i mistakenly send money to someones opay, i need a court order I typed 3 instead of 7 and mistakenly send 38k to someone else, I contacted her and she straight u blocked me.
i used another number and asked her to take 10k and send the balance and she said she doesn't use opay account.
i called my bank and they said the cash was successful.
i am so pissed at her behaviour and as it stand, I am ready to get a court order to freeze her account.
is it possible for someone to get it on my behalf?
my work schedule doesn't allow me do that myself.
if anyone has had this issue before, let me know how you settled it.

Get a court affidavit to the effect, use the affidavit to get a police extract. take a copy of both document to the bank you use in transferring the money and to Opay agent.
You can either go in person or send an email detailing your experience to your bank and Opay, attach the affidavit and police extract to the mail. copy cbn through with this email address cpd@cbn.gov.ng
They will take it from there,

I tried a new line i registered under my name then and my info popped up on opay. Well i believe they have since ratified it. But it happened around 2023.

If everybody start to dey forget am, banks go dey declare trillion naira profits and citizen go dey groan.
Affidavit na N1500.00
Police eextract na N2000.00 or less
Sending a mail can be done with his phone. Even if he spend more than the N3500.00, he will still have more than thirty thousand naira.
