Things will crumble and get dilapidated and desolate around a Nigerian and he would be looking at it and do nothing about it and blame the government for lack of maintenance. The government would build something for him and then he would watch that thing crumble without lifting a finger. Many things built for this Nigerian man to have a good life have crumbled into dust but the man would be crying that the government does not maintain it. The government would build a road for this man and if say the road develops one single pothole that can be easily fixed with say 10 thousand naira, the man will buy 5 billion naira Lamborghini and be ignoring the 10 thousand naira pothole. The man does not believe in maintaining anything with his own money. He is like a child and he believes the government is his daddy . Everything around him crumbles and he refuses to lift a finger or spend some of his own money to fix it. If you ask him why he does not use his own money to fix it his fellow demonic citizens will be shouting, you cannot tell a man how to spend his money, it is not his job to repair the streetlight on his street, it's the government job. Stop telling a man how to spend his money. Al these demons don't believe in using their own money to build up their surroundings. So everywhere crumbles around them. Then they shout that the country has bad maintenance culture but refuse to look in the mirror. Burna and davido and whizzkid buy billions of naira in cars but have never built structures or infrastructures to empower other people. If you call them out, the peon demons who worship them will be shouting , is it your money ? Why tell a man how to spend his own money ? And so our environment continues to crumble and no one lifts a finger. We are practically living in our own filth now . Welcome to Nigeria home of the self obsessed entitled narcissistic demons

lol . I might have exaggerated my frustration there a bit and I wasn't too enlightened then. Looking at the State of things now everyone in politics is fighting for the same thing their personal interests. There's no rigid party system sef anyone can move from one to another to achieve their goal. Tinubu understands this and was able to exploit it with his Strategies. I don't see anyone but him winning the next election but him unless the nation splits. And by the Way there's nothing like being in one's Country. I'm not a fan of moving about I prefer staying in my own root Origin cause I know that nothing can shift me from it, but with the way things are Moving away is inevitable unless an Awakening happens. You should direct this message to the public office holders that loot funds meant for maintenance of public spaces and infrastructures.
It seems you don't know the money being looted can be used to provide help to the less privileged. Government is not all about road construction.
Leave the common man alone. Those driving expensive cars, do you know how much they spend on security?
