It's sad I didn't see this, I would have advised you to sell it at a loss and move on. You don't know what is beneath that building, foundation wise. All those testing they are doing is nonsense, they are checking superstructure but the issue here is foundation and soil. Even if you escape all the permit wahala and so on, what if the building starts having problems tomorrow?

Very true ,u are going to use upto that. I just did concrete stamping last week on a 120sqm space .I used 68bags of cement but engineer quoted 40bags .

1. Tell him to send you samples of his previous job.
2. Tell him to test a part of the house with his paint and see the finishing it gives.
3. Tell him to give you a time guarantee of his paint.

For him to insist he must use his product dude his very sure of his products.
There are painters that produces quality paints just like those big companies. Some have their own private factories while others produces on site.
