Nothing poetic about Mbappe scoring against PSG, his former club.

PSG has shown they’re better without him. PSG has become the best team in the world immediately after Mbappe left.

Let's be real here. All club need money and lots of it, to stay relevant. Yes Real Madrid may not be funded by Arabian oil money, however the club is getting more than its fair share of funding from the Spanish government.

By ensuring that Real Madrid fans and its former directors man important decision making bodies in Madrid and Spain, this is the biggest funding any club can ever get. These people make decisions that make your club have things easy in Spain in terms of navigating the rules and being financially buoyant, including tax laws (eg Beckham's law and the once they proposed for Mbappe), land and property laws which suit foreign players Real Madrid sign. They man all the important sport administration bodies, making things exceedingly easy for your club with lobbying and unfair insider support.

Also, the support comes in the guise of constantly making efforts to weaken its main rival and competitor. Javier Tebas sees to this because Barcelona is the antithesis of Real Madrid.

So when you point accusing fingers on clubs like Newcastle, Man City and PSG, don't forget to point it to yourself too because while Arabian states are funding those ones, Spanish government following the steps of General Franco of the regime, is funding Real Madrid.

I was just thinking that we needed two strikers to better our scoring chances (I noticed Vini plays too much like a winger even in a 2 forwards game).

PSG will dominate with 60%-70% possession. Mbape and Vini will be doing the scoring. I've seen this script before with Don Carlo. Don't know about Xabi. I think we just have to watch and see
