A video clip from the recent BRICS meeting has drawn widespread attention on social media following the action of a man sitting behind President Bola Tinubu as he gave his speech.

In the footage, which has since circulated widely online, the unidentified man appeared visibly disengaged. His body language conveyed a sense of indifference; at one point, he picked up his mobile phone and began fiddling with it, later removing his headset altogether while the speech was still ongoing.

That says how useless he is to BRICS. Obviously he has been most destructive to Nigeria.

No country can function with a very weak institutions. The power of every sane country lies in the strength of her institutions not in their presidents. If you can understand this then Nigeria can be like Dubai and have under ground city like New York in a fast rate.
