Not true about it being a poor tribe or a place far from the state capital - it is just a matter of custom. But for the cat fish and clothing materials requested, I would have said, it is Esan tribe in Edo State. Remove the Catfish, bag of rice and wrapper and then, add Palmwine and 25 naira cash - that is the dowry/bride price in Esan tribe of Edo State
