Squatters also have what is called Squatters rights in law. Therefore the landlord needs a court judgement to evict them from his/her land.

It’s not even his brothers house. I watched the charade he engineered on Channels. He accidentally let it slip that the house is owned by NEXT which we all know is his company. He then went on to say this brother is the majority shareholder! It is normal to transfer control of your companies to relatives when you are seeking or are actively holding political office!

Was he aware of the suit , that's the first question because the narrative make it look like it is a Government witch hunt . Even the court order look ridiculous, how can you call Person Unknown as defendant... Something fishy here which Judge gave this order. All the persons involved in the demolition should all be arrested and matter properly investigated. We won't tolerate all this kind of nonsense.

Landlords even use it to evict tenants without them knowing. They will just approach a court, claim ownership of a property, connive with court bailiffs to make sure that the accused has no knowledge of what is going, and of course, does not attend court.

Later the courts will say because the person never bothered to show up, they have admitted guilt, and find in favour of the complainant

Now my question is that, why is Obi blaming Tinubu/Sanwoolu and making this seems like a witch hunt against him coz of his presidential ambition?

Why not call out the woman in question and the judge that gave the judgement?
