Obi Not A Saint, His Single-Term Proposal Unbelievable, Tricky – Yabagi Sani

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VF4TKcp7EJE

A former Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC), Yabagi Sani, has said that it would be difficult for northerners to believe the proposal by ex-Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi to run for president in 2027 and stay in office for a single term of four years.

Sani said none of those planning to run for president in 2027 including Obi is a saint.

Obi, a former Anambra State governor, had reportedly said he would comply with an agreement to be in office for four years if he wins the 2027 presidential election.

However, the ex-IPAC chair said the dynamics of power become different when politicians get into office.

Any politicians talking about one term can never be taken seriously as it's obvious scam

The Obidients are yet to see anything wrong with all the reckless statements Peter Obi has been making

Please leave Peter Obi out of your illusions, focus on how many Ghana must go bags you guys need to buy to pack Bola Tinubu's tribalism load out of Aso Rock in 2027. Go and ask Tinubu how many sacks of Yoruba egbe tribalism he has in his bedroom already so that you can know the exact quantity and size of Ghana must go or bagco bag to buy to contain them.

Leave Peter Obi and the coalition out of your hallucinations, even if they like, they can make Peter Obi their gateman, we will still follow them so long as they dethrone tribalism and respect every tribe and region in Nigeria, treat every region and tribe fairly, with empathy and compassion. Protect the Middlebelt people from being decimated by foreign mercenaries, then we are good to go

The best option for North is to allow PBAT complete his 8 years before power will shift.. any desperate politician promising you he'll do 4 years and leave is a liar.

It is not about saint, his one term plan will not allow meaningful Nigerians see him go because of party politics. He will perform so well that even you will be ashamed of campaigning for another candidate.
Stand on it.

Have never heard him say he was a saint. Moreover we ain't looking for a saint to lead us. But someone who understands the problems of this great Nation and is ready to take us to where we should be as a country.

We are accepting Papers and journal Articles.

Are you scared?? Mind your Tinubu’s business even if it’s scam. Your Lord and savior is the scam Lord.

I think you know if the coalition worked and either Atiku agree to adopt Obi. Or Obi agrees to adopt Atiku either ways.. Tinubu is a goner

Well , he may not be a saint just like those occupying there now and also those aspiring like him, but I do want him to go and try his own too let's see, I just want that party APC to leave . We know they are all birds of same feather, in as much people are there that believe in him then let him go period.

I keep on saying it that the north won't choose obi has the coalition presidential candidate. They know the manner he ran 2023 election. He wanted to divide the country because of desperation. His people keep saying he won last election but why can't he now build up on the votes. He knows he can't get that kind of vote again when he contest alone. He should be prepared to be vice to Atiku.

You people will talk with the assumption that the people you are talking to didn't know that he had governed ANAMBRA before and the state is not the best performing state in the country at this time T

only his igbo believe in him because of desperation to produce president at all cost. Obi is so far from what he a d his useful idiots want us to believe. Obi knows the religious sentiment can't give him that kind of vote again and Atiku the experience politician knows that and that is why he will never support Obi to be the presidential coalition candidate. Worse scenario, Atiku will pick another southerner to run with and obi will contest alone and won't even get half of the 2023 votes. Only you igbos who are not politically inclined think obi will even score 10m vote in 2027. He cant get 40% in SW,NC and SS. NW and NE is totally out of reach. Atiku knows that cos he is relying on NW and NE while obi brings SE to be able to confront Tinubu. You guys should quit nzogbu nzogbu politics.
Re: Obi Not A Saint, His Single-Term Proposal Unbelievable, Tricky – Yabagi Sani by Agugbadin: 6:53am On Jul 02, 2025
It is out of despiration that he is ready to take anything. Four years is definitely not enough to fix Nigeria. Atiku is over ambitious and would kill the coalition.
Re: Obi Not A Saint, His Single-Term Proposal Unbelievable, Tricky – Yabagi Sani by yemre: 6:57am On Jul 02, 2025
We'll see what plays out at the primaries. I still don't see Obi clinching the ticket when Atiku is on the ballot except he's decided to take the backseat. But I know that someone will decamp either in the build up to the primaries when it will be heavily monetized or after the primaries out of frustration for not getting the ticket.

We keep watching!

Okay since u won't believe that then take it that he will do two terms. If failures can do two terms then Peter Obi should even do 10 terms

Even your Tinubu knows he doesn’t have the numbers. All of una no reach 3M if we decide a transparent election system.

You make it sound like humans love consuming bad product which is false.

You are actually ones that don’t have the numbers and that’s why you need INEC to do magic.

Beyond south west, tinubu is hated like mad.

Imagine how they push Obi threads to the front page even if the person who said what about him is not know or irrelevant. Unfortunately publicity is publicity especially when it's free.
Re: Obi Not A Saint, His Single-Term Proposal Unbelievable, Tricky – Yabagi Sani by carzeem1: 7:03am On Jul 02, 2025
So in summary, he is not going to step down for anybody.
To be fair to him, if he singlehandedly polled almost 6 million with all the rigging in some states against him without any structure or support then he is the man to beat.

However, I don't believe he will stick with 1 term, a lot of people will be on that premise too. Core Northerners are too desperate for power to allow it slip for 12 years.
