Just talking nonsense as if he is an economics or the budget and planning minister. Did Emefile printed the money and kept it in your bed room. When Buhari introduced new notes at least every Nigerian knows there was shortage of cash all over the nation. Where then was the excess money kept.

If the people feel the institutions are in cahoots with these bad leaders they should not fold their arms and wait but exercise their franchise and vote them out. That sends clear signals that they will not tolerate misgovernance of any kind. That is how sane societies work.

If these lawmakers talking rubbish today will all be jettisoned next elections specifically because of their failures to supervise government then and now, the next set will take their jobs more seriously.

If the Republican party in the US cannot bring inflation down you can be cocksure they will lose out next elections no matter how badly the Democratic party is seen today. That is why Trump is fighting to remove the Fed chairman (equiv to our CBN chair) who has refused to lower rates.

Today this government is failing to secure this country. Nigerians are dying in numbers while holding onto their party cards avowing to return their pet government to power. How can such people be governed well.

If Mr. Oshiomole a serving lawmaker cannot pay the price despite his admission of failure then how do you start to get any former, past president to account for his time in office.

Go after serving people first, go after the people that are responsible for shaping, oiling and guarding the system first. The success of democracy lies with the rule of law and the acts of lawmakers.
