This story doesn't add up. They attempted to bribe after two dropped and ran away? No way conversation of bribery came up after two already ran. Suddenly too, he tried to disarm troops and was neutralized. Too convenient.

Those men and officer's should be promoted ASAP. Some officers, especially those that wear black and collect money at checkpoints would have swallowed the whole money like the famous snake that swallow money in government offices in Nigeria.
