So how come he is free now? How did he receive pardon? Something is not adding up here... suspecting someone of a crime doesn't make the person guilty. You need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he committed the crime.

The truth has been revealed. He was part of a group of armed robbers who robbed a petrol station and killed one of the security guards. They stole a 10kva Lister generator. He was the one who loosed the Gen and was caught trying to smuggle the Gen out of Ogun state. His accomplices ran away and only him remained with the police. He was locked in a cell but escaped through the ceiling.

He later went back to the driver of the vehicle the Gen was in and they arranged for a buyer. He gave the buyer a fake receipt. It was the buyer of the gen that led police to rearrest him. He is by no means innocent.

This is the true story according to court records. A guard was killed which made it an armed robbery case.

i wont be surprised if this story is not a lie and i lean towards believing this than the one provided by the man.

Virtually all prisoners paint their story as the villian who were unjustly imprisoned. I sincerely hope he has seek repentance
