How many have you provided in your immediate environment and community, besides it is in this country where citizens just sit at their desks or on social media and criticize top leadership. Leadership is not something you just criticized if you yourself have not placed yourself on assessment as a leader. An ordinary youth who does not have goals or direction cannot criticize a leader, same goes for a father who is not a parent, to be a father and to be a parent and exemplary role model are two different things. Majority who criticize leadership in our country are themselves not exemplary role models of leadership to the upcoming youth. From fathers, mothers, the clergy, business leaders, the academia etc. If can't assess your own level of leadership, don't criticize, if you haven't made something out of life through discipline and self direction. just keep mute, don't criticize leaders.
