Forget about NYSC. You can easily get a scholarship in the USA, Canada or Europe and get a better and purposeful life for yourself. They will come begging for you to come and serve your father's land when you start breaking record abroad.

A lot of these cases are flying everywhere. A sister in-law of mine is a victim. If Jamb insist the admission was/is fake, then the institutions involved should have taken it up.
What's the use of post Utme in all institutions if it's only jamb that gives admission?
My advice is for those effected, they should mobilize themselves, go out for protest and block the entrance of these institutions.
Lastly, I have a feeling that most undergraduates would become victims in coming years.

Having trained myself through out, I felt like taking harmful substances to end my life

JAMB is compulsory. It's either you get a discharge certificate or a certificate of exemption as long as you are a student who passed through the Nigerian university system either as a full-time or part-time student.

Most people commenting on this topic don't understand the meaning and implications of a "fake admission".

Someone said he should apply for scholarship in US and Canada, another said he should forget NYSC and apply for a exemption.

Are these ones in a position to advise the young man?

Showing is university certificate is not a proof. Where his is jamb admission letter. Till now I still have my jamb admission letter. He should also show us jamb results too.

Which beginning of downfall? Jamb has warned both the institutions and the candidates that it's only Jamb admission letter that's genuine and that's why two admission letter were always issued during the admission confirmation, one for the institution and one for the candidate. The guy should just how his own copy of admission letter issued by the jamb and futa should produce her own version of admission letter from Jamb. If they can the. The matter is resolved.

My advice. Collect ur certificate, apply for a scholarship program abroad and move out of the country if he can.

It depends on the type of employer. The kind of job I do, I don't need to present those shiit and I'm doing fine.

If he is wise let him use that opportunity to learn a profitable trade that can at least guarantee 500k + monthly . NYSC at times is a waste of years, get an exemption letter and go use that one year to learn trade bcs if care is not taking he might end up with 30k monthly even when those earning 250k are considered as poor
