Late Alh. Aminu Dantata's long-term wish was to be laid to rest in the Holy Prophet’s city of Madinah.

Arrangements for approval from Saudi authorities to move the corpse from Abu Dhabi to Madinah are still ongoing. If it prolongs, the corpse will be brought back to Kano for burial.

May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Jannah-tul-Firdaws. Ameen.

A wealthy man from a wealthy lineage is different from a wealthy man from a poor lineage.

He was rich enough to buy a place in Medina for such.

They say 24 hours or at most 72hours if conditions demand so. It's fine if you have the money, at least na your money. Better than going into debt to fulfill some culture.
BTW, i am Christian. i agree with the muslims on quick burial, no sane point wasting money over a cadaver for months in embalming and co, especially when there's no money. We waste so much money on the dead. Jesus Christ was buried same day, no time for time.
