Abeg where is that guy that always posts screenshot of money he made on InDrive, I needs some information from him. Anyone else can please answer...please, I cant go through the tens and thousands of pages on this thread to find an answer to this.

I'm having issues registering my new car with Bolt, and I want to hustle with InDrive only this weekend. Please I need information on what to charge per kilometer. I know riders on InDrive post ridiculous amounts, I just need some heads up what to charge per kilometer. If they are not okay with it, then I sit my ass down. I'm not desperate. I just want to get busy this weekend.

And he specifically told me the man just introduced inspection to be done every 2 months. Meanwhile, there's nothing of such on the agreement.

If I was on any payment default, I should have have been scared of driving the car down from mainland to Obalende for inspection. But because I know, I was not owing in anyway. That's why I drove the car there to honour the invitation which turned out to be a ploy to retrieve car.

The agreement clearly states that, if I default for 3 consecutive weeks that when the agreement can be terminated.

I have uploaded a copy of the agreement here and also the last payment receipt sent through Whatsapp on Monday.

As I write this, the man have not said anything or given any reason for seizure of the car. He just kept mute.

He don't pick calls or response to Whatsapp messages.

Yes I use it, infact that's the only app I use. Just register and try it out.

I disagree, you need both when it comes to HP, both cordial and business relationship are needed.

It takes the grace of God and wisdom to scale through any HP deal....

I will advice u use court instead of DPO , get a lawyer to file a civil suit against him and u both of explain urself to a judge , the court can enforce action more than the police

This should be the last resort, like pearl said, if he's a military man, he should approach the barrack provost officers and explain his ordeal, they will call the partner and question him, at least, he needs to find out the reason behind the retrieval first before slamming the man lawsuit.

HP deal can be traumatizing tbh, I think at this point, you need to act fast.

goto the barrack where the car was retrieved from you and approach their provost, tell them you want to lay formal complaint against a military officer, narrate everything to them in details and let them know you have the agreement form you signed with your partner and you haven't breached any clause in the agreement.

They will ask for the soldier details and probably your partner details, drop everything to them.

I will explore this as well. I'm waiting for my lawyer response later this evening as he wants to speak with the man first before we take further actions.

My point still stands, u don't need to be cordial to do business. And not being cordial doesn't mean u insult or disrespect each other, it just means u aren't friendly or close.

No, before he started creating issues with me, I did everything to keep the relationship good and smooth.

Even at office work place, you have to keep friendly relationship with colleagues & boss to evade office politics, some things are needed for smooth relationship...

Last time I travelled was last year January .

You can go to Jibowu and take a survey from 5 transport drivers that ply Abuja route to seek the popular opinion .

You can as well go early to the park look for a driver that is Abuja bound and follow him bumper to bumper ..let him know u will tip him.



If u need to get to Abuja on time don't follow a driver from. God is good ..their speed limit delays time ..
