According to reports, Iran fired about 700 ballistic missiles and over 1000 drones at Israel. Let's say Israel turned off all it's air defense systems and all drones and missiles hit and destroy a building, you'll just get 1600 buildings destroyed. If we double the amount of drones and missiles you'll get 3200 buildings destroyed. A tenth of the claimed 30000 buildings destroyed.

Ballistic missile classifications are
1) Tactical ballistic missiles
2) short range ballistic missiles
3) intermediate range ballistic missiles
4) intercontinental ballistic missiles

ATACMS travel at Mach 3 or less. And have a maximum altitude of 50. Any average missile system can shoot it.

Even the Patriot shot down several kinzhals missiles.

How does it fare against Iranian Khorramshahr, sejjil, shahab 3, kheibar sheikan etc intermediate ranged missiles, some of which are eco atmospheric and can reach speeds of mach 15.

And Israel shot some of them down using thaad.

The word claim is an operative legal word which denotes a formal filing for compensation

For example:
