Now fast forward to the future 50 or 100 years from now. I bet that two persons in their own version of social media will be debating if a break through technology that is a million times more powerful than our AI will destroy the human race.

He has a point but calling a standard calculator Ai is too simplistic but he's got some things going which could be up for debate.

It's already in the works. A perfect child free from all diseases. I also believe that very soon organ donation will be a thing of the past. If one needs a liver, simply pay and it will be grown in the lab or better still, a version of your clone (that doesn't quite fit the definition of a human being to bypass ethical scandals) will be built and nurtured until one needs 'its' parts.

i get you, but the A.I we have been talking about 2 to 3 yrs is something entirely different.. different from your calculator or regular applications
