It worries me too. PBAT needs to rein in Wike's excesses cos he is moving mad like a dictator right under his nose. The president is even encouraging his antics by commending him and advising him to ignore his critics.

In hindsight, PBAT made a grave mistake making Wike a Territorial minister. A better fit for Wike would have been a portfolio with little relevance.

Tinubu might probably keep him as Minister until 2027 to deliver Rivers and Abuja, but after that I hope he can discard him or reshuffle his cabinet and post him to another ministry in which he'll be less in our faces and have less nuisance value.

I mean Wike is supposed to be a federal minister and his conduct portrays that of a typical Nigerian

All of them are suddenly wondering and asking how a govt can make Wike minister when the same Wike was a Minister and governor under their favorite president and party that they didnt complain about

Its the hypocrisy when the man they complaining about was their hero just a few years ago

I think we need to spend time to understand the type of government we are running on this country cos many people do not and assume the FG controls everyone

If Obi or Aregbe or Elrufai refuse to pay salary and workers under them go on strike they expect FG to be held responsible

Maybe we shield abolish every other level of govt and everything goes to FG
