You're supposed to be able to only sign in with Microsoft account so any email address you're trying that is not associated with a Microsoft account will not work.

There's a way you can bypass it. Read this guide to learn how to do it

Return it ASAP, that laptop have windows autopilot.
Even if you bypass it won't work.

Return ASAP.
I can remove it for you though for a fee but I'll advise you tell the seller and return it.

I need an engineer to help fix pc charging port issues. I've been looking for one guy on NL that used to post motherboard issues and repairs with pictures attached but couldn't find his moniker. He always post laptop power issues and photos of the panel IC that is faulty with multimeter . Pls kindly post his moniker if you know him

I have checked my SSD health and everything clicks fine, my ram is 16GB and was tested (briefly) on another system which also worked fine.

Thanks for your help and suggestions in advance

Change the ssd and reload the system to confirm if its not ssd issue.

Sometimes it takes me to a screen asking me to repair, reboot. I don’t want to select what I don’t know. Most of the time it’s stuck here what do you think could be the issue
