The definition of beauty changes. People are becoming very sensitive to their appearance. Because lets be honest, sometimes appearances gives unfair advantages. Social media has contributed, with lots of selfies and always trying to find the perfect look, its not surprising it can drive people to try body modification. And its like an investment, some people want to get something for their investment. Maybe she just want to like her appearance.

Some people have gotten huge returns from alterations, i speculate some celebrities enhance their backside to gain more attention from fans, which will sell products.
