It isn't just a known weakness; it's a pathetic display of a nightmarish vulnerability, one that defies every jot of common sense and logic. Otherwise, how would you explain Iran's reckless show of indifference in its counterintelligence responsiveness, particularly in the wake of sophisticated operations like those perpetrated by Israel, viz the facts you outlined? From the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh to the targeted killing of its generals and scientists to the Mossad sleeper cells freely lobbing of Spike missiles against strategic targets, all from it's own soil, yet, not a single high rank has been identified or concrete actions taken till date. Men, Iran's counterintelligence deficiency is bewildering, to say the least. I swear, the mullahs don tire me. This nonsense will never happen in Russia and China. Some high ranking people are not falling off windows in Russia for nothing. Moscow never forgive betrayal no matter whose horse is gored. Ask Prigozhin. China would exterminate a whole town without blinking an eye if it's certain they were sellouts. Betrayer, to serious nations, is as the sin of witchcraft to medieval religious sects. Threat it with kids gloves and get your teeth knockout in a crushing blow. That's Iran for you. To be fair though, I don't expect much from them either because majority of Iran's counterintelligence vulnerabilities are self-imposed. For example, the damn mullahs prioritize ideological loyalty over official and individual competence within the country's intelligence and security organizations. As a result, there is a lack of skilled personnel and substandard training compared to what you have in other Axis intelligence and security setups like in China and Russia. Like you correctly deduced, Instead of coming up with state-of-the-art counterintelligence apparatus, the cow-brain regime relies on repressive tactics, like torture and executions of low-level spies and collaborators to compensate for its deficiencies. These weaknesses have been spotted and effectively exploited by enemies like Israel, a grandmaster of clandestine ops and intelligence gathering. Unlike you, I'm not giving Iran the benefit of the doubt. They're not dealing with the problem secretly and cleaning their ranks discreetly. In a country where the supreme leadership fancy a religious fatwa over obtaining a nuke that would have guaranteed its national security, nothing good can come out of that place vis-a-vis counterintelligence. Until they prove me wrong, Iran remains a big gathering of unserious people led by a confused and unserious religious extremists and delusional bureaucrats whose sense of refuge lies in the amount of missiles it can launch as reprisal attacks.
