I see it now that you're not arguing in good faith, you're just looking for a false equivalence to excuse tribal bigotry.

You keep shouting “your state, your state,” as if Nigeria runs on tribal reciprocity. Let me explain this slowly for you: rights are not conditional. I don’t have to prove how Enugu or Sokoto treats non-indigenes before an ibibio man can contest freely in Lagos. That's not how citizenship works.

This is not a barter system “you allow me in your state, I allow you in mine.” This is a constitutional democracy. If you don’t understand the difference, then maybe it’s not politics you need, it’s civic education.

Now let me address your "point": you're obsessed with governors and senators, as if inclusion is only about the top 3 seats in a state. The real question is: has my state banned, bullied, or burned down ballot boxes because someone from another tribe ran for office? Has any traditional ruler in my state threatened anyone for not voting a “son of the soil”? Have we shouted “go back to your village” when a Yoruba or Hausa man opens a shop or gets appointed?

If you have zero examples of that, then don’t compare. Because Lagos, the so-called “centre of excellence” has had ALL of that. And you’re here defending it.

You're not asking for balance. You're asking for the right to oppress freely until someone else becomes your oppressor back.

And let me hit you with this last truth: Lagos isn’t "doing us a favor" by respecting the constitution. Lagos doesn’t “give rights”, the constitution guarantees them. If your idea of fairness is “others are tribal, so let Lagos be tribal too,” then you’re not fighting for justice, you’re fighting for equal opportunity to discriminate.

So here's your answer: I don’t need to show you a tribal scoreboard. I stand on principle, not paranoia. And if that's too hard for you to digest, maybe it’s time you stop talking about leadership because tribalists like you can’t lead a modern Nigeria. You’ll only drag it backward.
Show us this principle you stand on in your home state na

Abi you havent had Governors and Senators since 1999?

Show us example from your state let other states learn from you

The post I quoted was a full sermon dedicated to Obi from your obsessed self. No one you mentioned got such an exclusive treatment. They were all mumbled together in a post, Obi got a special segment with screenshot attached grin

So don’t act surprised when people notice the one name that clearly lives in your head on a long term lease. If I have a detector, you sef clearly have an alarm system that is set to trigger the moment Obi’s name crosses your mind.
I need the tool you use to detect Obis name in posts, Its very useful

made over 30posts and you managed to single one where Obi was mentioned

You should be the leader of Obi defence force. ODF. or Mossad with the way you jumped out to defend any mention of his name

You see your problem? You confuse culture with governance, and monarchy with democracy. Yes, the Oba’s crown is by birth , nobody's dragging that. But Lagos State is not the Oba’s personal kingdom. It's part of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, not a royal estate for tribal sentiment.

You listed a few token appointees like Igbokwe as your defense, that’s cute. Igbokwe? The one they wheel out to insult his own people just to prove loyalty? You're mistaking symbolic decoration for true inclusion. Someone selected, not freely elected by a people embracing diversity. Don’t confuse crumbs with equality.

Now back to your obsession with "respecting your host." You think Nigerians from other tribes are foreigners in Lagos? That’s the root of your warped thinking. You call fellow citizens guests on their own soil. What next? Should a Benue man need a visa to enter Lekki?

You proudly say “I want what Americans want”, but here’s the twist: what Americans want is diversity, equal opportunity, and a system where even the son of an immigrant can become vice president. That’s what you benefit from while typing all this tribal gatekeeping from their country. You enjoy the fruits of inclusion abroad while planting seeds of exclusion at home.

You're asking me to “go to my village and invite Fulanis to rule.” See how you're wired? Leadership isn’t about ethnicity, it should be about competence and choice.

And let me be clear: nobody becomes “liberal” because it's not their land. What we become is principled. We want a nation where all Nigerians, not just the ones that speak your dialect, have equal rights. If you can’t process that, then it’s not me that’s doing choo choo, you have derailed completely.
Lagos belongs to all Nigerians. You can’t cherry-pick nationalism abroad and practice apartheid at home.
Sigh.. So you are smart like this and you have given yourself to supporting atiku.. Whyyy? 😁

Alhaji Aliko Dangote has composed a letter expressing his gratitude to President Tinubu.

He wrote: “Your Excellency, I would like to express my deep appreciation to you for your visionary leadership and farsightedness on the Bar Beach Land Reclamation project in Victoria Island, Lagos State. Through this project, begun a process which has transformed a coast line that was once prone to incessant floods, to an emerging new district, with a defining skyline and a receptacle for direct investment and socioeconomic growth ever since its conception in 2008.

“Asiwaju of Africa, your foresightedness is even more visible in view of the tragic incident in Kerr County, Texas, USA where over 100 lives have sadly been lost to flash flooding. In the case of the Eko Atlantic City project spawned by you, a modern city spanning 1,000 hectares, protected by an 8.5-kilometre-long sea wall, protecting Victoria Island from coastal erosion and giving birth to a dwelling constructed from new land created through sand dredging from the Atlantic Ocean.

“Your Excellency, this success story, which is now being used for residential, business, and recreational purposes, is amongst your many legacies, and those of us who live in Victoria Island are much better off for it. I applaud your exemplary intervention in ending the era of ocean surge and in continuous tackling the issue of perennial flooding affecting areas such as Ahmadu Bello Way, Akin Adesola Street, Bishop Oluwole Street, Amodu Ojikutu Street, Adetokunbo Ademola Street and Karimu Kotun Street, among others.

“Mr. President you added another feat by kickstarting the Lagos - Calabar coastal highway and the Sokoto - Badagry superhighway- significantly enriching the country's stock of infrastructure while improving the national road network linking Nigeria's six geo-political zones. The latter of the two, being a resurrection of a 48 year old project and both being handled by a first rate construction and civil engineering firm in Hitech Construction Company Limited.

“Indeed, Your Excellency, your inspired move recalls a similar methodology in a land reclamation process in Zeeland, Netherlands, where submerged land was transformed into usable, dry land, primarily for agriculture and settlement. This practice, which was applied to combat flooding, is a testament to the Dutch ingenuity and perseverance in managing water resources and creating a habitable landscape in a challenging environment. The same ethos resonates in the Bar Beach project, for which I salute you!
For all of us at Dangote Industries Limited, as we commiserate with the families of those who died in the Texas flooding incident, we are also grateful for your compassionate and visionary leadership, which has provided huge, consistent support for our businesses and enabled a more prosperous nation for the collective good.

“Our dear nation has also suffered significant losses in lives and property due to rising sea levels and incidents of flash flooding. In honor of your vision, the Aliko Dangote Foundation will soon be announcing plans of contributing to a Climate Fund that will target those vulnerable parts of our country which are susceptible to this natural disaster.

“Your Excellency, I pray that the Almighty Allah (S. W.T.) would continue to increase your wisdom, burnish your vision and inspire you to greater heights of success for the benefit of all Nigerians. Thank you very much, Asiwaju!”

LMAO. You think hiding behind “states” makes it less tribal? Yayi is from Ogun, same region, same language, same cultural bloc. That’s not inclusion, it’s in-house selection.

Let’s not play dumb. We all know that when the name changes from Ade to Ifeanyi, the energy shifts.
If it was Ifeanyi from Enugu or Musa from Kano trying to contest in Lagos, you wouldn’t be quoting federal character, you’d be crying “go back to your state.”

Call it “state” all you want ,the tribal bias is loud.
So no, I’m not the one seeing things in tribal colours. You’re just trying to rebrand tribalism as “structure.”
