Meat is an important nutrient.Couples however must talk about a better nutrition to cook in the house.Nigerian married couples are generally fat or overweight which means most are feeding themselves garbage/poison as food.When you find your husband/wife with fat belly,it means she is not feeding the right food.Also, many sit too much than walk/jog.Market women sit all day long in the market.Men sit in the office or in the shops.Others sit in their cars hence the slump and die we witness every day in our country.

I used to think it was only me the smell of sardine that made me want to vomit — until I came across this comment 😂. Now I’m seeing my long distance family 😩.

My wife tried. I still stayed true to my non-eating of non-Yoruba soups. You married me for me, not for my ability to comply to eating your tribal soup.

She no dey pound yam. Ba wahala, I get restaurant wey I dey order am. She no dey make amala, no wahala, I go chop am for house when I go visit my mama. But that your tribal food, Goliath go kill David first before I go chop am.

She wanted me to like crayfish! Indeed! I had better not see cray not to talkless of fish in my food. She started grinding it make I no see am.

We are both pepper lovers so we are good on that. Oil? She no dey put oil for food. I go to the pot, scoop mine out and remix mine with oil.

She also tried to stop my eating while lying down on my stomach. Well, I don't do that in front of her any longer. I do it behind her. Food simply tastes better when you eat while lying on your stomach.
