First Hebrew is Adams language as we can see the lineage of Adam to Abraham

Yes Abraham is from Iraq and Iraq had multiple languages you can't pin point one and say this is the only one Abraham knows or speak

So Abraham must have grown up with Hebrew tongue from mom or dad side and passed it to Isaac his promised child which passed it to Jacob (Israel) the choosen one

Don't be jealous that Arabic was not included in the scheme of things back then
