I hear alot of people say viewing centre is a side hustle. I remember when I wanted to get into the business unfortunately I couldnt raise the needed capital. My plan was to elevate what a viewing centre is to something that would be bringing in steady profit. Use it as a rented meeting place for orgs, churches, lesson self. Get game consoles. Stream new movies, popular in demand series yes including zee world and korean and wrestling matches. Refreshments buying and serving. Charging spots especially where there is no light. Remote work places just small partitioning thats all it takes. Elearning spaces. And so on..i get ideas full ground. I dont see any reason why its a side hustle when you can invest big and be cashing out steady |

udemzyudex:You dont understand the pyschology behind this business when it comes to a viewing centre it is not necessarly the watching you are there for, thats why the business thrives. Many people have data and cable to watch but still choose to go and watch outside...e get why |

No subscription No petrol or electricity bills More time for other hustles Gaming option(hook tv or projector to game console) Film viewing in rural areas(north). Sell items & invest in farming(3 months). They survive pretty well as you can see. |

Most have other sources of income. Most have games centre within the viewing centres and that doesn't have season. Majority I know that uses it as their full time business are most the owner of the land or son of landlord and I am sure they might have save enough to withstand the 2months break. |

Back then when i was doing a school program to enter into 100level, the viewing center there is being designed like a beer-palour. You will pay the compulsory 100naira fee to watch a game, and can buy drinks too if you feel like. During the off-season(holidays), people still stroll in to buy drinks and chill there at nights. They do sell this goat-meat stew or fried beefs together and with palm-wine too. The place is situated at a village-like-vicinity at agbor delta state. |

Compared to the USA, my favorite sport is college football (University of Michigan, Hail to the Wolverine). The last game is in January, with the resumption of the new season at the end of August |
