Is This The Best Way Peter Obi Can Get 8 Years As President? by Nefort(op): 2:35pm On Jul 07, 2025
I really want Peter Obi to lead this country because I believe he is the best man for the job. I actually want him to lead for 8 straight years as long as he is putting things in order. 4 years may not be enough to make a sold impact if his plans are good enough and he is on the right track. If Peter Obi should win the next election he is likely going to lead comfortably for only 4 years. If it exceeds 4 years I don't trust the northern politicians to comport themselves. They will be willing to start raining fire and brimstone and cause chaos because they desperately hunger for power.

I think the best way Peter Obi can be president for 8 comfortable straight years is to avoid contesting in the next presidential election and allow Atiku to get enough votes from the north and south to win it. I am predicting that Atiku has nothing to offer and he is going to be another disaster like Tinubu. After Atiku has further messed up the country for 4 years his popularity in the north will die out and northerners will no longer be so desperate for power after getting 4 years. In 2031 there will no longer be any opposition figure bigger than Peter Obi. Southerners will be solidly behind Peter Obi and northerners will have to choice than to offer their support after experiencing all the Atiku disaster.

If Peter Obi can win the coalition's primary then it could be manageable to do 4 years, but if he doesn't get the coalition's ticket then he should avoid contesting against Tinubu and Atiku and just allow Atiku to win it.

What do you guys think?

It's the turn of the South.

If Peter obi doesn't run then let another southerner run.

If not, it's ebilokan till 2031, I myself will vote APC (albeit grudgingly) if that time ever comes wink

I believe Nigerians can afford to sacrifice another 4 years after 2027 so the south tilumbu administration can finally show their complete hands at governance. If peradventure these ebilokan's biting reforms do not near fruit within that time, Nigerians (especially the north) will have added some knowledge concerning the relationship between politics and governance itself enough to distinguish such duties the polling season in 2031.

The northerners (if wiser) would vote for a competent president from their zone, the South East especially will support them (it's not new) the South South should too . . . but I'm certain that because of the way the South west played their own politics during this 2023 - 2031, they and the northerners would be real enemies by then politically grin from the way I envision the Nigerian political environment by then hehehe 😂 🤣 it will indeed be a season to behold.

It's the turn of the South, Atiku came before and divided votes okay 👍 does Atiku want to come again and divide votes? 🤔

Or is this a smokescreen for something else to remain hidden wink
