They don't soak garri or eat carbs, after smoking weed.

They eat healthy food.

How old are they?And how is their heart health and aerobic fitness? There are many people with chronic diseases that are alive.

There is nothing like a predestined death.You are most likely to die prematurely if you eat unhealthy food and don't exercise.That is why fat or overweight people have a low healthspan and lifespan.Nigerians for example is a country where humans live the least,are we saying that this is predestined?No.Lifestyle changes is crucial if we must live longer.

That is a normal age.May be in Nigeria with life expectancy of 54.75 years isn't exceptional in most western countries.
