OP your phone model can no longer accept Whatsapp that's the simple truth. Buy another phone, there's nothing you can do about it. Your phone can't accept the newest update on Whatsapp app.

If it works I will give him 5k. He's not the only one to experience it. Lots of complaints. Especially those using all those low Chinese phones like novo.

Check your phone android version. If it's below android 5, then sorry....whatsapp just ditched you for a better boyfriend.

Issues is from the phone, even if you manage to get it fixed it would definitely happen again.

It's most likely palm-store that is disturbing you. Simply update your app from Google playstore and the issue will likely be resolved

If it's not factory installed, then it can be removed.

I'm not sure if infinix/Tecno phone security firewall is that strong too...

It may be you are using WhatsApp by proxy. Check with any Application with WhatsApp infringement

Factory Reset should resolve your wahala. It could be a hamrful backdoor script

You've logged in WhatsApp from a modded-whatsapp instead of the official WhatsApp. It will take few weeks before you can use the main one again.

Go online on how to remove it.

You are using unofficial WhatsApp app.Just uninstall it and install from playstore.
