There is separation of powers between the judiciary and legislature. The judge was only advicing the Senate to look into it's standing rules.
The lawyer ought to have filed an appeal and maintaining the status quo of the suspension.

Our judiciary is evil because they always fail to give a clean and clear judgement on maters that they know it will confuse people but they didn't fail in awarding a clear fine of 5 million that money expect will be well understood.

This is what one was trying to highlight when news broke out that the court has "ordered" the Senate to recall her from suspension.


What a blatant distortion of fact!


So, when Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan boasted about her intention to resume duties at the Senate, it was evident that she was on a wild goose chase.


It's either she intends to interpret the judgement as her fancy dictates or she just wanted to engage in sheer brinkmanship.


Again, while on her ego trip to nowhere, she refused to tell her gullible followers whether she has duly and fully fulfilled all the prerequisites for her reengagement into the red chamber.
