Thank you very much.

I was told to upload my documents on their online portal again.

I sent my document to them via mail during the application period.

Konphido:
Hello Osas,
kindly check your admission letter again, and confirm if you need to send your documents by POST.. That is, DHL, UPS and the likes..

if you need to do that, then make photocopies of the documents you uploaded online for the enrolment, take it to a HighCourt or Notary public and get the documents legally attested..

After you are done, send it via any of the courier service to your university. Remember to include your university's postal address..

Hello everyone,
Please I need urgent help. Has anyone here ever been granted a German student visa after submitting only their Statement of Result instead of the original certificate?

My school is still processing my certificate, and my visa interview date is very close. I want to know if the Statement of Result will be accepted,

Please, anyone with experience or advice should help me. Thank you.

Which date were you given? Congratulations. I heard you need to get a Letter headed declaration of age from the high court

Search for Dr Walter Educare24 or Provisit. There would be an option to start paying for it when you get to Germany.
Thank you

Good afternoon
I would like to know if BECE CERTIFICATE is a must. I have my Waec certificate but there are complications getting my BECE CERTIFICATE.

If I'm not able to get BECE, will it be a problem? And what can I do in this situation?

Thank you for your assistance.

If one is using the online website to obtain the affidavit, how will the person add their parents' signature, since this is one of the major things the embassy looks out for? I'm also a bit confused about using the online platform to do the affidavit. Can you briefly explain how to go about this?

Go to the online website, sign up, click on affidavits and follow the information. For the signature you need to sign on a piece of paper and scan with your device.

What documents did you upload on the new portal? Did you upload the health certificate and other documents?
Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by Optim56: 11:14pm On Jun 28, 2025
Hello all,
I apologise in advance if my writeup is too long.

How long does it typically take to get an appointment and visa for study? In addition to submitting an acceptance letter, would uploading an enrollment certificate on the Consular Services Portal help? Like I just accepted into a masters program this June for the winter semester in October. The program is selective admissions *(restricted). As I'm beginning to fill in the portal, I'm seeing the estimated waiting time is more than one year. That's why I want to understand and know the way forward.

When booking for your student visa on the new portal, did you include your admission letter and Block account?

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

I need some advice or insight from those who may have gone through a similar situation.

I received admission into a German university toward the end of April, and I applied for my student visa in June. It’s now been about 3 weeks, and I’ve been on the waiting list ever since.

The university's semester is starting in October, and I’m starting to get a bit anxious about the timeline. I know processing times can vary, but I’d really appreciate hearing from others who have applied recently or have experience with the German visa process.

How long did it take for you to move from the waiting list to being given an appointment or getting the visa?

Is there anything I can do while waiting to speed things up or at least follow up properly?

Whoever told you that doesn't know anything about the German visa process, or is ignorant about the possibilities. Be careful about such people even when you get to Germany. They openly display their ignorance and tell you "we've been here". Most importantly, avoid those who entered Germany via asylum. Just my two cents.

The ausländerbehörde appreciates that you have someone in Germany. This actually shows strong ties. I've heard baseless claims also about them preferring BA for SL lol. So laughable.

Make sure you input your cousin as your reference.
Kindly message me on whatsapp bro. I can't seem t get through to you. Thanks.

You upload all your documentation and wait. The waiting time is over a year. They are still processing October 2023 and they move chronologically. You won't meet resumption this year.
