Honestly, I think travel should be ristricted for igbo men heading to countries where they have history of nefarious activities. There has to be a vetting process to show they are traveling for proper business or education. You cannot just allow someone eg without established know business with proper financial history to just get up, get a visa and then head to Pakistan, India etc with his knapsack of shirt and jeans to say he wants to go and hustle. Hustle what naa, those countries have more poor folks that are even better skilled to do any work a Nigerian would do to earn money. In that case the next thing is to sell drugs or do 419 thereby destroying the image of the country and spoiling opportunities for genuine Nigerians.
This is not a tribal thing, but proper profiling should be done for igbo brothers going to that part of the world.
