There are roughly 3 dozen large oil tankers are making their way through the Strait of Hormuz at the moment.

Well since this war started, it's either Iran hasn't tested their airdefense, it's totally useless or their defences is totally gone.

Israel is increasingly using 4th generation f16 and f15. Short ranged JDAM is constantly being dropped in Tehran, with as many as 60 planes toiling in Iranian airspace at a time, despite this no report of shooting down any planes! Which even to me is unexpected!

The MOAB bunker busting bomb is short ranged to be dropped directly on target. This means US will have to fly deep inside Iran hitting deeply buried structures! Note also that which the increasing news and anticipation of hitting the fardow and other nuclear sites since the past week, a wise Iran should have set up a defensive line, anticipate the most likely route for attack, set up an air defense ambush (like the Kosovo take down of f117 night hawk), and use even if it's only 1 air defense system available to hit a B2!

This won't be the only US intervention in this war, they will use all those assets deployed and carry out a massive air campaign on Iran.

The question now is, will rival Putin come to its Persian aid as the later has done in Ukraine?
