So sad.

That is how last 2 weeks ago my elder sis was going somewhere at night and booked an Uber ride . It was after 15mins into the journey she noticed the driver had taken a wrong turn.

She became alarmed and told the driver to stop the car, Omo driver no gree , added more speed and as my sis saw that she was in danger she held on to her bag and phone, opened the door and jumped out of the moving car.

She got up from the ground with injuries and asw the driver ahead who stopped at a little distance and some group of guys came out of a bush. He them shouted to her that "Your god don save you today ", entered the car with those guys and moved on.

My sis was shocked as passerbys gathered around her to know what happened.


Pls guys becareful of some Uber drivers when going out. Glad my sis is alive from that horrific experience.

What gave you that impression? One chance has been in Abuja for quite a long time. I have heard of one chance in Abuja as far back as 2015.

God forbid, but think of your loved ones. A dead body belongs to a family and some loved ones. Give most of them a chance to find out in a more controlled and dignified way.

The primary function of government is the safety and welfare of it's citizens. Any government that fails in it's primary function is a failed government

So, the governments before tinubu were composed of hooligans.

One chance has been a problem in abuja for years...infact the first time i heard about it was during the Obasanjo era, when it happened to someone I knew. I myself nearly fell victim during the GEJ era self.

That's why unless you have a car, or unless you have a trusted taxi driver, or you can afford uber, you will never feel safe in abuja.

Wike has not been serious about it though.

The friends will know when the family announces the funeral, with dignity.

Just as one entrepreneur influencer on Facebook mocked those who say "let Nigeria not happen to you", even though crimes happen in the abroad. The difference is that the culprit in the abroad would be arrested, charged and penalised. This is not the first one chance incident in Abuja and the elites are okay with it.

The kind of demonic evil most Nigerians, especially the so-called educated ones, have puzzles me.
