I learnt someone went to UBA bank to apply for Deactivation of SMS alert messages since they now charge up to 6 naira per SMS, only for him to there and was told they are going to deactivate both the SMS and Email notification

This is the security we are talking about. Accounts linked to scam should be flagged and senders should get notifications of accounts linked to scam during transactions.
