emkz:Ebilokan has nothing to fear since he has every consequential politician on lockdown with bribes sourced from subsidy savings and increased tax burden on us with more loans. Noisemakers like Obi will be used to divide the opposition votes as usual and ebilokan will return to Aso Rock to continue APC shege that we have endured since he made his clueless northerner president in 2015, to replace the best president we ever had in Jonathan. jameshankss: |

Op what do you mean when you say China, Malaysia and Indonesia are strange countries? You've never heard of them or they're not models we can gain useful examples from? And what are you trying to achieve by calling DSS on the opposition? Are you trying to bait Obidients to taking you on like your masters did with that "Obituary" article or you're just trying to be more sycophantic than the rest? Besides these two travesty, your post is empty and devoid of any reasoning or common sense. You didn't articulate anything meaningful. You were neither here nor there. You couldn't even take Obi's message head on. You need to do better pls. Some of us were looking to be entertained by your buffoonery but you disappointed us by exhibiting schizophrenia instead. Pity is the only thing we can muster now |

Obi, Tinubu, Atiku, collusion etc. All of them are just using our heads to get what they want. They know that we would do the same if given the opportunity to lead. Let's stop this pretence that we are better than our leaders. Wey dem Aisha Yesufu et al. Average Nigerian is a taker. Brethren, read books about sales/communication, you and your environment to know that politicians are just telling/selling you what you want to hear. Look at leadership in Nigeria since 1960, what is the probability that the next president will lead well. |

emkz:My fear remains his gullible followers who doesn't know ther left from right! Thank God Nigerians made the right choice in PBAT! Insecurity pervade our country, just yesterday our troops killed a notorious bandit in Zamfara eliciting celebrations yet Obi ignored that feat. Through to his name "agbotikuyo" always dwelling on the negatives! |

Na so. While Rome burnt Nero played the fiddle. Good governance is also about giving priority to the toughest challenges the people you govern face. Watch Sky tv on UK governance, watch CNN on American governance, the top issues are about the people and leadership. Not here. |

emkz:I did not bother to read the post. I just saw the invitation to DSS to contain Obi. So any statement that sounds like querying your president's action leads to an invitation of the DSS to hound the speaker and you expect a robust democracy. I am ashamed of the supporters of the power in government. Think about your place in the comity of nations and your children's future . Everything should not start and end with Tinubu. Did Obi state verifiable facts, I think he did. Are people dying in middle belt and elsewhere, I think, yes. Looking at the bolded, where is the correlation? Is there not massive lawlessness in the country? what did he say that sounds new to anyone thus leading to the invitation that he be clamped upon? How do you guys even expect opposition to be played? Whatever the president does is good and beautiful. |

emkz:Hypocrite. Obi have not said anything contrary to what is presently obtainable in your failed state called Nigeria . when your fake messiah called Oga bubu, made a more inflammatory statement, that dogs and baboons will soak in blood in the street, under your APC platform, you never wrote such long epistles as this . Nigeria is bleeding under your T-pain's APC government yet you expect Nigerians to be silent. your useless government of APC is even more lucky to have weak and non toxic opposition, like they were strong and highly toxic opposition during the PDP dispensation, yet you are still spewing trash. |

Tflex01:Zero emotional intelligence you say? Prove to me tinubu doesn't have the same zero emotional intelligence or worse. How does what obi said change the fact that tinubu favored a trip to st Lucia over the security of this nation. A trip even the VP could attend. You guys keep amazing me with your approaches to national issues. Obi isn't the problem of nigeria. He isn't the president. Comparing an opposition figure with a seating president is disingenuous. Tinubu is on that seat he should face the consequences of being there. |

JetApartment:To the best of my knowledge, insecurity isn't just in the North of Nigeria. It is all over Nigeria and highly prevalent in the North. Insecurity has been a challenge in nigeria since the the days of Obasanjo, Yaradua, Jonathan, Buhari and Tinubu. Insecurity is a problem around the entire world. Every government endeavors to develop solutions to security challenges, internal and external security challenges. I believe that the Tinubu government is also trying to develop, strategize and engage solutions to Nigeria's several challenges, including security. Primary school education challenges with respect to teachers strike in Abuja is a constitutional challenge. The payroll and remuneration of teachers of government pimary schools in Abuja and all states in Nigeria is constitutionally the responsibility of the Local Government or Area Councils. Several efforts have been made by the minister to engage and compel the area councils chairmen to fulfill that obligation but for reasons best known to the chairmen, they have refused to comply. The Minister of FCT even had to send them additional funds to ensure payment of the salaries to the primary school teachers but they still diverted the fund to another use. The power is in the hands of the people in Abuja to remove the area council chairmen. The people (parents, teachers and stakeholders) can also protest at the various area council offices or Chairmen houses to compel them to pay the teachers salaries and remuneration. You should not be blaming that on the FCT Minister or the president of Nigeria outrightly. Peter Obi seems to be a content creator critic rather than a solution provider or senior citizen trying to foster peace, development and progress in Nigeria. He is sensationalizing challenges in the society that government seems to be engaging with strategies and efforts to solve. Peter Obi can wait till he becomes president of Nigeria so he call solve the problems. Being critical of the government is normal but we should criticize constructively with the agenda to prefer solutions, development, space and progress. Not to destroy, instigate rebellion, chaos and division. |

Would you like to reveal in all honesty, how much you're paid to script this. I guess you must be a Nigerian, but most probably not living within the shores of Nigeria. Otherwise, whatever you were paid, truth remains immortal. And that's what Mr Peter Obi just said. Someone whose house is on fire, does not chase rats. No amount of pretence would make Nigeria a better place. It is hard and conscientious work by those in leadership positions that will make Nigeria work for all. If you like, call Interpol to go after Peter Obi, truth must be told. Leaders lead to impact the lives, the well-being of the greatest number of persons. That's simple Utilitarianism. That you're part of those at the table doesn't mean everyone is there. Even if you're not there, whatever has become of HUMAN CONSCIENCE beats my imagination, and is yet to be determined. Stop instigating violence and hanging it on Peter Obi. Be human! emkz: |

philos:You accused me of being paid. On the basis of that false premise, you wrote something and expected me to defend myself. Let me be clear. If you are paid to hold opinions or support politicians, I am not paid to do so. I am too big for that. Many of you assuming those supporting Tinubu or against Peter Obi are financially induced to do so. I won't come here and reel my professional life because you are not worth getting that information. When many of you cannot counter what we say, you lie that we are paid. I am not paid, I pay others. Please, never put Obi and truth in one breath ever again. Since you have insinuated I am paid, I will block you. After three weeks, I will block you again. |

bong4:Nigerian hospitals happened to me. They did a surgery that usually costs $7,500 in the US for free. I was on admission in one of our teaching hospitals. Let me commend our hardworking doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals for the hardworking they are doing. You may not be appreciated because you are not in the limelight, but those of us you have cared for appreciate you. Nigeria happened to me in education. Nigeria gave me a solid education free of charge. Nigeria also gave our doctors high quality and inexpensive training that they are breaking barriers elsewhere. Nigeria happened to me in the type of job that allowed me to travel to several states, enjoy our rich culture, hospitality and cuisine. Nigeria happened to me in opportunities. Nigeria happened to me in family and community. I am always grateful for the food shared during religious festivities. I am grateful for the way every parent is a parent to every one's child. You curse Nigeria. You say "May Nigeria happen to you" as if it is a curse. You were fashioned from Nigerian soil. Nigeria already happened to you. You curse Nigeria, you speak evil on your land. Why do you expect to profit from the land? Do you know land has ears? Continue to curse your land and wonder why you are suffering. My prayer is for some of you to spend three months outside Nigeria to appreciate what God has given you. You can hate leaders, but hating your country? Finally, can you swear on what is dearest to you that Tinubu is globetrotting for medical tourism? |
