No fighter jets no air defense system supplied even though Iran were ready to pay. Russia is not supplying them for free.

What do you expect the IRGC aerospace General to tell the media after countless rejection from the Kremlin to supply lethal weapon to Tehran? He has to praise their own indigenous made weaponry.
