How are they fake, though? The face is made of skin and bones, same as yours, and won't fall off when she bends over or moves.

As plain as she's in the before photo ... she's more beautiful than in the enhanced after shot. Let's hope she can afford the maintenance...or that nose will be drifting . let's also hope she stays clear from arguments or disagreements that can lead to a nose shifting hot slap.

She was beautiful before. She has now acquired a new dysphoric psychological illness with this operation. I wont be surprised if she goes for several more down the line to keep trying to achieve distorted perfection down the line.
