If you have have other money, like other sources of income to be supporting it you better just enter food business. Go to market and look for a space. Enter one field of business like grains or yam and potato. Don’t mixed it. Just stay with a particular niche.

If it’s skill job. Saloon or car wash. Or seasonal farming like cucumber, plantain, yam or potato

I don't exchange words with touts. If you are not a tout or a village champion, you ought to know the impact of dollar rate on Nigeria economy, as a country that imports almost everything

Meanwhile, 11yrs ago, the one million naira would have been able to buy him 117 bags of 50kg foreign rice. But today, the same 1M can only buy him about 10 to 12 bags of the same rice.

Meaning that if he was to go into rice business with that one million naira 11 years ago, he would have been able to start with not less than 117 bags, unlike today that the same one million can barely buy ordinary 12 bags.

The same one million naira would have been able to buy him 2 units of brand new keke tricycle 11 years ago for transport business, but that one million naira can't even be able buy him ordinary okada today.

You could also get into moderate cold room enterprise, buying meat, chicken and fish. You can have a snail business that looks to export shells, reprocess shells for chicken feed and have a snail food joint.

I think if you consider garri business you will not go wrong. Garri is something that moves in a whole of Nigeria.

Now let me break it down a little for you because you might think it's a hectic process involving much land space, planting and all that but I'm giving you the real deal. All you need is to locate villages where they farm lots of cassava then you negotiate to buy large quality at lower price. You will then take them to local factories were they will process them for you into bags of garri which you can now sell to different states. Trust me your profit will be like oil well pumping non stop.

There is a young lady I know that is married with 2 kids, she is currently running a laundry shop for her boss for the past 2 years. Omo if she sees 1m she is opening her own laundry business and will likely be successful in it because she has practical knowledge of the business. Of course I can only sympathise with her but cannot drop the money as she no be my sister, mama, pikin or wife. If naija good, na there small and medium enterprises government agency suppose help a with little loans.

You think POS business is not lucrative? Most POS who are in a good place make 30k plus daily while those in not so busy areas make 15k plus daily so do the calculations and know how much they make in a month.

This is the question citizens should ask rather than asking for which tribe one comee from or religion one practices. In a country like India, the ministry of agriculture is very present in the rural areas acting as the middle man. The rail system is designed to traverse the who country, collecting the items from the ministry and distributing them to where they are needed. You just have to fight to win like Dangote did for his refinery. Nobody will cry your tears for you.

Venture into the cutting and selling of nylon and plastic products. It's very profitable.

Top washing machine with spinner and dryer has eaten up 40-50% of the money, shelves and cabinets has eaten up 20% of the money. Hangers has eaten up 5% of the money. Nylon packages has eaten up another 5% of the money. Rent and other necessities remaining are just looking at you with your remaining 20%.
This is present Nigeria not 1990 or 2000 where things are cheap. Assuming you have all those you mentioned personal, then I know spending on purchasing them will be cut off except if they need repairs for the faulty ones.
But thinking you can buy all those things, get you housing for the business and still get it up and running, lol.

30k? That much? Are you sure. When I collect 10k they charge N200, how many 200 will they have to collect to get 30k ie 1.5m @2% charges.
Anyway, guess it must be profitable if not people wount do it.
