DeepSight:Oh i just rechecked, we're talking of two different things, you about GDP, me about GDP growth. https://www.imf.org/external/datamapper/profile/NGA This was clearly expected with the reset (forex subsidy removal or floatation). If government subsidizes dollar today, the figures immediately changes. i guess you are chasing numbers, i look for a country with real permanent positive change. i admit there are pains, but i support the removal of the subsidy. i knew and any educated person knew it would come with the initial hardship, regardless of who removed it. i wish it had been removed earlier but there was lack of will. Here we are and it is what it is. BTW, i wasn't in love or fully supportive of Tinubu until i saw the options if not him, and saw him doing what i have always prayed for Nigeria to have. |

Sunisonflex39:Can you provide proof of this, maybe it can help LP lawyers next time. A shake of head doesn't suffice. Many shook heads at what happened all over the South East but the results stood. i recall when Rivers was calling millions for PDP and asking for more light in 2015. Heaven didn't fall. |

DIVINEEVIDENCE:continue telling yourself that lie if it helps you sleep well at night….the best candidate because he is yiibo and you are in a desperate need of Yiibo president it is good to support your own but my problem is your hypocrisy of labelling others tribalist when you are also guilty of that ![]() Even if osinbanjo or fashola was on the ballot with obi, y’all would have voted your tribesman, and stop pretending like you wanted osinbajo because we all know you have called him derogatory name’s several times eg fake pastor and also fasola was called minister of darkness ![]() All because they are Yorubas and also in Apc you so much love to hate while you were all pdp slaves till last election. And knowing how bad you suck at politics with your nzobu nzobu politics, you will continue to wander in political wilderness btw argue with soludo, he has summarised it all [img][/img]

moscow007:Exactly the point I was making to one dingbat but he seems to be high on some cheap weed and I won't roll in the mud with him. Its very easy to divide Igbo votes. Just pick the most competent politician and put him in the top three political parties and he'll sweep Igbo votes. I even gave him a list of Yorubas who could easily knock Obi off the ballot but he remained dense. Bro is obviously hustling for him media crew salary and this is month end. ![]() Makai no pour am sand for garri. ![]() |

Image123:The notion that subsidy was bad and necessarily had to be removed was nothing but Bretton Woods propaganda which is nothing new - it has existed for decades and every single time it has been implemented by third world countries has only led to greater poverty and recession. What needed to be addressed was the corruption in the subsidy system. A subsidy that ballooned from under N300 billion to over N7 Trillion in just a few years shows nothing but magnificent corruption on a cosmic scale by and within the government. That is what needed to be addressed - the corruption. Today, you can rest assured that whatever is claimed to be have been saved from the so called subsidy removal will simply be looted. And if you dont know that about Nigeria, then you are a novice about this country. As regards naira floatation this is also another Bretton Woods piece of poverty inducing manipulation. An import depedent economy cannot afford to devalue its currency the way we did. Same thing has been done repeatedly by countries being advised by the IMF. It always leads to the same result - recession, starvation and poverty. Only an exporting and industrially robust economy can do that profitably. If you are import dependent the way Nigeria is, it is economic suicide to devalue your currency. You must defend it to some extent still until you can compete properly in the international market. Bola Tinubu has easily been the worst president in the history of Nigeria and the only ways he will win in 2027 are (1) Mass rigging and/ or (2) Oposition disunity. |

coputa:Tinubu will be president in 2027 unless death or ill health stops him. As per 2031 saying No Notherner qualify to be president is a massive display of ignorance and Tribal bigotry. That you could mention people like Vdm and Natasha as potential Presidential candidates shows how small minded and unrealistic you are. Come 2031 a core Notherner will be president. |

MrSly:Who is supposed to write the results if not INEC, your school principal? Do you have proof to your allegation of APC supervision or its what you saw on whatsapp? Some of you could barely afford ordinary polling unit agent, yet you complain about results. Don't you have phone or camera to record these illusions? |

DeepSight:You are being clever by half here talking about Bretton Woods. You didn't know about Bretton Woods when you were talking about GDP fall that is tied to dollar. All the three major candidates promised to remove the subsidies and float the currency so your point is moot. As you have said, Bola Tinubu is winning in 2027 as opposition is in great disarray and he said he's enjoying their show of folly. i must say i am also, because they are not better than him in anyway. |

1Alex:https://www.channelstv.com/election/collation-of-nigerias-presidential-nass-election-results/ i can keep giving you differnt news outlets with the same results. You said "you know what the result later turned out to be after the whole saga". There was no change after till tomorrow. INEC is the constitutional authority to declare results, not some Chigozie in BBC. Disputes and discrepancies are solved with evidence at the tribunal. We didn't see scuh evidence for the allegations. Besides to give you closure, you may do the math, let's forgt that LP also allegedly rigged. Take all APC votes in Rivers and add them to LP if it makes you sleep better. See you in 2027 and come better prepared, not just mouth making, violence inciting, online polling. Have a decent situation room and adequate polling agents. Capture evidence on camera, not attempting to hack websites and using AI to do propaganda or calling on military and FIFA to take over the country and burn it. |
