You are the one that asked a question, that started all these argument .
U haven't given any superior opinion to mine.
U have also not debunked my stand.
I am not offended.
And I am open to learning if I hear truth.
Lol
I pointed out how disorganized your argument was.
It is not efficient.
Only a very low intelligence God will depend on reincarnation.
But then you refused to learn.
Clearly you are stuck in your ways and not open to learning as you say.
Reincarnation is a waste of time and experience. This method makes past experiences irrelevant.
If the reincarnated being has no attachment or remembrance of the things he learnt in past life, each past life becomes a waste.
Again, to save us from the stupidity of reincarnation, just make the truth available for everyone at their first trial of life.
Your entire system is a waste of time. Only a low intelligence being would choose that route.

Okay, let's agree reincarnation is a waste of time and doesn't exist.
So what will happen to all the people that died without coming to the knowledge of Christ. Especially the people that died in this current dispensation after Jesus Died (AD)?
I want to learn

I am the one that's supposed to ask u to do that since u are the one that said reincarnation is nat plausible and it's only low IQ beings that believe in it.
But because I really want answers and for us to learn and not up for aimless, foolish arguments, I now said, okay tell us d alternative to salvation for people that died without Christ after His death, u are now asking me to list why reincarnation is a waste of time.

Can u now see why I said u are just fooling around with vein and aimless rhetoric that leads nowhere and it's best not to engage u because your reality is an illusion. When u wake up we can have a conversation. For now Cheers.

You are confusing yourself. You just told me that you agreed with me and I asked you reason for changing your mind.

But honestly, the person that came up with this reincarnation theory was quite reckless and did not think it through.

Imagine humans going round in circles with no expected end. Learning nothing, gaining nothing, just going round in circles and somehow hoping to find the truth.

The genesis of the argument can still be seen in the first post of the thread. Which u have clearly veered-off from.
And now I get where u want to switch this argument to. Whether Jesus Christ is God?
Read the whole of John 1
John 10v30
John 8v53

John 10:30 - “I and the father are one”.
John 14:9 - “Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?“
John 8:58 - ”Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” (I AM was the Jewish name for God, which is why the Jews picked up stones to kill him for blasphemy, as he escaped)
John 1:1 - ”In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.“

Bible accounts shows him making numerous statements and performing actions that shows his divine nature.
- He forgave Sins
- He accepted worship
- He equated himself to God

Like I said earlier, u don't need to be spoon fed verbatim. Just read and use your head.
Or u ask Jesus to reveal himself to u. If u are honest and truly want an answer, u will have an encounter with Him.
John 3v16 says "for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son...."
The Son of a goat is a goat, the son of a human is a human, the Son of a God is a God.

There are several other places in the scriptures which points out that Jesus is God.
The problem is people still want to argue against facts. Now let's even assume none of those counts, and that they are mere words. But for someone to die and resurrect on his own is definitely out of this world. Nobody genuine and true should still be wondering or asking if Jesus is God or not.
You're the one veering off!

I am not asking you where Jesus is God! What I simply asked is the beliefs of those Jesus healed and preached to versus your beliefs nowadays!

It's the same and improved, because the Holy Spirit came and gave us an better understanding of who Christ was through revelation and word of knowledge.

Don't mind antichristian, one of his favorite fallacy is the "exact word fallacy"!

Also, why are you so convinced about "reincarnation theory"? 🤔

Using Occam's razor I can conclude that this reincarnation theory is an "elegant" explanation that is not needed! I prefer to stick to the simplest explanation: "God will be the judge of that" —'cause he will know what to do but if "Christ's standard" was used all those before will not make heaven.Still, simple wisdom suggests that "relationship with God" will be the saving criteria or simply put does God know them!

It's like asking how did man move about when there were no planes or high tech transportation! Of course, there's a yardstick for that! Even in the bible we had different covenants: Noah's, Abraham's, Moses' (law) and Jesus(Grace). All these ordained for a disposition but the eternal and ideal way is Jesus! Other ways are arduous and difficult in light of Jesus' revelation!

All in all, I stand by what my simple wisdom can arrive on. Their relationship with God will save them! Which is also subject to diverse variables from birthplace, contemporary culture, geographical location, history, trade etc

I like to reason those in that era as living under probability because there is no assurance as to what yardstick God will use! Hence there's no certainty, the onus is completely on God! Whereas those that are of Christ have certainty!

If you are in Christ your place is secure but if not found in Christ, it's subject to probability entirely dependent on the "mercy" of God

You have a point.
For those who died before Christ, God may use conscience , works or relationship with him to Judge.
But for those who died after Christ came to die and establish his covenant, its going to be diecy for God to accept men into heaven without them confessing Jesus and accepting Him as savior while demanding same from some other people.
Scripture is clear about how to enter into the Kingdom of God, so He will not be consistent with His words if He allows another way into heaven outside of Jesus.
That's d reason I strongly believe those souls who left without hearing about Christ will be given another shot until they hear. Remember Jesus will not return until everyone on earth has the opportunity to hear about Him.

It shows u are only reading to respond and argue. Not to hear and learn.
Your mind is closed and ur mentality is fixed to the incorrect knowledge u have.
Now you are Lying. The church was already in Udi

The first church in Udi is St. John's Church in Obinagu, established in 1920. Additionally, Peter's Anglican Church Agbalaenyi was established in 1954.

1954 is not 20years back, so you Lie!

For no fault of theirs, our ancestors did not hear about Christ or Christianity would they be punished for that or would they be given a second chance?

It is written
Timothy 2.3-4
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Also
Romans 10:14
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

No one preached to our ancestors so is it the will of God that they also be saved and come to a knowledge of Him?
I like Romans 2:14,15 regarding their case

14 (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. 15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.) 16 This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.

I am surprised that with your usual closed mind on Christian issues you are capable of asking a sensible question. Kudos.

This question alone is sufficient to let the discerning know that the whole idea that one must know Jesus of Nazareth before being "saved" is bunkum.

But wait o, what of the verse where Jesus said he was only sent to the lost sheep of isreal. If he was sent to a particular tribe of people as he claimed repeatedly, why after his death people begin to preach his gospel to non isrealite? Please enlighten me.

tctrills:
So, you don't have any record to show that Jesus Christ did not preach to those he healed. On the contrary we have evidence of those he healed becoming his followers
Do you remember Mary Magdalene? She was one of the people he healed. Please show where it is stated that He never preached to those he healed or are you just assuming?

Being a GOOD PERSON is what will take you to heaven and NOT Christianity, islam, Judaism, hinduism etc. RELIGION was created by humans based on their PERSONAL AND CULTURAL BELIEFS.

God is good and has given us several means to access him.

You have been deceived into believing that the story of another person's ancestor is the word of God
Your ancestors are fine and full of pity for you

This so called Word of God was packaged by men like you and your ancestors

God never came down and told anybody these ridiculous stories you are passing off as Word of God. You are entitled to believe what ever you want but leave our ancestors out of it

Your Bible story is a fabrication
Your Quran story another fabrication

Our ancestors are fine

If you are thinking clearly the question you should ask is
Why did this your Middle Eastern God not bring word to black Africans for thousands of years?
That should tell you that Jehovah and Allah are not for black Africans

Whoever wrote your bible was IGNORANT ABOUT THE GEOGRAPHY AND PEOPLES OF THE EARTH BELIEVING THAT THE AREA AOUND THE MIDDLE EAST WAS THE WHOLE WORLD
As long as you leave our ancestors alone I will leave you alone to believe whatever fiction you like

JHonestly I pity you and Muslims

Imagine praying 5 times a day for 40 years

5 x 365 X40=73000

73000 prayers all the fasting ,money wasted going to Mecca and on gold teeth
Only to discover IT WAS ALL A LIE

Imagine Christians all the Tithes, Chai. The Offerings fasting casting and binding
Roboscroborababababa noise making prayers only to discover it was all a lie

After all that investment it is difficult to pull back so late in the day and admit to your self
1. you have been deceived
2. You are deceiving yourself

So I sorry for both of you

1.People are very capable of living a very good life on this earth without any religion WHATSOEVER that is very evident all around us

2. Nobody has ever returned from the dead to tell us any credible story about the fiction called heaven or hell

They are childish lies for lazy minds

The funniest part. None of the so called Christians practise the teaching of Jesus to
Love Your neighbour as you love yourself or
Judge not that you be not judged

Christians in Nigeria are very judgmental, and wicked people full of hate and hypocrisy

tctrills:
Could you please explain better.
I just read Romans 2, and it does not address the topic in any way. In fact, below is a summary of Romans 2. Please let me know if I omitted anything.

Well, the book of Romans, chapter 2, is basically saying that God is the ultimate fair judge. It's telling everyone, no matter who they are or where they come from, that God judges them on what they do, not just on what they say or what group they belong to. So, if you know what's right but you don't do it, that's not good. And if you don't even know the rules but you still do bad things, that's not good either.

Romans 2:14-15
For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves.
Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another

God is super patient and kind, hoping people will change their ways. But if someone just keeps being stubborn and doing wrong, they're heading for trouble when God eventually judges everyone. The chapter explains that God gives eternal life to those who live good lives, trying to do what's right and seek Him. But for those who are disobedient and do bad things, they'll face His anger.

It also talks about how the Jews had a special rulebook (the Law), but others didn't. The important thing is that even if you don't have a written rulebook, your conscience often tells you what's right and wrong. So, everyone is accountable. The big takeaway is that God cares more about what's in your heart and how you act than about any outward traditions or labels.

strongly believed? By whom? 👀 You?
Reincarnation is flawed as it doesn't pass some certain criteria! As regards those before the Lord's work, God will judge the sum total of their works but there's no assurance they will make it without the Lord showing Mercy ! Hence their salvation is on a knife-edge as it is only the Lord's prerogative that can save them 😁.
What criteria does death and waiting for judgement meet? What is the criteria for even a belief in the afterlife?. All these are man made constructs. Believe what you will and try to live a moral life. The dead are dead. Why worry about them?

The kingdom of heaven is not quota based or requiring multitude to complete and fill up the place. Did Noah talk to every single human? Did they survive the flood because of their ignorance? Is it your fault that you are African or Nigerian or a particular gender or genotype? Does that stop you from living through whatever? Life is more than merit or 'fairness' oh OP. If it makes you sleep better sha, use Romans 2:14-15 for consolation.

There is no excuse, humans inherently have a conscience, It tells them they are wrong when they do bad. Yet they choose to serve demons, yet they do what they do.

They choose human sacrifices yet they know it is wrong, they do not seek the true God. God will still reach everyone who has not heard. And they have to decide, if they will seek the true God or they will continue with their ways.

This is why we should be thankful for the preachers, the missionaries, and this is why we speak the gospel so it can sink in, and we can all choose wisely.

Ignorant talk, our ancestors always talked and knew about the supreme, our ancestors prayed for good crop yields, and peace, for offsprings etc. you religious people always think God is for your religion only, this is very ignorant. Before your religion came to being or came to take hold in Nigeria, people have been praying to a supreme being. Your religion deceived and indoctrinated you to think your religion is the only way to God. It's bigger and complex than you know.
