Some companies bid times three amount of what the "winners" presented. And just like you believed it should be, sell govt assets to your friends at ridiculous underpriced value instead of selling it to your "enemies" at real value. You are part of what is wrong with this country

You need to go check yourself, a company cannot outbid and be removed except they didn't meet requirement to fulfill the bid in the first place.
