Correct me if am wrong, a lawyer's job is to lie angrily and loudly that his client didn't rape and murder that woman even if he knows fully well he did. Right?

Many factors are considered before arriving at a conclusion in litigation.

Your question is like you asking me to walk you through the entire process of litigation.

One thing I want you to know is this: court’s verdict strictly follows a written law and particularly whether the requirements of the law relevant to the case have been fulfilled.


For instance if a particular law says stealing is a prohibited conduct or action. And the law defines and specifies what stealing is and further highlights what needs to be proved to establish stealing.

A lawyer whose client has been charged for stealing only needs to show with verifiable evidence and appropriate authority that the alleged act of stealing attributed to his client does not fall within the legal scope of stealing.

Those onece are either mad people or went through rough in life but not mad and it not like god doesn't love them it might be a test from him that every body must go through to see how you react wether you go back to him and ask for help or the otherwise or it might be one of those life situation that today you have tomorrow you don't so what do you do in both situations you submit yourself to god and put your trust in him, while doing that you seek for help mentally and emotionally from good friends and good people with positive impact then you start all over again, with god, right mindset and hard work nothing is impossible those people that are successful that are rich doesn't have two brains neither two heads your concern should be the owner of the wealth those pikins are enjoying not the pikins them, you can call it luck that they are born from a rich family cause it the word we normally use, but I would call it god's design thou in some instances cause it add an additional sense to it.
