Aliyu Audu, Former Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to President Tinubu has accused the The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike of being in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), but controls the ruling All Progressives Party (APC) in Rivers State and in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

According to him, 'Wike is destroying the PDP with the support of the president because the office of the minister of the FCT is a state power that can be used to back the president.'

Audu also reiterated his resolve to work against the President’s re-election in 2027.

Audu, who recently resigned from Tinubu’s administration, said that despite being a spokesperson to the President, he had no access to him for almost two years.

The ex-presidential aide criticized President Tinubu for granting access to an Afrobeat superstar, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, and a Lagos politician, Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, while he couldn’t get his attention.

“I worked for President for nearly two years. I didn’t have a sit down with him. I’m one of his spokesperson. but he sat with Davido, who insulted him couple of weeks before. Then he sat with that Jandor, who didn’t even come second in Lagos election. It doesn’t make sense.”

The issues most of the parties have with maintaining discipline is a factor of funding
One man can simply hijack a party if he has access to state funds and that shows that most of our parties are being run with state resources
Same politicians that tell us Nigeria is poor have no qualms running political parties with state funds

Power is transient, nobody can be in power forever. One day you will pity the so called high and mighty

I'm shocked, he said he worked with the President for two years and never sat with him or met him but Davido who criticized the President a couple of weeks ago was able to meet and snap pictures with the President 😂😂

Wike can only be thrown out of PDP when curruption ends in Nigeria. PDP members will continue to take bribes to remain loyal to him and maintain his influence in the PDP, while the he courts under the APC will never throw him out, even if the case is taken to court.
