. Satan is a master imitator, and his primary method of deception is the creation of counterfeits that mirror the works of YHVH. Scripture reveals this pattern consistently throughout both the Old and New Testaments. Christ sows good seed as described in Matthew 13:24, yet Satan counters by sowing tares among the wheat, as in Matthew 13:25. God offers the true Gospel, but Satan presents another distorted gospel, according to Galatians 1:6–7. Christ appointed apostles to build His church, while Satan raises up false apostles, as warned in 2 Corinthians 11:13.

Counterfeit Marks, Worship, and Authority

YHVH seals His servants in Revelation 7:3, whereas Satan marks his followers in Revelation 13:16. The Father seeks genuine worshippers (John 4:23), yet Satan demands worship for himself in Revelation 13:4. Christ quotes Scripture in truth (Matthew 4:6), but Satan also quotes Scripture—twisting it for deception. Christ is the Light of the world, whereas Satan masquerades as an angel of light, as stated in 2 Corinthians 11:13-14. Yeshua gave HIS Apostles Power & Authority for miracles, signs & wonders. Satan also gives his false apostles power and authority working false wonders, miracles and signs to deceive (2 Cor 11:13-14

Distortions of Identity and Power

Christ is the Lion of Judah (Revelation 5:5), yet Satan roams as a roaring lion seeking to devour, as described in 1 Peter 5:8. Christ has heavenly angels (Matthew 24:31), while Satan commands fallen angels aligned with his rebellion (Matthew 25:41). Christ performed miracles that revealed God’s glory, but Satan performs lying wonders to deceive, according to 2 Thessalonians 2:9.
