If our local financial institutions are willing to participate why go overseas to source for money? Why cant they participate in fixing existing roads in need of repairs particularly in the southern part of the country. The East west road down to Calabar is in need of repairs, some roads in the western parts need repairs, then there are areas in Kogi, Kwara, Edo, Delta that need repairs. Most interstate roads down south are in shambles. Why cant he address this? All the millions borrowed nothing concrete has been done, useless roads are being commissioned in Abuja and Lagos that vehicles dont use. |

Putindbutt:Bhari is not a yahoo Man like Tinubu. All the Roads you are enjoying today were constructed by Buhari. Lagos Ibadan express way, Major parts of East rest road, over 95% of Abuja-Kaduna-Kano express way. 2nd Niger bridge, Onitsha -Enugu express way. Onitsha -Owerri Road, Aba-PH Road. Upgrade of Nnamdi Azikiwe airport and Murtala Mohammed Airport. These are just few from what Buhari has achieved. Oya mention 10 physical projects Tinubu execute in this Country |

Typing:Apart from the 2nd Niger bridge, all others roads were uncompleted before leaving office despite over-borrowing and putting Nigeria in worst debts ever. Those roads are currently being renegotiated and constructions ongoing. Buhari and Aneachi are scammers. For the Airports, go and check MMIA upgrade right now under Kenyamo and compare to stinking toilets under the AirNigeria scammer, Hadi Sirika. Tinubu upgraded Borno airport, Niger airport into international standards in two years. If not for party's sake Buhari and his ministers would have been locked up for life in jail. |

Those are valid concerns. Nigeria is filled with abandoned or duplicated projects. On paper, a project like the Lagos-Calabar highway could boost trade and attract investors — but the big issue is trust and implementation. Most citizens fear it’s just another excuse to inflate contracts and embezzle public funds. Until we start seeing transparency and accountability, many will remain sceptical — and I don’t blame them. |
