This came after Inec Physical population figures in each community owned by each tribe in the 3 WARRI LGAS.

IJAW - 27 WARDS
ITSEKIRI - 21 WARDS

Ijaw dominates Warri south west and Warri north, Urhobo dominates Warri south.

But Inec went to the villages and did physical population census first according to the directive of supreme court and it came out that Ijaws are far more than Itsekiri and Urhobo put together in Warri Federal Constituency.
