ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a poised, intuitive, and highly organized Lifestyle Manager to serve as the frontline hospitality liaison for an ultra-high-net-worth family with residences across Nigeria, Europe, and North America. This is not a conventional personal assistant role — this is a hybrid of elite concierge, private house manager, travel coordinator, and lifestyle curator.
You will work at the intersection of luxury hospitality, private estate coordination, and personalized experience design. The Lifestyle Manager ensures that every element of the Principal’s environment is flawlessly aligned with their lifestyle preferences, delivering seamless, anticipatory service across their residences and while in transit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Personalized Lifestyle & Hospitality Management
• Serve as the principal family’s primary point of contact for personal requests, guest services, and day-to-day lifestyle needs.
• Anticipate and manage real-time requests, from wardrobe care to wellness arrangements.
• Curate seamless guest experiences including welcome preparations, gifting, and event hosting.
🔹 Travel & Mobility Coordination
• Coordinate all travel logistics: international flights, local transport, luggage management, accommodation transitions.
• Travel ahead of the Principal to prepare destinations and ensure operational readiness.
• Liaise with global concierge, aviation, and maritime service providers.
🔹 Estate & Residence Oversight
• Conduct daily inspections and readiness audits across residences.
• Ensure impeccable housekeeping standards, aesthetics, and maintenance in all properties.
• Manage household inventory, pantry supplies, and wardrobe organization to family standards.
🔹 Lifestyle Infrastructure & Calendar Alignment
• Maintain detailed preference logs, family calendars, wellness routines, and vendor relationships.
• Manage memberships, subscriptions, and personal documents (e.g. passports, visas).
• Collaborate closely with chefs, drivers, assistants, tech/security, and maintenance teams.
🔹 Events & Private Entertainment
• Support planning and execution of private events (intimate dinners to milestone celebrations).
• Coordinate logistics including themes, menus, guest services, table settings, AV/IT support, and ambiance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is:
• Polished & Discreet: You understand luxury and can operate invisibly behind the scenes while delivering white-glove service.
• Globally Exposed: Experienced in multicultural settings with international travel exposure.
• Detail-Oriented & Resourceful: Nothing escapes your eye, and you’re solution-focused.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You intuitively understand personal preferences, family dynamics, and the rhythm of private households.
• Energetic & Flexible: You can juggle changing timelines, schedules, and environments with ease and grace.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2–5 years in high-level lifestyle, concierge, or estate management roles.
• Experience in HNI households, family offices, private jets/yachts, or ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Ability to travel internationally on short notice.
• Strong command of written/spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy — proficient in digital calendars, inventory tools, communication platforms.
