Omo Russo is back on track
I overrated those oranje ladies, they will eventually lose out
Told you mediema is done
It's not about Miedema is done, they played conservatively priming for counter attack reasons they didn't start De donk going with Grants ( a faster and younger player) which backfires... Example is England first game where their midfield collapsed Russo was also horrible in that match due primarily to lack of supply and even gave the ball away for the second goal England conceded...

Miedema was even UEFA player of the match v Wales... the approach let them down today

50M for Madueke! O Lord!! What the hell is this!!

Chelsea even refused and it looks like we are going to improve the offer!

For freaking Madueke! This has to be the joke of the year!

Gyokeres should be done and announced by Friday, I believe. Arsenal’s reps are currently in Portugal wrapping up the transfer.

But I can’t wrap my head around Madueke first, then more than 50M! Worse still for a squad player who isn’t a starter.

Well, let him get any and everything he wants. I can’t wait to read “Owners did not back him”.

True... They both have this telepathic understanding. BTW, It is good to have 3 solid FBs. Myles, White and Timber.
Calafiori doesn't look like a FB to me. He is one player i still can't understand his perfect role in the team.

Timber is too calm for a FB. His height is the reason he is playing at FB. His game is too calm and calculative.

He's a CB by trade even for Holland they don't put him at RB buh Arteta likes and trusts only Goliath ( can't blame him though) for that position look at the targeted Mosquera tooo....

🚨Arsenal announce their third signing of the summer with Christian Norgaard joining from Brentford in a deal worth £10million.

The Danish midfielder will wear the number 16.

Nørgaard on joining Arsenal: “You can get almost emotional because maybe it was a dream that I've given a little bit up on coming towards the later stage in my career,”

“Now, I get to hear the anthem and be a part of a Champions League campaign. It's a childhood dream and something I didn't think would be possible. So it's something I'm really, really happy about.”

Nørgaard on his style of Play: “It's developed a little bit over the years. I started as a more offensive player and now I'm a bit more of a holding midfielder. It's important for me that a team has a good defensive structure and hopefully I can contribute to that.

“Then coming off a season where I've had a lot of goal involvements, it's something I really hope I can take into this season as well.

“I don't know what the gaffer’s plans are with me, but hopefully I can also have some freedom to join the offensive play.”

Honestly I couldn't believe Arsenal will pay more than 30M, about the same amount Chelsea got him.

One day we will find out the secret deal between Arteta and Chelsea management.

Looks to me now that Arsenal will sign 7 players this window: Kepa, Zubi, Noorgard, Gyokeres, Madueke, Eze and Mosquera. And I expect one of Martinelli / Trossard to leave, most likely Trossard. Not sure what will be the fate of Jesus and Zinchenko in this new team.

Not a bad window for real, as the window is addressing most concerns... I just don't like our business of picking up Chelsea rejects.

To your point, this has been one of the best windows under Arteta's tenure, even if we don't get the latter 2 and it has nothing to do with financial backing but having Berta versus Edu. Berta is more holistic in his approach to team building versus Edu who was a Yes man and just spent without looking at what the squad needed.

I hope we can keep Trossard, he was asked to play outside his comfort zone last season and it affected his form and confidence. I believe if he reverts to playing only his original role since we now have the depth, he would perform better.

The Madueke deal robs me off the wrong way, especially for that amount. I don't exactly think he is better than other options already in the squad and for that amount we could get X. Simmons off the top of my head. If we don't get Eberechi Eze and spend this amount on Madueke, it will be even more infuriating to me.

We are putting together a title winning squad. This squad isn't a League Cup/ FA Cup squad, this is a formidable EPL/ UCL squad. I also worry about Nwaneri, I hope he gets game time in Cup games because I believe he is more capable backup to Saka and Odegaard.

He doesn't look like a CB to me... His technique is too complex. He roams a lot and I'm afraid he may leave the defence exposed during one of his roams

Too Many, After Losing Jorginho and Partey? In fact Spurs just add Gibbs-White and Kudus... Not enough for me

🚨 Arsenal Women have agreed a world-record £1m transfer fee with Liverpool for forward Olivia Smith (20), the Guardian understands. Smith is set to become the world’s first women’s player to break the £1m barrier. 🤯🇨🇦

An excellent player, a needle mover, break-neck dribbler wanted by more than 10 clubs in NWSL ( USA), Lyon, PSG, City and Chelsea with varying bids buh the only players I would probably pay that kind of money for is Buhl, Cascarino, Alyssa Thompson or Sofia Smith ( who is pregnant by the way, Shame)

Yes, for Women's games... Life's level by level, if you watch NBA, NFL and their salary too you will be shocked eg. SGA just signed a Super Max Contract where he will be earning like $1.5m per game @ $286m/ 3 years deal and Jokic is even due for bigger cap next year...

All na levels ooo...
