Lagos Police Recovers 100 Stolen Exotic Vehicles Worth Over ₦2b by eherbal(op): 9:30pm On Jul 03, 2025

The security architecture put in place by the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State Command, CP Jimoh Moshood, is yielding results following the recovery of over 100 stolen assorted exotic vehicles worth over N2b during coordinated sting operations across the State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports as was disclosed by the Police boss during a press briefing at the Command’s headquarters in Ikeja.

The CP explained that 30 of the vehicles mainly SUVs, were parked at Lagos State Command and 70 were parked at the Ikorodu area of the State due to lack of space at the Command.

He also commended the efforts of the the Police officers and members of the public for their collaboration with the Police in Lagos State which is yielding results from successful operations in the State.

There is no way 100 exotic vehicles would sum up to just N2billion, Nigerians just throw words around anyhow that they don't even know the meaning of. Is it that Camry? Abi that Sienna that's the "exotic" vehicle?

Nigerian police must build trust with the citizens who they are paid to protect, not trying to use their police powers on them. Citizens too must learn how to stand for their right and sue corrupt officers, also report them. Police work is to fight crime and prevent crime, period.
